Every time I come here, I think never again. Came tonight because they’re local and we didn’t want to travel and we should have just gone into town.Both kids burgers were wasted because the buns were ridiculously dry and the mustard was overpowering. The supreme nachos were 90% chips with a pump of fake nacho cheese, onions and olives. Another menu item wasted. $50 later and we are going home to eat leftovers. Honestly… never again.

Has a great unassuming vibe with better than average food. Service was excellent even though they were training several new people. Will definitely become a more frequent stop. I live pretty far away, but it's worth a bit of a drive because my kids love it.Kid-friendliness: It was slow when we went and it was late, but they had a few kids and high chairs out. The fro-yo alone makes this a hot bed for kid activity. 😍

Walked in on a Friday afternoon. Ordered fries and a cheeseburger. Took over 30 mins to get the food. Only 2 teenagers working and a handful of people all waiting for their food. Obviously understaffed. Once I did get my food, it was absolutely horrible. The burger was cold and dry. Cheese not melted. Wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Spent $25 for bad food and even added a tip. Won’t return.

This place is a hidden little gem off the most frequently traveled streets past St. George in Ivins area. Look for the beautiful red mountains.Decent little place, tasty cheeseburger, and the hamburger patty is thicker than your typical fast food place. The toppings are evenly balanced on the bun.We enjoyed the ability to grab our own sauces. The choices included ranch, BBQ, fry sauce, and ketchup. Their fries are battered with good flavor with or without sauce. The bun is nice and plump.They have many other options we look forward to trying in the future, such as burritos, chicken wings, hot dogs, frozen yogurt, etc.The customer service was pleasant, business oriented, and easy to understand.There is plenty of parking, outdoor and indoor seating.

First time eating at The IceBox & Round About Grill. It was highly recommended by a friend. The 4 star rating was due to cold onion rings and barley warm and dry burgers. I must say that the flavors were good. I may need one more trip there to see if it was just and understaffed or off day.

Edit: 8 October 2022 -This place has seriously gone down hill. It's like no one cares anymore. The place is FILTHY, the condiment stand/drink station is so gross I didnt even dare touch anything & even though we went in the afternoon during a slow period, there was not a single clean (wiped off) table in the entire place. There is food under the tables and everything seems to have a sticky grime to it. I would hate to see the kitchen. The food is seriously overpriced and poor quality! My husband's green chile burger had a hard bun and as soon as he tried to pick it up, half the toppings just fell out all over the plate. They also only gave us one plate with both of our burgers and our fries on. So I had to ask for another plate, and napkins, since they didn't have any out, in order to be able to eat without reaching across the table. The owners need to wake up, get someone in here to seriously deep clean this place and get some employees who care about doing their job instead of being on their phone. Never returning!!Their battered fries are TO DIE FOR! They have a little bit of everything so everyone can find something they like... And it's all made fresh. Good food, friendly staff. Family owned business. Be prepared for a wait during lunch, dinner and the Theatre rushes....good food takes time.

The burgers we had were delicious. I got the Red Chili Sweet Burger and my wife got the Bacon Cheeseburger. The beef patties were incredibly flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The sweet potato fries and their unique fry sauce were also very good. I love this place. I love it for lots of reasons: it's not a chain, great food, family run, and it's really clean/modern design on the inside. Look folks, some may say I'm super boring getting burgers all the time, but I'm on a quest to find a good ol burger. Nothing fancy, but good. I have found it. I tried their bacon cheeseburger there and there is something about it that makes it taste so fresh, non frozen and like it was just grilled in the backyard. Oh wait, it's because they are freshly made everyday and not frozen and grilled right after you order it. The battered fries are some of the best fries I've ever had, and I'm a fries guy.Speaking of the food being freshly made, for those of you who want your food as fast as a certain burger place that rhymes with McDonalds, this is not that place. Just keep that in mind when you order (even in the drive through). They hurry, but you're not going to get your food in 3 minutes because it hasn't been sitting there for 15+ minutes waiting for you to walk in and order it.Anyway, great food and service. Order and have a nice sit! Okay, they actually have an off menu burger that is pretty good aside from their normal burger. It's a bacon burger with sweet red chili sauce. It's pretty good. Order battered fries, pulled pork nachos or one of their salads. They are all good (at least I thought so). I also tried their fudge cookie, and it was thick and brownie like and outstanding. I now need to try more of their cookies. I hope you enjoy it and I hope I haven't talked it up too much. It's just a great place with freshly made food and I enjoy that so much more than the alternative.

Food was awesome. Staff was kind. My only issue was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I saw a staff member exit the bathroom drying his hands on his pants. I told another staff member that there was no soap in the restroom. She apologized and said they would fix it. It had not been changed 30 min later. I really want to take this review down and I will as soon as they can confirm soap issue is solved.

The stars are earned by the super nice employees tbh. But if you’re coming here with a time crunch, DONT! It took a hot minute to get to us, I’ve attached the wings my bf got (lol), and charging $4 for a side of fries is robbery imho. Prices are insane for long wait times and cheap quality of food.

This little place has potential. However, my food was slightly overcooked. And therefore a little on the dry side. So minus one star for that. Then, the wait staff said "the boss takes all the tips paid for on credit cards" because it's "too hard" to figure out who was working a thus deserves the tip... Which is about the worst excuse I've ever heard. There are plenty of ways to get the employees the tips they earn... Shameful! So minus another star for that. Lastly I could do without the bloody UFC fight on while eating lunch, but I realize that is a preference thing... The wait staff was super nice and super cute according to my two teenage boys. So 3 stars for that and almost having good food...

Chicken Bacon Ranch on pizza has always been my favorite but here they put them on fries! It was delicious! I went through the drive-thru during around noon and it took half an hour, which is why I’m only giving 4 stars. Would still try again!

First time going to the icebox. Tried out the southwest burrito and the chicken bacon ranch fries. This place is a hidden gem, with the amount of food they offer at the price you get it for. I’m excited to try their breakfast sometime in the future.

I came in a little scared because I read a couple bad reviews but the food actually turned out really good and the wait was not as long as I was expecting it to be. It took about 10 minutes for 4 burgers and 3 servings of fries. The fries were extremely crispy and crunchy. The sweet potato fries looked burnt, but were actually cooked really well. The burgers had fresh ingredients and were nice and hot when we got them, and had a very nice flavor. Overall I would recommend this place and feel like these bad reviews don’t do it justice.

I had a sweet chili hamburger with an order of battered fries. My wife had a pastrami sandwich. The burger and very generous order of fries were very tasty. The hamburger actually tasted like it had been grilled! Wonderful! Loved the fries which were hot and tasty with a very nice kick of spicy heat. The pastrami on rye was also very tasty and hot out of the kitchen. A little pricey, but we enjoyed the meal.Parking: Spacious lot.

Food is super greasy. I mean more than usual. Dining area dirty, floors hadn't been swept, the gross drink station . I know it's hard to get employees right now but this is still pretty bad. couldn't eat outside, all those table were dirty. too bad it's a beautiful view

What a cool little restaurant! Only had a few burgers, fries, tots and onion rings but it was all delish!Inside is very warm and welcoming, with TV's everywhere. They also have a frozen yogurt wall with your option of cups or waffle cones. I would like to try the nachos or tacos next time.Definitely, will be back.
