Made an appointment yesterday for oil change at 9am today. Came in 5 min before appointment and was told I had a 3 hour wait, despite making a prior appointment. Was told they overbooked by 4 appointments per hour. Tried to call the store and speak with manager and had to call 5 depts, just to be told I would get a call back.No call back for two hours, so I called back. I’m put on hold then hung up on without speaking to manager.Walmart is notorious for poor customer service. I should have known better than to think making an appointment would be different. This Walmart is a joke, and the management is a bigger joke

The employees keep the store clean and well-stocked.I wish they would open more cashier lanes though. Self checkout can get backed up and they don't have enough room for bagging a cart of items. Not to mention the bags they put there are small and only hold a few things.

I don't live in Hurricane but would drive there for this store. It is clean, well stocked and great variety of products. Produce is very good also.

I went to go get my oil change and my tire patched. I brought in my 2 year old thinking it would be a really short oil change because there was no one in line in front of me. I ended up waiting with my screaming 2 yearold for over 2 and a halfhours. They didn't offer any kind of disscount, in fact they charged me for the tire repair. Unless you want to waste 3 hours of your life, don't go.

In the last year or so, Walmart has gone down on their service on the tire shop. If you go get a tire, they don’t have it on stock if you need a repair either way at least 30 to 40 minutes before they can help you just a time and wait to check out it’s insane, this almost every time Walmart used to be my favorite place to go to get my change of oil to do all my services. It’s just bad time to move on.

Listen-it’s a Walmart in hurricane, Utah. This ain’t meant to be luxury shopping. But for an out of town ER who needed anything boating/camping/grilling and food related they were on point. Staff were friendly, store was clean and truth be told I didn’t think at any point I was going to be mugged or stabbed. It’s full of families and overall a solid place to get whatever you need!

I want to thank the staff from this evening for working as a team to save my life. The cashier called her manager, I informed her that I am diabetic and my sugar level is 40. She spoke to security and the women sat me down, with the assistance of another security member rushing with what was needed . They insisted I sit until my sugar level was minimum of 80. I stayed until it was 101.Shout out to all of them. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Went with someone who has a different way of eating than I do, and we were both able to fill ourselves up with tasty food that for our dietary needs. I love that there are meat carving stations... Yum! I do wish drinks weren't separate, though. 🤷♀️ Oh well! 😊

Imagine stepping into a world where the laws of retail gravity are inverted, where the aisles are as crowded as Times Square on New Year's Eve, and navigating through them requires the dexterity of a circus acrobat. Welcome to Walmart, a place that's more than just a store; it's a bizarre adventure. As you attempt to weave through the sea of humanity, you'll notice the preferred mode of transportation here isn't walking—it's driving... scooters. These majestic chariots, commandeered by folks who've turned aisle navigation into an extreme sport, zip past you. You dodge, not always successfully, but with the grace of someone playing a real-life game of Frogger. In the midst of this chaos, the garden section offers a moment of surreal calm. That is, until a man, who's clearly mistaken Walmart for a marketplace of ancient times, approaches with a peculiar request. "Wanna sell your used socks?" he inquires with the seriousness of a monk. You blink, wondering if the fluorescent lighting is playing tricks on your mind, but no, this is just another day in the wonderland of Walmart. Not far from this bizarre bazaar, a woman wanders, cradling something precious in her arms. As you squint to see what treasure she carries, you realize it's not an artifact from a bygone era but a Chihuahua, so ancient, it might have been around when the store first opened. The pup, more relic than pet, looks at you with eyes that seem to say, "I've seen empires rise and fall from the pet aisle."As your journey continues, you find yourself in the electronics section, where TVs display images so vivid, they seem more real than the store around you. Yet, the spell is broken by a child who believes the remote control toys are under his psychic command, shouting "BEEP BEEP, MOVE!" with the conviction of a traffic cop.Your expedition wouldn't be complete without witnessing the ritualistic dance performed around the clearance bins. Shoppers dive in with the enthusiasm of treasure hunters, emerging with items they didn't know they needed but now can't live without. A man triumphantly holds up a hot pink toaster, declaring it the find of the century. In the end, as you stand in the checkout line, a conga line of humanity, each with their stories and treasures, you realize that Walmart isn't just a store. It's a living, breathing comedy show, where every visit guarantees you a front-row seat to the most hilariously unpredictable performance on Earth.

We arrived in Hurricane, UT and had an AirBNB reserved. We went to this Wal-Mart first and bought about $250 worth of food. When we arrived at our AirBNB we found out it had been double booked so we had to stay in a hotel instead. We immediately went back to Wal-Mart to return the food that we had bought and they refused to let us return ANY of it. This includes canned items, closed boxes of cereal, etc. This is not Wal-Mart policy. This is the policy of their manager. Don't shop here.

Dropped a car off for an oil change. Only one car was in the bays. They confirmed my car would be next in line for an oil change. 1 hour later they tell me it will still be 30 more minutes. They would take it back off the lift even though no one had even begun working on it. Now I'm late for everything I had to do today.

Clean bathroom, friendly door greeter, and I purchased what I needed, but prices inflation is not good especially dog food prices. Less quantity 44lbs for almost $30 is too much for me. 50lbs bags for $23 was okay. So I don't support inflation at all. So overall marketing is bad.

Whoever is in charge of stocking or ordering needs to be fired. And scheduling, why are they stocking shelves all over and closing areas off at 10 AM on a Saturday.

I shop here all the time. Just like everyone else. It's clean. Customer service, a young woman, was very nice. My only complaint is they need better, more riding carts. It's hard to find one sometimes. Especially on the weekends. I can't shop without one.

Very slim choices on ground coffee. Where's the Seattle's Best? Apparently too many people are using Keurigs. Disappointed.

Today I spoke to a girl in the clothing section who was the "Shift Lead" and she was very helpful. She even went out of her way to check the back stock for what I was looking for. Recently my review was a 1 star but in light of her helpfulness today I changed it to a 4.

First of all, Walmart is the best place to get your car fixed and open on Sundays. Doug helped us get back on the road ASAP. Without him we would be stuck here. He is our hero for tonight and we will not forget his act of kindness.

Generally this is a pretty okay Walmart to go to. Don't have to wait long or anything, but today 11:00 on a Monday and only two tills are open. Eight are open for self-checkout and people take carts overflowing with product to self checkout and spend their day scanning items. Be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get one item.
