Extremely friendly staff, genuinely caring and concerned about my pup. Dr Panter took the time to really look him over. What I thought might just be allergies for my 5yr old malamute turned out to be an upper respiratory infection. I truly appreciate the time and extra care that he took for my questions, and I never felt rushed. Iwas excited that Kuna is finally at his perfect weight of 87lbs!!! Also, I love the fact that there weren't a ton of other owners and pets at check in, which can be so overwhelming. If you show up early, there plenty of space to take your pup for a walk, as well. It's worth the drive time and I feel the pricing is fair. Thank you Animal Care Clearfield!!

I’ve been an established client since 2020, but my last few experiences with the various office staff has been awful. Especially when it comes to staff answering the phone, being polite, communicating to both me and each other, and my concerns not being addressed by a vet clinic that I once trusted. I’m generally a reasonable person and try to be understanding. I know that some days are hard and that it can feel personal when it’s not. Even after my last visit where the staff didn’t communicate with each other about a problem I expressed about my dog THREE times over the course of a week resulting in the problem not being looked at, I still gave them a chance. But today, after they called saying they couldn’t see my dog (for the same problem that they failed to address the FIRST time) because of power outage issues, I was told to call the Roy clinic and see if they could fit us in. The girl who answered the phone put me on hold, which then went to a voicemail. Thinking this was an accident, I called back. She asked again to put me on hold and I said that I had just called back from being put on hold, to which she replied “Well, I don’t know what you want me to do. I have a line of people in front of me who take precedence over you.” Like excuse me?? The only reason I’m even calling in the first place is because the office told me to! Because they couldn’t see my dog for his appointment that had been scheduled for a week!Due to this, among other things, we are going to a new vet and I will NEVER recommend this practice again. After previous issues, I always reached out directly to the office manager, rather than making a big deal in a review, but clearly nothing has change, so why give them that opportunity anymore?

There are some of the most kind and considerable people working here. They suffer alot just having to deal with the people that come in on a daily yelling and all the death around them and they still continue to be kind and helpful. These employees deserve some praise for there hard work. We can all work to make this world better.

A few months back we had to put our sweet girl to rest.. She had cancer.. multiple tumors on her body. But the worst one was on her leg! The vet was so calm and patient with our Pitbull/Bulldog Mix. They gave us many options and let us choose a plan for our baby girl before charging us right away! Like majority of vets… When we brought her back she was in pain the vet could see the vet techs could see and they felt our pain as well for her and how bad our hearts were hurting seeing her in pain…. They were nothing but amazing and so caring towards our feelings during our tough decision.. They are an incredible vet hospital! They truly care! Do not let the small amount of negative comments/reviews stop you from coming here! They are very reasonably priced as well! Thank you Animal Care Veterinary Hospital & Amazing staff for truly comforting Winter and Myself and Boyfriend during our difficult time! We truly appreciate you!

I strongly do not recommend this vet my pup went in for a broken toe And they wrapped it in properly, which caused sores between his paws and got infected in His paw and leg by time his toe was healed He was worse shape then he was when he went in there with having all the pressure sores and open sores between his toes because it was so bunched up in the wrap l Do not go to this vet if you care about and love your pet. I’d add all the pics but some are pretty bad

I was able to get my newly rescued cat in to spay very quickly. Which was a relief. Everything went smoothly. Mira is doing great.

I was visiting from out of state and my dog became ill. When I lived here before, I used Animal Care west... and love Dr. Talbot! But, he was booked. I learned of this affiliate and called. They were able to get me in within 2 days, got us the medicine and care we needed. I did have to pay the emergency premium which I think was high (and yes, i had to schedule an emergency visit), especially given the circumstances. I realize vets are busy, but waiting 2 weeks to get the affordable care you need, instead of when you need it, should not be the situation we're faced with in caring for our best friends. The medicine was very expensive which I'm sure the clinic gets a potion of. It would've been much appreciated had it been reduced the difference in the office visit cost but that didn't happen.So overall the care was good, the people friendly, the wait wasn't too long, and the clinic itself was clean and orderly. 3 starts instead of 5 because I feel the price was too high, and I felt like they could have and should have thrown some sort of discount or token to ease the blow.

Dr Madsen diagnosed my poodles problem and was very nice and knowledgeable! The girls at the front desk were friendly, nice and efficient. The office was also tidy and clean.

I've been burned by this location twice. We only came here because we couldn't get in to our regular vet at the Roy location. Both times they were happy to take my money and say that my dog was perfectly healthy despite the concerns I had, and both times problems persisted and we finally got in to our regular vet to have these problems addressed; including one of these requiring a surgery for bladder stones. I'm very disappointed and won't give you free money a third time.

Great service. Dr Panter was kind and very understanding. We've been going to the Animal Care Hospital for over 20 years. My family and several friends also take there furry pets to this group of Veterinarians.
