I brought my dog here to have a bump on her stomach removed and to have her spayed. The staff is extremely polite, well knowledgeable, and you could tell they really care about their patients. The vet we saw was equally as kind, respectful, and treated my dog with great care. They were able to do her procedure without any problems, the vet called me right after and let me know how my dog did and asked if I had any questions for him about what was done. He then informed me how to take care of her at home during the healing process. They called a few days after the surgery just to make sure my dog was doing well. Very attentive and you can tell they really care about animals. I very much enjoyed our experience here and would recommend them to anyone who wants to have great care for their pet!

Had more of an emergency and VCA Timp was able to work me in their schedule the same day. The check in process was smooth and I liked waiting in my car until we were able to go back to an exam area.Dr. Anderson was very thorough and his assistant was thoughtful and helpful through the whole process. There were no surprises with my bill. I left with more information and assurance of my dog’s symptoms and how to treat her at home.

I was super worried about my cat because she was having some alarming symptoms. We weren’t satisfied with our care from the previous vet place we had gone to, and VCA was very kind, prompt, and so helpful answering my questions and concerns while they tried to fit us in. We were able to get in the next day & the vet and the techs were so friendly. They helped answer all our questions and gave my cat the care she needed. She is already back to eating normally and is on her way to recovery. I could cry from happiness because I don’t have to be worried sick over my fur baby anymore! Thank you VCA!! I will forever be grateful and totally recommend to others!!

I had an amazing experience at this hospital. I worked with Dr.Barry and an amazing tech I didn’t catch her name. I felt so heard and they took so much care in helping my kitten Cheeto who had been through the wringer with medical care the last 24 hrs. They were thorough and explained everything, and I felt a lot more comfortable with my care plan after leaving. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. I will be returning with my pets care in the future!!

This animal hospital is top notch. Absolutely love the service here, and love the vets. Especially Dr Anderson. He truly cares about his customers and their pets, his patients.Recently, I used the VCA mobile app to chat in a question late in the evening, Dr Anderson went out of his way to text me the next day and check in to ensure my dog was okay, then got her in to fix her ear hematoma far sooner then expected.The cons, expect an extremely far out date currently if trying to get your pet in and just calling the front office to schedule it. Probably a month or more out, even if it's an urgent problem (it's currently mid 2022, that may change in the future). It's also certainly not a low cost veterinarian. It's worth it to have the great vets and team here taking care of our dogs though.*Update, late 2023. Needed to take one of my dogs in to get something looked at, got an appointment 3 days out. So scheduling issues seem to have been alleviated significantly, which is great!

I love these guys. They've treated both of our cats who did dumb stuff and got hurt, bless their weird fluffy little souls. In both cases I've had the vet reach out via text as a real human person to check on them. He not only texts to check-in, but actually responds and engages and knows who he's talking about. It's really an invaluable feature of VCA Timp and we'll be continuing to bring our weird fluffy little (but also fat) cats here.

We are beyond grateful to Timp Animal Hospital for their emergency care when our dog suffered from a major unexpected anaphylactic reaction to her vaccines. We did her shots in another city and were headed home to Utah County when our sweet Marlee suffered major respiratory distress. We called from the freeway and were able to get her in to the vet. Unfortunately, it was too late to help her recover. Timpanogos Animal Hospital was there for our family in our pet's crisis, and compassionately helped her cross the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you.

Easily the most caring pet clinic in the Provo/Vineyard area. It's a bit more expensive than other pet clinics but they go above and beyond when it comes to the care of animals.They were incredibly empathetic and gentle with my ex wife and I when we lost our Chihuahua several years back, and that service has made me continue going back with new pets to ensure they have the highest degree of care.

I'm sorry, but I am generally unhappy with the quality of care our dog received over the last year of his life. For routine examinations and vaccinations they were OK, but trying to schedule appointments with them was always challenging. Towards the end of our dog's life, we felt that the doctor's attitude and responses to our concerns were dismissive, and they failed to diagnose aggressive stomach cancer - and attributed our dogs symptoms to simple acid reflux. Even at the end when he was vomiting blood they seemed unconcerned about the severity of his symptoms. We will seek out other veterinary professionals with our next pet.

Dr. Haslam is very impressive. I hold veterinarians in high regard. I’ve got an acquaintance who wanted to be a veterinarian but couldn’t get in to vet school so they became a neurosurgeon instead - which shows me it takes a lot to become a veterinarian. I believe Dr. Haslam illustrated her intellect in her ability to comprehend our complex situation, foresee potential problems, and take actions to mitigate risks. To top it all off, she was very personable. Thank you!

Our dog, Ezzy, was rushed here and ended up needing emergency surgery, unfortunately we were not able to save him. The issue was they blamed Ezzy's death on my sister, as she stood there mourning the loss, in what we will call 'a rude, accusatory manner.' Then when she brought it up to them, they basically dismissed it and said they would use it as a 'teachable moment' for their staff.When we went to pick up Ezzy's ashes... they gave us the wrong ashes(see pictures), in a gift bag. then in the most cheerful manner possible said 'have a great day!' We called in to inform them of their error, and were told: sorry, it happens sometimes. When we arrived to 'exchange' the ashes, they brought out Ezzy, and said 'Thanks, hope this makes you happy'The ashes we received, were in a damaged box, poorly repaired with wood putty, the box was supposed to sealed and is more of a piggy bank than sealed, and the ash sample we asked them to set aside had large bone chunks in it. Took them 2 weeks to agree to refund for the box.I really hope this review helps people avoid any additional heartache, or stress, by staying away.

My dog has had a bad experience at the vets before and usually needs to be muzzled when she goes, but Dr. Haslam won her over. No muzzle this time and she let her do the exam and everything. I couldn't be more impressed. I'm sure the other vets are great, but I highly recommend her.

My 2 year old dog ate some foreign object. He had bloody stool and was super nauseous for more than 24 hours. I tried calling around and no place could get me in, VCA was able to get me in 2 hours after I made the call. Dr. Crane gave me options to move forward while narrowing everything down. Luckily my dog eventually was able pass the object the night after and was put on some medication/food. You can tell Dr. Crane really cares for animals, he didn’t even charge me for 3rd X-Ray. Great service and staff! Best in the area.

I absolutely love them! We first came here when it was time for our elderly cat to be put down in 2022. He had lived 20 yrs, and was such a loved cat. They were so caring and made it as comfortable as possible. We were so thankful for their sensitivity, and they gave us plenty of time to be along with him.When I got my next cat, I adopted an about 5 months old kitten with only one eye. Her existing eye obviously had an infection or something wrong with it. They again were so great at taking care of her, and answering all of my questions.

The service is always wonderful and the veterinarians and technicians are always incredibly professional and super sweet with our cats.During the pandemic they have an excellent and efficient system set up where you wait in your car while they see your pet and then call you to talk about any questions or concerns you have.I highly recommend VCA Timpanogos Animal Hospital.

My cat, Big Kitty, was a regular at a different vet but they weren't giving him the attention he needed and his health just continued to decline. It got really scary at one point and I called Timpanogos Animal Hospital for an emergency visit and they had an opening almost immediately. I took my fur baby in and his health was so bad and he was in so much pain that the vet recommended that we put him to sleep. The vet tech that helped me was so nice and she gave me the space and time I needed to say goodbye to my best friend of 15 years. The process went smoothly and I could tell that they really cared about our pets. I just wished I had come to them sooner. They sent me a very nice card a couple of days after my cat passed away and I really do appreciate the kindness you guys showed to me and my cat. It was one of the toughest things I had to go through and the toughest decision I had to make, and you guys helped me every step of the way. Thank you for all that you do❤

So grateful for this team! We needed our cat to be seen urgently and we couldn't find a single clinic in the area that allowed walk ins, and all of the pet urgent cares weren't opening until later in the day. My husband called VCA Timpanogos Animal Hospital and they were able to get us an appointment right away. I even showed up early because I was afraid to be home with my sick cat, and they saw me right away. Dr. Haslam and her assistant were amazing with our cat who is always quite nervous around new people, but especially so outside of our home. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and get us an appointment for the following week, in the likely event that our cat needs surgery. He was of course also given antibiotics and pain medicine until then. Dr. Haslam explained the costs and the process which I was very grateful for. Though it is pricey (not sure how it compares to other vets), we were happy they took such good and speedy care of our cat as we were quite scared! Definitely worth it!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and straightforward about treatment plans. I didn't feel like they try to oversell me with any unnecessary or elaborate procedures. They were upfront about pricing, and easy to schedule. They have sophisticated providers with wide range of capabilities. I would be confident bringing a critically ill or injured pet to this facility.
