Sooooo easy to work with! Julie was the one I worked with and she was so kind. I didn’t have to jump through any crazy hoops. They took care of getting puppy fixed and shots and all that. The only thing I would change is to allow puppy to get fixed when he’s a little older. He was too young, but we couldn’t adopt him without him getting fixed first.

My wife and I filled out the forms to adopt two Chihuahuas because ours had just died of old age and cancer. We had picked out two that they recommended should be adopted together. We never heard from them for two weeks so we sent them multiple emails. Never received a reply. Whoever is in charge of this operation needs to be replaced with someone who takes their job more seriously. I feel sorry for the poor animals and feel like someone just doesn't care.

Thanks place is great. You can tell they take great care of these animals. The dogs are healthy and well taken care of and the workers there love these pups. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to adopt a pup.

We tried to adopt even a couple of pets but they would not allow us to adopt dogs because we don’t have a fenced in yard which is an absolutely ridiculous rule since we don’t intend on letting the dogs out of the house unless they are on a leash if the pet is on a leash a fenced in yard should not matter not to mention the ridiculous law that the city of Hurricane enforces That a household can only have two pets PERIODBe that as it may I will not recommend anybody doing business with because animals matter out of hurricane and I certainly will not allow myself to enter that place of business anymore

We loved our experience with bam! We visited other shelters and they did not compare to bam one bit! At bam you can tell without a doubt that they really love and care for the animals and have nothing but the best interest for them in mind. They were able to line us up with the best dog for our family and we couldn’t be happier with our cute little pup or with the experience! And all of the staff at bam are great to work with! 5 stars in not enough to give them; they deserve more! ❤️

Really wanted to volunteer out here. Filled out the application and personally dropped it off letting them know I would love to help in any area. Messaged them on Facebook a week later reminding them who I was and how I was still interested in helping. Never heard a word back from them. Its been at least a month now and still no reply. 🤔

Drove over two hours to adopt a dog. It was mentioned on the phone I am not from hurricane, ut. I get there and they tell me I can't take the dog because I am not local. Shame on you guys! The dog would of had a great home and great life.
