Parowan Valley Vet Clinic is wonderful. They will come to my home if I can’t get my animals to them. The staff is great, always helpful. The vet is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to educate us no matter what the need! Dr WILSON takes care of all of our animals, and we do have a few!

Dr Wilson is amazing! She was very kind and compassionate when I had to have my best friend put down, and all through the health struggles of my other cat. The prices are better than most vets in the area as well. All the staff is friendly and kind as well!

Parowan Valley Veterinary Clinic is the best..! We had an excellent experience with the doctor whom we found had a great knowledge of our dog's health care. We definitely will be going back the next time we need her services. Price for the service was very reasonable also.

I love Dr. Wilson! I have taken my dog there since he was a puppy and he's about 7 now. She has always been super friendly and caring. He used to be a nervous wreck going into the vet and she is always understanding and accommodating. He now doesn't mind the vet because of her and her team! Definitely recommend taking any of your pets there if you want a great personable vet!

I had an appointment for shots I arrived on time. When I walked in there was a person at the front desk she was on the phone and also the Doctor and some other workers. I understand front desk lady was on phone but not one single person greeted me I stood there finally said hello and was ignored not sure if no one heard me. I waited when she was finally off the phone I told her I had an appointment. I told her my dogs names and mention one of my dogs ears has been bothering her if they could check it. She told me no that I was only scheduled for shots that I needed to make another appointment. I wasn’t asking to get her treated right then and there just simply have them look at it quick. Anyway it made me upset and felt like they didn’t care about my pets. I simply said that i’d just take them to another vet she still asked if I wanted to do the shots of course not. Also I drove fromCedar just a waist of my time. We had been in before and had a good experience not sure what happened today. Sadly we will not be returning here.

I’m from out of town visiting Utah, had an emergency with my puppy he got toxicity Dr Wilson brought him back to life and saved my pup. She also came in on call just for us and I am eternally grateful. I wanted to hug her upon leaving. Never experienced such amazing veterinary services. She truly loves animals and it shows. I didn't even have the chance to bring my little dog in bcuz of the receptionist shut me down when I called for an appointment, I live in Panguitch, Utah 21 miles from my home and the closest vet to my home, and she told me to go to Cedar City, or St George. I live pay check to pay check and I really can't afford to travel that far everytime I need to get my little dog into see the doctor. I am very disappointed

Doctor Wilson and her staff are so amazing. We had to have a long time friend and service dog put down. They were even willing to come to the park for the sake of my son who has PTSD. Their prices are so much more fair than any other vet and they all have the biggest hearts.

They were so kind and thoughtful. We really struggled when we had to have our two horses put down and they were so understanding, compassionate and even sent my family a condolences card with the entire staff's signatures. They truly were amazing during a very difficult time.

Best bet in iron county hands down! I have really bad little dogs. They are biters but she still treats them so lovingly as do her techs. Won’t go anywhere else. Gonna switch my old dog to come here even though my daughter has to drive in from cedar city. I want my 17 yr old putty to get the best care.

I paid to have my dog's nails trimmed they said that he was too upset but they still charged me I've gone to other places and they have trimmed him in about 5 minutes. It the place is filthy animal hair every wher. I had an appointment but I had to wait about 35 minutes They allow a cat to roam around The waiting room. Very unprofessional.

I called and she was not there her secretary said she was at lunch she'd call me back in the meantime little kitty passed away Yardley is his name my grandkids are just distraughted about this whole thing when it could have been saved don't know I don't know why she wouldn't call back but that's not much of a veterinarian to me Maybe it's convenient veterinarian I wouldn't take my animal to her if you paid me

A lot of people I know go to vets in a certain city...and leave dissatisfied. I always recommend they travel the extra 10 minutes outside of that city to see Dr. Leilani. She takes the time to actually touch your animal, pick them up, and examine them. Too many vets I know won't even touch the animal, or at minimum, they look in their ears. When my cat was sick, she couldn't find anything, but then tried one thing I've never seen a vet do, and gave me a lead for which direction to go, which was a specialist because it was neurological. She'll discuss options with you, she doesn't just give a diagnosis and disregard your concerns or protests. If there is another way, she will let you know that it can be done but these are the details and the potential cons vs another path. She works with your wallet too. Her prices are so much more fair than any vet. I have zero complaints dropping around $300 for surgery to save my cat's leg when other vets would charge $650 and just chop it off. And he's healthy as can be. She did wonderfully. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the assistant used to give me a ballpark estimate of how much things would cost, if I told them I wanted to get some xrays and a blood panel done, they would tell me how much that would round up to. I then knew how much I needed to set aside from my paycheck. Whoever has been answering the phones lately just says "I couldn't tell you that, she'd need to see the animal first". To which I reply "yes, I understand she needs to see the animal, but if I ask her to take x-rays and to run a blood panel while I'm there, how much will THAT cost?" And she just keeps saying "I really can't say." So either the new assistant came from a larger clinic where they were trained to reply with that answer or Leilani's changed her policies. But in the past they always gave me a rough estimate. If I figured it might come to say $500, I would set aside $700. But I at least knew it would be enough that way. For some of us living paycheck to paycheck, knowing how much money we need to set aside for a specific thing is really important and I don't understand why the assistant doesn't give rough estimates anymore. Other than that, I still give a glowing recommendation to Parowan Valley Vet Clinic. Worth the visit.

Called this vet during a colic emergency in 2016 and she couldn't be bothered to sell me a bag of saline or a shot of ban amine because she didn't have time to "come look at the horse". Called her against another farmers advisement after he told me a story of her chatting on her cell phone with a friend while she stood next to a dying calf and cow on his farm. They died....I ended up getting what I needed for the colic from Bagley.Fast forward to now and my regular vet (Dr Blood) tells me "hey call the parowan vet for the cogins you'll need cause it'll be cheaper for you since she's closer". So I schedule that appointment, they quote $105 - indeed $20 cheaper than Blood would have charged. Day of I get a call 20 minutes before my appt time from her asking where I am in a snarky tone. I tell her I'm 10 minutes away (which still makes me early) and she huffs and hangs up. I get there and she's curt. I show up at her office 7 days later (took off work to go) to pick up the paperwork and the vet never signed any of it. I go to pay and suddenly the price is $120.Don't use her for livestock. She's basically awful, forgetful and rude.Having said all that I would like to credit that the ladies that work for her, they are fabulous, kind and helpful. My experience with everyone that works for her was great. It's the actual Vet that is a worthless problem. After multiple bad experiences I wont be calling her again for ANYTHING. It's poor business to treat people rudely and charge more than you originally quoted when there were NO additional services provided. I'd say I will pay extra for my regular vet but he ends up being the same or cheaper anyway!

My baby 7 yr old miniature poodle had gotten mauled by 2 Mastiffs was taken excellent care of by Dr Leilani Wilson and her staff and kept us informed all the way on Saturday which is emergency basis only.
