We work with Fox Pest Control from a unique standpoint as the cleaning company of their Headquarter buildings. We can’t say enough good things about them. We were a newer company when we started with them and they were insightful and encouraging. The executives truly reflect the company’s values in how they treat and work with their cleaning company. They are responsive to our suggestions and take our thoughts and concerns seriously; it’s evident they really care about their employees by how they take action and value improvement in the small things. We will always be fans of Fox Pest Control.

Fox says they are about family. They are so full of it at first I loved working there and then they switched me branches… I was fine with everyone except my manager she picked every little thing I did she was very disrespectful. And when I would try to take days off because of mental health and when I was sick with covid she did not let me which is absolutely not acceptable. Then I would bring it up to the higher ups and they said to me “ we can’t switch you anywhere else so don’t try to run away from your problems”. I was not trying to run away from my problems I was trying to fix them by getting myself out of this situation. I highly recommend to not work here. You might as well just talk to a brick wall if you have a problem.

As a locally started and owned business everyone who has worked here can agree the company culture is the best part of the company. My wife and I have worked in multiple positions here for seasonal jobs inside and outside of the offices. Fox is much more than just another Summer sales company.
