Love this local Tractor Supply Co. The staff has always been helpful when trying to locate a product. They have lots of fun toys. They also carry pet vaccines like kennel cough for puppies. It’s a larger than usual store. Great tool selection. If you’re looking for any kind of farm or ranch equipment, they’ve got a big outdoor section where you’ll likely find what you’re looking for from stock tanks to non-permanent gates and fencing.

They had a rebuilt weed trimmer for sale. I was told it was freshly rebuilt, but the engine was seized when I bought it. They had a no return policy and refused to do anything for me.

I was at Tractor Supply today to purchase a doghouse. The ones that I wanted to see were locked in a dogpen. I went inside the store and asked if someone could unlock the pen so I could see the doghouses. The manager, who was on the phone, told me that I had to pay for it first and then they would unlock the pen. I replied that I wanted to actually look at and touch the doghouse before purchasing it. She replied that it would be 10 minutes before she would have someone available to unlock it. I said okay and went out side to wait. She did come out and unlock the pen while continuing to laugh and talk on the phone. I believe that she could use some instructions regarding customer service. I did purchase the doghouse because I do like Tractor Supply and I appreciate that they do support our Veterans. On a side note when I arrived home I did have to smash a poisonous spider that was in residence in the doghouse.

I really love when I have courteous interactions with staff members!!!!!! Two that seriously deserve a shout out, Gordon and Randy! These guys were so nice!!! Thanks for making our community store a pleasant experience when we shop!

The manager Rita is basically unapproachable and irritable. Seems to not enjoy interacting with customers. Haven’t ever had a problem with any other employees, they seem to be helpful and friendly.

I went there on Christmas Eve day and the employee that was there was more than remarkable. I didn't get her name wish there were more like her. She went above and beyond her call of duty. Truly the best I've ever dealt with. Hope the owners see this.

Trina, your manager at Hurricane store is awesome. I needed a special kind of inverter for my RV. She found one. I needed a special adapter for inverter. She found one way back in storage. My RV bumper hitch didn’t work. When I told her she cheerfully asked if she could see it. We walked to with us to our RV. After a couple of minutes she fixed that, too. Seems there isn’t anything she can’t handle. With a cheerful smile, too. What I liked best is that she was patient and eagerly wanted to help. One of best store managers of any retail store I can remember. She deserves a raise. I’m serious. I’d hire her in a second.

We needed an adapter for our trailer and the employees there couldn’t have been more helpful. They even helped me with some tools to attach it. Very friendly staff! I highly recommend this store. Plus the baby chicks and ducks were very entertaining to my little boys

Be careful when you order multiples things on line for in store pickup. They shipped my two items at different times and returned one after I asked the store to keep it until the next item arrived. I did not want to make two trips of over 5 hours for one item at a time. I have spent countless hours on the phone with the store and the customer service with no satisfaction. When I arrived at the store to pick up the two items they then said that they canceled the one item on the order. They fortunately had this item in stock and proceeded to charge me sales tax even though I have a tax exemption. They said on my account it did not show a sales tax exemption but did not charge me tax on the second item because of the sales tax exemption. The cashiers would not help with this transaction. The cashiers said that on my account it did not indicate that I have a tax exempt and said that they can not see the whole account on line. To me they should be able to see all of the account details. I have never had so many problems with a company that I have spent $7,500. with. NEVER AGAIN.

Good little store with friendly employees but its hard to find one if you have questions about products. They are kind of pricey but have good sales. Their closest competition is in Washington City so paying more for convenience is to be expected. It would be awesome if the employees knew more about their products and raising animals/farming.

Love TSC, but not this store. Friendly customer service seems to be a low priority for this particular store's management team. I prefer to spend my money in places where customers are recognized as the basis of business, not as an inconvenience or interruption. Oh well, likely my expectations are unrealistic and I'm sure the Hurricane UT TSC store will survive just fine without my business. Best of luck.

Just bad customer service. I went in to buy a gun safe let the cashier know I was ready to check out and what I wanted she told me I needed to wait there for some one to come help. I waited 10 minutes and watched some one else walk in and get helped for the same safe I was ready to purchase and leave with. The cashier said sorry but they will help after the others were finished so we just left after following her directions to wait by the register. I call to speak to the manager and Andrea could care less and was very sarcastic on the phone. Tractor supply is a great store just not this one.

I love this place! My favorite time to shop here is when the decor is on clearance. I can find so many great items for under $10/piece. And my favorite employee is Sariah! She's always so helpful and kind. :)

I will NEVER go there again. Everytime I have went there its been nothing but a joke. Bought something on line paid for curb side pick up and they didn't have my product when I went to pick it up. Then they wouldn't give me a refund cause it was done online. I went to fill my propane tank and they wouldn't fill it cause it didn't have service sticker. I have never had ANY problem filling my tanks before the tanks are only a few years old. No rust or any problems just didn't have a sticker. It had a manufacturing date that was still good.

The staff is friendly and helpful and for being in a smaller town they have most of the essentials that you would, so that you don't need to drive into St. George. We have had several items that we needed in a rush and they have had it each and every time. Plus when they did that free concert last year that was a great addition for the area.

I wrote an honest 4 star review using the Tractor Supply Feedback tool -I bought 10 chicks through the mail, one was dead when I picked up the package, another died that night, but the rest are doing fine a week later. I also noted that their "notify me" tool was broken - I got the text notification 5 days after I picked up the chicks.But I found out that the reviews on their website are a sham because they screen out the bad news. My honest review was "moderated" - they wrote:Your review cannot be approved because it:is vague or needs more detailmentions shipping complaintscontains legally sensitive contentSo - I am posting this review on a place that doesn't screen out the bad reviews - I was happy with my purchase, but now I am not.

We placed an online order and drove from Ivins to Hurricane to pick up only to find when we got home that they gave us the wrong order. Called and no apology or care that we now have to drive back for our order. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Great store filled with such a variety of products. They have a terrific selection of pet fooda and wild bird food too. It is a clean store and the prices are competitve. Customer service isn't consistently good, but it has been a few months since the last bad experience.If you get a credit card with Tractor Supply be careful. Their billing system is odd, and there was a fraudulent charge on my account in the 2nd month. It was so difficult to rectify --completely ridiculous and time consuming. I really can't advise getting their card despite the discounts that you supposedly get. All I really get is lots of SPAM from them. I still shop there but rarely. They really need to streamline the charge card and rewards programs.

This store has so many things, I don't even know where to start. If you're an outdoor person, you'll love browsing here. They have clothing, canning supplies, shoes, animal feed, fence posts, dog toys, and lots of other things. It's a clean, quiet environment with young, energetic employees who seem excited and happy to help you with your needs.

I went in for one thing and came out with everything I needed. The customer service was great. At first it was a little hard to find them but the attitude of all employees was outstanding. I will shop there again. Items varied from a jack, air compressor, peanuts, boots, etc: to other things. I was able to get all things and did not waste time and more driving to, all in one location.

Do not us TSC On-line! I went into the local Hurricane store 3 weeks in a row trying to find a large fan. They kept telling me they'd show up next Wednesday. After the third Wednesday and no large fans I went on-line. You WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING, even though they should have stocked it in the store (unlike Walmart, Home Depot, etc). And then it's Good Luck Buddy! I've been waiting an additional 3 weeks for it to arrive!! Constant delays, going to the wrong 'destination city' a few times, no ETA's, it's been a nightmare! My fan has travelled across this country more than I have!

I visited this store on Saturday, December 26, 2020. There is signage requiring masks to enter the store. There is a state mandated mask requirement. I observed the cashier remove her mask on multiple occasions. I observed 6 customers in the store without masks. The employees did nothing, zero effort to communicate with the customers regarding mask usage. My wife & I felt extremely uncomfortable and left the store without purchasing the items we intended to purchase.

Went in to buy a chick for my snake. They would not sell me one for that. Said they can only sell them for pets only. Do they realize people buy them to raise and eat??? Won't be going there anymore and have the rest of my family to never go there again!

I give this place a 1/2 a star! If your Navajo .. don’t shop here the manager James..here is very prejudiced and don’t like kids .. my daughter sat on a rocking chair and accidentally broke a pottery that was sitting up high on a shelf .. and my thought is why the hell would you set up a damn rocking chair by fragile pottery’s ...you damn well know someone gonna sit down! Had it been a white person that knock that piece over he would’ve let it go and said oh it will be ok but we are Navajos and we’re treated differently! My poor daughter is only 8 years old! She don’t know .. just a kid! This place needs a sign that says no kids or no Navajos!

I have spent alot of money in TSC over the years, this one was by far the worst, I thought Kingman az was bad but this one beat it. Just in the last month I spent over $1500, the bullhead az store is ok and thats even saying something... I wont go back, shame there is no negative stars
