I had their bakery make me a Star Wars R2D2 smash cake and a galaxy cake for my baby’s first birthday. It was delicious and they both turned out perfect! Highly recommend for great quality and a great price for cake!

When traveling across the country, it's hard sometimes to find a good grocery store. Lin's market was a great find. It's right on the main Street through the town of hurricane. The store was clean, well stocked, and the employees were very friendly. I would definitely go back again if I needed to.

A surprisingly good local grocery store in Hurricane. Significantly better than Davis nearby. Much better selection and - importantly - quality than Davis. Their deli sandwiches were SO good! Highly recommended!

Very rude customer service person. I usually shop Harmon's, Costco, and Walmart but needed something quick and the Lin's is closer to my house than the other stores. I asked her how to signup for digital perks because some items I was purchasing was on sale with their rewards program. She asked me if I lived here. When I said part time (which is just about every month), she said I would need to spend a lot of money to get rewards and would not help me. There are other places to shop.

Today at check out Colleen was amazing, thorough, and kind. She was going over the information for the rewards program. I usually don’t sign up because I’m forgetful to use it.She said if there are any issues to ask her or customer service and that she likes helping people save money!As I walked out I thought “ her customer service makes me want to shop here”.So I wanted to pop on and note it here, I hope her management notices how well she is doing! The lady at the customer service was rude , I simply asked if they did money orders, she was blowing up balloons. She turned around and looked at me with a what do want sour face. Like I was bothering her. Not the first time. Another time I was renting a carpet cleaning machine. Terrible attitude and service. Not returning to this Lins, I’ll be taking my business to Lins or Smith’s in St. George.

I love this hometown grocery store, but there is one checker that needs to learn some manners. The store knows who she is but maybe you could provide her a few lessons on customer service. Or, at least the use of hello and have a good day. A little goes a long way.

I have visited this location many times and I have to be honest, the employees are some of the most depressing and unwelcoming people I have ever met. Brandy over in meats and cheeses and ready meals never ever takes people in order, she takes the people that she wants to take and she works extremely slow. Schae, the girl at the checkout register is always depressed, never smiles, never says hello and never ever says thank you or have a nice day. I honestly feel like I’m in trouble every time I walk in that store and I say hello to any of the employees. The store itself is not bad, it has everything that you need but I would say to the manager to have a good conversation with the entire staff about whether or not they wanna continue employment. The whole customer service aspect of customer service inside of the supermarket has gone out the window completely. I won’t shop here again and I’m new to the area and I definitely won’t recommend it to anybody. I’ll recommend Davis any day of the week because those people are actually nice. The only nice person that I have met in that store was the guy who works in meats and cheese and ready-made foods and he has glasses and a chain around his neck with razors on it. His necklace is funny but that guy is super nice and super friendly every time I walk in there and very helpful. I wish I could say the same about everybody else.

Lin's market is a nice store to do some quick shoppingBut prices have gotten too high to do your weekly shopping it's sad that I have to travel to St George to pick up most of the family shopping now. Prices of food is high enough without stores raising prices even higher than most other stores. Maybe if the store in Hurricane had more employees working than standing around talking that would help prices come down a little. Many of times you have walk around employees in groups of three talking while you are shopping. So sad that I have to drive past my favorite local store to do my weekly shopping.

Prices are nothing special. The last 2 packs of fresh hamburger I bought here were brown inside with red meat on the visible outside. Hit or miss with the cashiers. Isabell however is flat out rude. You’ll have to repack your groceries and when she sees you doing it, gets a good grip and smooshes your bread intentionally. Do Not recommend. I’d rather pay more at albertsons. At least they’re nice.

Great store, great employees just kinda high priced but he'll at least the checkers are not huge talkers like the Walmart ones! Not that I don't mind some conversation but damn those Walmart Checkers ramble on and on until there line is half way to the back of the store, and my brow is sweating because I'm all concerned about the folk waiting in line and I just wanna say "DUDE SHUT UP ALL READY YOU ARE DISTRACTING YOURSELF AND YOUR LINES TO THE TV DEPT"... So yeah I'll pay them prices anyway just so I don't 💦 sweat! 😂😂

Mediocre grocery store. Small and a little over priced. Selection is just the basic items, nothing more. Use to patronize the produce section for the excellent quality and the meat/butcher counter. But the quality is gone along with the butcher counter. If I need something quick and limited I go because it is close.

I shop here because it's convenient. While the store has a decent selection of fruits and vegetables, the meat section leaves a lot to be desired. Chicken, pork, and beef take up most of the shelf space, and there is rarely anything more exotic than that on offer.The rewards program only works if you spend quite a bit of money at the store every month. Since I only shop for myself, and the store doesn't carry many items that I prefer (I have to go elsewhere for those), I never meet the threshold needed to earn rewards. I feel this is unfair to singles, or to people who may only shop there occasionally.The level of service can be uneven. Most times, it is at least acceptable, but some days, the staff barely acknowledges me. The cashiers rarely engage in conversation, and sometimes they don't tell me how much I owe, or say thank you. I am spending my hard earned money, the least they could do is show some gratitude.If you are passing through Hurricane, it is a good place to buy water and snacks. But if you live in the area, like I do, then you wish there were more options for groceries than just Lin's.

The supermarket itself is really great and well stocked. My rating is for the fresh cooked food section which is the farthest things from fresh. The chicken tenders I purchased seemed a day old and tasted like they had been reheated multiple times. In addition, the mashed potatoes and other gravy based food had stale crusting on the side.

We love this grocery store. It’s a little on the pricier side for most things unless they are on sale- they have great sales. The bakery is my boys favorite part. They have a huge selection of homemade donuts to chose from and even have a glass window so you can watch them make donuts and cakes. This store is a great stop on the way into zions national park or if you are spending the day at the sand hallow beach- stock up on a huge variety or drinks and energy drinks, snacks and homemade treats and food! Everyone is super friendly and inviting

Overall a pretty good store. I don't like that they cover regular price tags with other price tags with the same amount making it look like something is on sale. That seems a bit dishonest. Also, it would be super fantastic if they could either turn off the temperature on their road sign or fix it since it is usually off by 5-10 degrees. Other than that, I am fairly happy to shop there.

BEST BARBECUE EVER!!! Had the brisket from the Deli. Can't believe this is grocery store brisket. Tender, juicy, hot, tasty,tasty,tasty. Rivals smokey bones in Detroit. Came back 3 days later for more brisket and ribs. Best dinner we had while visiting Zion National Park.We were able to stick up on gluten free food items as well as regular food items. We were even able to find a citrus juicer that we left in the appliance drawer of the AirBnB.

We were staying in a hotel and did not want quick food for dinner. So we stopped here for a dinner and the lady at the hot food counter was SO Very helpful. I wish I remembered her name. They have good food ready to eat or heat up or even hot food in the deli. This was a great store to shop in. If we're ever back there, we'll go there again.

Went in at 9pm last night. Walked up to a checkout she gave me a glare like I had done something wrong. Told me she was closed and to go to the self checkout. Then 30 seconds later proceeded to help the customer that walked in behind me.... What the heck... I had 3 items. The reason I go to people not the self check out is so people can still have jobs. I hate self check out for multiple reasons. But the self checkout had better customer service skills in this instance, that's for sure.

As short-time visit tourists to the area we were looking for a store that offered good quality food produce, for us to cook at our nearby AirBnB. We found everything we needed at Lin's. Recommended!

For a small town the store isn't too bad but they could definitely use a bigger selection of allergen free foods, and other items that you have to go miles or so in either direction and get at other stores.
