False advertising deals that they definitely aren't honoring. They were mocking my girlfriend from inside the store (customers were still inside) as they locked her out. They were not closed yet.

Just went in to check it out because it is closer to were my family and I moved. I will not go back, an employee was stocking the shelves and coolers and playing music saying F this and F that, pop pills do drugs and slap women. No idea who the manager is because I got my two kids and myself out of that store immediately. The music wasn't even quiet, you could hear it right when you walked in the front door. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be giving that Family Dollar or any Family Dollar my business anywhere if that is the kind of store they are turning in to.

They over charge for items off the clearance and falsely prices clearly on the shelf and refuse to fix the issue. Do not shop here.

This store is always clean but the shelves are empty and the stock is setting on the floor waiting to be stocked by the same person who rings you up . I will keep shopping here !!

I have lived here for 3 years now, and have always loved this store and customer service here. Shannon is always helpful and friendly she goes above and beyond to help me,She is super friendly with my children husband and myself. This store is always well stocked and clean. I have wonderful conversations with all the associates and management is professional.Thank you Family Dollar Cedar for making me feel at home.

There's a new cashier Jean. She rings up things 2-3 times, gets highly offended when you ask to check the receipt. She yells for the manager when her she rings it up $20 over what you thought. I get better service at a self check out. I would avoid this Family Dollar.

I like it there. They always welcome u in. The lady a guy at night are soooo amazing. She is always asking if ur good n if u need any help to find anything.The young man is very helpful as well, like the women is really showing him an he is like a sponge an does what she ask of him an he is a good listener. They are great employees. I just went tonight to get somethings an it was clean an organized very good. Everything is stocked an on the shelves. I love my neighborhood family dollar.

This store is a joke. Maybe they should stop hiring tweakers. I went in there and bought $52 worth of product and gave them a $100 and they wouldn't cash it. Really you don't have $48 dollars in change idiots

Always a positive environment, friendly people & great customer service. Never to many people like the main establishments so never waiting to go down the aisle, always stocked just a great experience over all & great prices for the location in town and clean unlike some of the places around town. Thanks staff you got my business for life.

Staff could be a bit better or prompt I should say I can not count on one hand how many times i have waited on an associate for checkout. having been right there the whole time while they finish their conversation before I can purchase my things. I believe there is room for improvements here.

I felt like the person checking me out was not paying attention to her job. She didn't give me my change. I paid cash. It was only 21 cents. It wasn't busy. She was just unpleasant.

Shelves were empty in enoch needs some cleaning staff was nice and workable. Cedar one needs cleaning out and inside and would be nice to be greeted needs work treating customers little better

Its not bad, just a little slow and most definitely short handed, that's most likely why its so slow but it is very frustrating when you have to stand in line for a pretty good amount of time while the only one cashier deals with a big line of people on by himself and you can clearly see his coworkers ignoring this and stocking shelves it's really not acceptable at all

The shelves were super close together and made me feel claustrophobic. They had lots of stock items in the middle of isles with no employees actually stocking the shelves, so the carts ended up just being in the way.

Horrible there is freight couldn't go down any aisle but then again I shouldn't complain they were open on Thanksgiving just being real they need to do it overnight or early in the morning that's ridiculous

Was horrible...filthy..isles stclacked with week old freight...have been to five different family dollars stores in two months and walked out of all...no wonder your closing all your stores...dont you get what is the problem....get more employees pay better treat your employees like humans..geez

For a dollar store there are some pretty nice items at great prices. Staff is friendly and helpful as well.

There are no automatic entry doors for use by persons with disabilities. There are no machines for customers to scan and pay for products with cash or a bank card.
