Came in for some screws and left with a friend. Aubrey was very helpful in directing me to the right area of the store and then ringing it all up for me. They weren't kidding when they said helpful hardware folk. She should be promoted to manager in my opinion. I will definitely be back next time I need some hardware assistance.

We needed a particular bathroom medical accessory and I needed it right then. Ace Hardware was the only place within 40 miles that had it. I was vey grateful to have found it there.

I've worked with this hardware store since it opened as a Coast to Coast in 1994. I was actually one of its first full-time emplyees. From the time of its creation as a Coast to Coast to its representation of Ace today, this is the best hardware store around in my opinion. Consistently great employees and merchandise. I SPECIFICALLY SUGGEST THAT DALLIN (SP) receive a raise or a promotion. He goes above and beyond. Seriously, Mike. Take him up a notch.

If you're not sure what you need or where to find specialty parts I highly recommend this Ace Hardware. They have people there that are so knowledgeable they almost make me feel silly when I'm asking them questions just because of their knowledge. You can get your fertilizer sprinkler parts just about anything you need for home stuff check them out.

I have shopped at this Ace Hardware store since they first opened their new store. The service at Ace is prompt and the owners are friendly and local. They hire many young people from the local area and train them . Many stay for years and learn how retail works. They become friends to the customers and help as they learn and are able. This Ace has a considerably larger variety of hardware then any of the local or big box area stores. Great store and great service. Zane Swim

This place is awesome. The best way to explain it is that it has a little bit of everything and that's no exaggeration. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and eager to help to figure out just what you need. Little bit more pricey than the big box stores but the convenience and experience makes it well with the extra money.

I love this small Ace Hardware! It offers most everything I need in a very efficient, organized, condensed shop. They have a good but compressed selection of what you get at the huge hardware stores plus cute decorations, crafts and toys. I can run in and get whatever I need in less than 5 minutes. It’s only a couple minute drive off I-15. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in my experience. Highly recommend!

Do not do business with this location or likely Ace in general. They do not honor their own store policy and without putting anything in writing try to claim policies exist between corporate and them, so they will not honor a return.My wife purchased a saw with gift cards and cash. She did not realize I already had this equipment and tried to return it with receipt and within the return window. They would not. I attempted the tlreturn and they are stating due to using gift cards they were charged 3% per transaction and lost money and will not honor the return even as store credit and the cash.If you do not take gift cards, then do not take gift cards. If your worker doesn't follow your policy that is not on the customer, you need to share that policy. Just because you are a private entity does not mean you are except from consumer protections.Telling your customers to sell your goods on FB marketplace is a very telling of how you operate. Telling your customer this is problematic and not offering any solution is a failure to sell goods and services.

Brian is the key guy. He was very professional and easy to work with and you can't beat his prices on anything with keys. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to have him make my keys and I'm planning another trip soon.

This is the Ace Hardware I go to in Kaysville Utah if I can't find it anywhere else they always seem to have it. I always buy my fertilizer there because they're always in stock of all the good stuff.

The store it’s fine until comes to return.As I purchased part gift card and visa they won’t let me return due to that I got gift card promotions at Walgreen (buy 2 ace gift card get a walgreens gift card free. It’s state on my receipt it’s 2 ace gift card full value I bought and the walgreens gift card value 0 cuz it’s free) Joe says that they loose money because the 3rd seller selling their ACE gift card there. They refused my return with receipt, he also told me to resell it on marketplace. Horrible service.So just head up in case they won’t tell you that you can’t return/exchange if you use their gift card purchased from Walmart, walgreens, cvs… as they says it’s 3rd seller

I have had a string of bad customer service experiences in the last couple weeks. Can’t tell you how refreshing it was to have a positive CS experience at Ace. Came in to get a doorbell ringer (BTW - same price as the big box store). I saw a sign that they can duplicate smart car keys. We had purchased a FAB on Amazon for our Infiniti QX60. SAMs mobile key guy gave me attitude about programming my key so I walked. Brian from Ace was great. He pleasantly went over all the disclosures of me bringing in my own key. He cut the key and had it programmed in under 10 min. Would have been less if I didn’t talk with him. Next time I will buy the key direct from Kaysville Ace. Thanks Brian for a shopping experience worth writing about.

Worst place to make business in the area, Alwats advertised products that they NEVER have. Just bought some ice melt ACE brand because as usual they didn’t have a brand I wanted it and saw on their page they had on stock, waste my money doesn’t work. I tried several times going to make business in Kaysville but always regret it. I’ll never go back

Does not allow return, bought with ACE Giftcard, still have receipt, product in new never opened. Said "policy doesn't accept return when bought with ACE Giftcard" what a rule manager, there's no such policy.

Glad other people had a good experience, mine was horrible. Staff was not knowledgeable; return policy really sucks; they seldom have any of the Ace discount items from the Ace brochures unless you order it; I don't know who thinks their prices are lower than big box my recent experience was they were 30% higher at least on every item i was interested in purchasing. Prices so much higher better to drive farther.

We absolutely love this store! They have everything in stock! From a small spacer, to whatever else you can think of. Always has super nice staff inside that are willing to help you locate what you're looking for. Excellent place to shop.

Most of the time if HD and L Don't have it ACE does. You pay slightly more for all the strange inventory they keep but it's worth it. If you can't find something ask. Unless they are very busy when you come in the door someone asks what they can help you with. Let them help. THEY KNOW WHERE EVERYTHING IS!They now have a professional locksmith on duty who can make your keys right the first time. They all worked right when I got them home, including the mailbox keys.

Their convenient location and excellent service has gained my loyalty as the first stop for any home repair. If their young and helpful staff can’t answer your questions, they always have someone experienced who can take care of you or refer you out to someone who can. Any marginal savings you could get from purchasing items at a larger chain store can’t compare with the sound advice and know how that have literally saved me hundreds of dollars over the years, not to mention all the service they have rendered for the community. I literally love this place!

This is a great little hardware store with friendly staff. They don’t have the largest selection of items because the building small. This is my go-to place to purchase nuts, bolts, and screws. They have the best selection - even better than big-box stores.

I always try to come here before Home depot because it's consistently a better experience. You might pay a bit more, but it's totally worth the customer service, quieter more human scale building and parking lot, and for me, shorter drive.

Good service, employees are always willing to answer questions. Good prices on key making. Most other items are slightly overpriced in comparison with online stores, but they have an excellent selection, fantastic for when you need a tool now. Significantly. They have a good selection of plumbing parts and paint, but otherwise have a fairly limited amount of materials.
