Awesome spot to rest and recharge on your way to Moab and Delicate Arch. Prices are great. We visited March 2024 and they have a brand new bathroom and shower facility opening in a few weeks. I liked the turf by our RV pad. The park is well managed and clean. Shout out to all the staff for helping us. They are top notch. Can’t wait to return!

Overall a nice campground. About an hour from Arches, Canyonlands, and Goblin Valley. Feels more remote and quiet compared to Moab and closer to interesting places in the “Swell”. Stayed 4 nights in 2 adjacent camping cabins. The cabins were clean and the beds were comfortable. The mattresses on the full beds looked new. The staff were friendly and responsive to issues that popped up even after hours. The thermostat on our heater broke and a new one was placed in our cabin the next day. Unfortunately, there was no hot water one of the nights because the gas company damaged the gas line at the campground. Not the fault of the campground but a few dollars off one night would have been nice. Went to bed dirty but not a big deal since we were camping anyway. The campground is undergoing upgrades with a new shower house on the way. Currently, they still use the one by the office which is dated but clean. The playground was removed for the construction, but the city playground is just minutes away. There was more to do in the area than we had time for and we would definitely stay here again.Nearby activities: Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Goblin Valley State Park.Good restaurant options: Ray’s Tavern, Tamarisk.

Conveniently located right in town, we stayed here for one night on a winter Mighty Five road trip. Electric hookups were on in the winter, and no water hookup didn’t matter since the bathrooms and showers were open, heated, and clean. Laundry was also available and the room & machines were clean. The picnic table and chairs at our site was a bonus, and it was sunny so we hung out and played card games outside during the afternoon. Great campground!

Wonderful campground, level sights, easy access, with well maintained utilities. We were greeted like long lost friends. We did not have to disconnect our F250 from our 42 foot 5er had we chose not to.Easy access to Loves Travel Plaza only a few miles away as well as local fuel stations.👉Do try the restaurant at the entrance to the RV park. The food and service is fantastic and it is within walking distance. If your time permits, check out the museum across the road.Be well and safe travels.

An ideal spot for our family for two nights as a base camp to adventure. We stayed in the deluxe cabin and were delighted at all the accommodations. Master bed was soft and comfy, bunk beds were a hidden gem in a hideaway area for the kids, and even the pull out bed in the couch was comfortable. Many kitchen items were provided and the outdoors were charming (although it's a desert). Most of all, the A/C worked great! I wish the playground was a bit more updated for the kids, but since we were hardly there much it didn't affect my rating. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoy your KOA.

Stayed in a kabin. Kabin was clean, warm with the space heater, and cozy. Bathrooms were solid. Had a nice stay.Later the night of check out 2 hours away, I realize I am an all time space cadet and don’t have my backpack. Hoping I left it at the KOA, I called but after their office is closed. Desperately text back my check out automated text, and get a response in minutes. Legitimately saved my trip. Thank you

3 stars all around as a tent camper.Pros:-Good location-Flat ground, with good tent sites-Great place to watch a storm roll inCons:-Tent sites were right next to SUPER bright lights of the motel six. Little effort was done to prevent light pollution save for a tattered fabric on the fence. Do not under estimate this if you’re sensitive to light or do not have a sleeping mask.-No prices listed online-KOA is nothing special, seems a little rundown-No trash cans in sightNearby activities: Tamarisk restaurant is right next door which has an excellent breakfast.

We stayed in a tent and liked our site. Showers were clean, water was warm! Heidi and John who run the place are kind, helpful and hard working. Great central place to see a number of parks.

Wonderful location, just off Interstate 70, big rig friendly, huge sites, pull through with 50 Amp full hookups. Staff is incredibly helpful. Recommended a great restaurant within walking distance. Huge dog park and lots of kid activities m. Pool looks great but we didn't use it. I'd definitely stay here again if we come this way.

We stopped here for the night and stayed in one of the cabins. We love staying at KOAs. This was a great location. The staff was so nice and welcoming. We were able to walk to a restaurant that was next door. The campground was clean and very quiet. Bathrooms were very clean. This is a close location to the I-70, which was nice. You didn't hear any of the road noise. They have a really nice pet area, small playground, cabins that are spaced out in the campground, and plenty of tent sites. The pool is still closed but it is still early spring.

My husband and I reserved a night here, but our towing vehicle broke down before we could arrive from the Ouray CO KOA. These sweet, courteous, fantastic people let us store our vehicle here in their dry storage area while our truck was being fixed. We will be back to patronize their facility/ RV units and pool. We are forever grateful for their kindness. A huge shout out to this group of fine people. The campground is clean, spacious, and easily accessible from Green River's main street through town. Go see the Powell museum and buy some Veteres melons if you are there late Aug through Sept. And by all means, take a drive to enjoy the Green River itself.

Very clean and modernized KOA and supportive of our armed services. we stayed here for our visit to the arches National Park with our 3 kids and were very happy with the facility. 45 mins away, and you enjoy a quiet campground with cement and ASTRO turf picnic spots, great warm clean pool and slide, nice laundry room, dog park.it's in the desert, so wind and dust storms can occur.. but are typically short lived.

So far we have stayed here twice. First time was probably 4 years ago, 2nd time was just a few days ago. The service is friendly very nice people. The campsites are nice. Basic with hookups and there tent sites are nice as well. Nothing special but you have a place to pitch your tent. We will be coming here again maybe in July. Their showers and restrooms are also nice. Hot water and there is a code on the bathrooms so not just anyone can walk in.

I got spot 6. Back in spot on the end. I have a self contained travel van. I don’t need hook ups but I used them anyways. The paw pen is the best!!! Loved the covered patio with table and 4 chairs. Fire pit and bench looks out to a nice green field.Great spot for privacy and pooches.

Right in the middle of industrial park and motel parking lots. Nothing appealing about this RV park at all. They began doing dusty and noisy road grading at 7:30am

We loved our stay at the Green River KOA, using their cozy cabins for a group camping trip with our kids. Super friendly office staff, clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water, a great park for the kids, flat areas near our cabins to pitch a tent for our older kids, and a great little store on-site for all the things that we forgot to bring or ran out of. This a super clean and very well-kept KOA. There is not a lot to Green River itself, but we wanted to explore Goblin Valley State Park AND Arches National Park, so this really was the PERFECT home base to do both! Thanks for another great stay at a KOA!! Very well done!!

Our site was level, easy pull-thru, spacious with good FHU. There was a nice clean laundry room. Washers were $2 each and the same for dryers. There were 4 washers and six dryers - all working. There was a well-stocked little store, friendly and helpful employees, nice big dog park, pool was freezing but looked very nice. No hot tub or kiddie pool. Never used the bathrooms, but husband said they looked clean. We would stay here again.

My wife and I was on our way to a different RV park and ended up checking this one out and I am so glad we did. I was hesitant to stop at a KOA because the nightly rates are usually expensive but the rates were great for the season. The spaces are well positioned and we had full hook ups. Trevor is the park host and he was very helpful and provided exactly what we needed. After we met him we decided to stay for a few more days and explore the area. 40 minutes from The Arches and Moab. It’s located in a small town but that’s what we like.. quiet, no traffic and open spaces. The showers were great and the laundry room was fully working and really clean! I’m so glad we took a “detour” because we would have never found this place! If you are traveling the 1 70 east and like peace and quiet in small towns, I highly recommend.

This is a lovely park that is loved by the people taking care of it. I have never seen suck a clean well thought out park. All the special touches ( like site 6 with it's own dog park) makes it a joy. The staff is the best.

This park has a very nice pool & adequate dog park. On the down side: Site did not allow for awnings to be extended because a dead tree. With temperatures reaching 105* the awnings would have helped. The entire campground is rock and EVERY day they would drive the golf cart around dragging a chain to smooth it out. They spent hours doing this daily. This created so much dust I had to clean my filters & windows every other day, while out walking they would just drive right past you, leaving me in a cloud of dust. Mail was not consistent. We travel full time and use a mail service, one package arrived, one did not. We checked the office & were told nope nothing here. We checked with the Post Office and were told. “They don’t check for mail regularly.” So a check & replacement credit card were lost. I would not return to this park. Left with a negative feeling regarding KOA campgrounds.

This is one of the nicest KOA’s we’ve stayed at! We just stayed for a night on our way to Colorado! We wished we could have stayed longer! They have spacious sites with your own gazebo, a table, and even a personal dog run! It was very clean and the workers were very kind! The only problem we had was finding food due to it being a very small town. But overall it’s definitely a place we’d stop again!
