Nice Marina on the southern Utah side of flaming gorge. They have slips for a lot of power boats. Didn't see any houseboats. I have a little restaurant that's opened Friday Saturdays and Sundays. We put our kayak in and did some fine paneling that day.

RENTERS BEWARE! We were completely duped by Cedar Springs Marina. I would give the rental a 0 if we could! The gorge was a 10. The photos all showed nice, newer pontoon boats. The folks were friendly when we called and spoke with them so we felt it would work out fine.... When we called, we were asked how many people and pets...We have two adults and two dogs! "NO problem, we have something for you", but then the lies started! No mention that the "party barge" was not what was presented in photos or to non-pet owners. What we received when we got there was a mechanics barge with Walmart plastic seats! Literally , there were two plastic benches held together with plywood and nails, and plastic chairs that you would buy for a weekend and toss! That was the $320.00 boatseating provided. Next, a terribly under powered engine that maxed out at 11MPH (per our phone speed guide). So weak that when the wind kicked up (not even white caps) we had to turn into the wake of every boat as we could not keep up with the various other boats returning to the marina to dodge the storm. A full day rental, (paid in advance) was required to hold the boat for us. When we finally got to the boat, the funds were already lost due to the "no refund policy". This experience was night and day from what our friends at the camp site had, but the devil is in the details. They did not have a dog and you can't get a decent boat if you bring your dog! NONE OF THAT WAS EXPLAINED BEFORE WE WERE PRESENTED WITH THIS POS. We would gladly have paid more or skipped the experience all together if they had been honest. To add insult to this, we were charged an additional $20.00 for gas after only being out a little over three hours. That itself is not the issue, who cares about $20.00 when spending $320.00.. the issue was that the engine was so poorly maintained that it used that much gas in only 3 hours at 5-8 mph (not the max 11MPH possible as it rattled and was so loud you could not enjoy the beautiful gorge). This is only part of the deceit from these folks, the boat itself was dangerous as it had no horn (used plastic whistle provided), no cut off switch, no depth finder no instruments and a steering cable that was so old and dry it would literally click as you turned the wheel. The wires hanging out from the speed controller can't be legal (see photos if possible in post for all these truths!) This barge did not even include a radio to drowned out the stinky engine and rattling bare plywood "sun deck". Not even an anchor on the boat to stop and enjoy the coves.. The Snag Bar & Grill is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday’s. Live music most weekends. Kid & dog friendly. Food is good with decent portions. Views and vibe are “bar none” THE BEST. Rent pontoon boats, kayaks or paddle boards at the marina.

Best place in the world! John and Stacy do a great job taking care of the place. The bar and grill on the docks is a great setting to eat and relax, while the scenery is a 10+! We can't say enough good about Cedar Springs Marina!

We went to the Snag restaurant on the water. The service was quick and friendly but the food was bad. I got the taco salad and it was mostly cabbage and the tortilla chip bowl tasted like wheat crackers. You pay way more than what it’s worth ($12 for taco salad, $8 for 2 beef tacos).

We stayed at the Cedar Springs campground and came to the marina to launch our boat, rent a slip, and get snacks/ice from the shop. Great little spot with lots of services.

We rented a pontoon boat to see Flaming Gorge. The employees were nice and helpful. Also, there is a great restaurant with good atmosphere.

Used the boat rental of the marina last year. The marina is great, but the rental business is not. We ended up having key issues and had to get towed. The response from the owner was terrible. Zero customer service. Would never use them again. If you have to use them anyway rent a new boat and stay away from the used ones. Also, the skis and boards seem really old and mediocre. Bring your own.

We had an amazing time this past week. The staff was amazing and willing to help. We lost our wedding ring in the boat dash and the staff helped us get it back! We will definitely go back. Great place for families to go no appointment required. They also maintain their water craft very well. Everything looks new! Thanks again for an amazing time!

This is a beautiful area. Great place to get your watercraft into the gorge. There are 3 launching spaces and plenty of parking.

Cedar Springs Marina is one of the best places for service! The owners are awesome! The dock hands are amazing! Going way above service requirements! My husband and I have been going to the Gorge for 40 years! I have been handicapped for six years! If it weren’t for the amazing caring dock hands I would not have been able to get down the dock and into our boat! They had to wheel me all the way down a very steep dock and help me on the boat! Then when we were done they had to push me all the way up the steep dock to our truck! I wished more people were this giving!

What an amazing day! CS Marina staff was very courteous and available at all times before and during our first trip to Flaming Gorge. Renting a ski boat was worth every penny for the amazing memories with my family learning to ski, taking dips and swimming in the refreshing water, and enjoy the amazing views. Don't hesitate...rent a boat during your visit. It's worth it!

Love this place! We return to Flaming Gorge and Cedar Springs every Labor Day for a family boating vacation. The Snag restaurant has made some great upgrades with lots of new seeding and more areas for the kids to play. Also very grateful for the great advice and direction I received from the people who run the bait shop when I realized that I had a flat tire on my truck and they were able to leave me 2 the locals to have it fixed in a matter of hours so as not to ruin a great vacation.

Rented the 16' fishing boat for a joy ride around the south end of the lake. It's not fast, but we didn't really expect it to be.The folks working on the marina were incredibly nice and made sure we were having a great time. They pointed out the places to see including some on lake picnic areas. Prices were reasonable and the equipment was in good condition.

Very friendly service. We rented the ski boat for the day. Not a big boat, outboard motor for 6 people, no shade, and they don’t allow pulling tubes. But, my kids had a great day learning to water ski.

Be careful with this place if you are renting any boats or jet skis! We rented a boat and the gas tank gauge was broken. We were told that the boat was filled with gas. We took it out for under 3 hours, came back and the guy filled it up and apparently we went through 17.5 gallons in that amount of time. Which seems ridiculous! The guy said it was because of the wind that the boat used a lot of gas. If you rent anything from this place make sure you have them fill us the boat or just skis in front of you before you take it out. We clearly did not have a full tank when we departed. I've been on boats before and have never paid close to $100 for a couple of hours on the water.

Went to the restaurant and did some fishing around the dock on my birthday and had a decent time. Went back on my girlfriends birthday and the owners harassed us for fishing from shore and told us we couldn't come on the dock to rent a paddle board or have lunch

Can you say RUDE STAFF. Have had 2 experiences with this establishment at their courtesy docks and both time they were not very courteous. Spent well over $800 between the group that was there the first time and the lady wanted us off the dock because we were now done at the restaurant she even went as far as reaching down to untie our dock lines and try and push us off. Second time we went to have dinner and we got there right at 8:00 PM and they said that the grill closed at 8:00 PM so they could only serve us drinks and chips and dip. We stayed had dinks and then went back to our boat and got a knock a little later on the courtesy docks again saying we could not stay there and if we did it would be $25 and we would have to be off by 8:00 AM when the restrtaunt does not even open until 11:00 AM. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!! If you want great customer service DON’T GO HERE!!!

Marina employee Carol is very rude. We rented the 30 ft pontoon and because we reserved it were required to pay for the entire day. After it was paid for they took us down to the pontoon where we were informed that none of the gauges worked and would not be able to tell if it was overheating but to keep the engine in the water and it would be fine. They're was also no horn so they gave us a whistle to use if we ran into trouble. We were informed not to hang the ladder on the side of the boat and to use the notches in the floorboard to connect the ladder and hang over the boat through the door. When we went to connect the ladder it did not fit and we were unable to get off the boat to swim as we had no way to get back on. We were told later that the ladder was not the correct ladder for the boat and that someone would have to hold the ladder on the floor while someone climbed up. (Because that's safe) when we reported all this to the woman Carol at the marina she very rudely stated well what do you expect from a rental! Well we expect that it be in working order for the amount paid to use it. Absolutely horrible and unsafe! Do not recommend.

Pros: Fair prices, ice available for on boat cooler, staff helpful about skiing options.Cons: They only allow 6 people on an 8 person boat, don't allow tubes to pull behind boat, forgot to have us sign for the gas at the end so we had to walk back down and sign.Overall, fun day boating. We would go again.
