I Stocking a fish lakes lumber in beaver Utah. the other day. I have some lumber tip on me on my truck so I went there and asked them. If they could help me Straighten it yeah we can help you then turn around and charged me a $100 for 5 minutes worth of work any of our other customers would have been glad to help and not charge Me $100. I say the Owner is greedy. It's pretty sad Especially when we deliver lumber To them?

On an errand for my father, I went to Fishlake Lumber for a saw blade for a Husqvarna saw to use at our cabin over the weekend. Knowing nothing about saws or blades, I asked for help and waited 10 minutes for assistance. Lynn helped me with the blades. He was very nice and explained they only had Stihl saw blades but felt they would work for a Husqvarna. He convinced me to buy two different sizes to try. He also told me if they didn't work, I could return them to any ACE store since his store would be closed on Sunday when I would be back from the mountains and I live out of state. Well, the blades didn't work for a Husqvarna saw and were unusable - we never even removed them from the box. When I attempted to return them to a store in Salt Lake, and even trying at a store in Arizona before flying home to Texas, I was told that due to the store being a franchise, I had to return them to the store I purchased them from. I called the store and explained the situation and they offered to have them returned by mail and reimburse me for the shipping - I was very impressed with their customer service.However, after I mailed the items back in with the receipt and sent in my shipping receipt, it has been a nightmare trying to get my refund. After two weeks, I was refunded for one of the blades, but not the other (a $35 product), and I haven't received the shipping costs as promised (about $13). Linda, from the store, claims the blade I returned was "well used", which is impossible given we could not put it on a Husqvarna saw and never actually used the blade. I don't know what they are looking at but the blades I returned were brand new, never been used. It took Linda two weeks to respond to my emails after several follow-ups and after much back and forth, I still don't have the refund for the second blade or shipping reimbursement I was promised.

We arrived in Beaver at 2am with our boat heading to Lake Powell. We had lost a bolt off of our wakeboard tower. In the morning, they took the time to look at our boat and offered suggestions and parts to fix our tower. Totally went above and beyond and saved our trip. Excellent service and great ideas! OMH, horrible day driving through a snow storm. MY FIRST TIME EVER DRIVING ON SNOW. My truck spun out on the freeway and I had to stay the night in Beaver. Called Ace to buy 400 lbs of sand to get some weight in the back of the truck. Stretch helped me by loading it in for me and the young lady, didn't get her name, was very comforting. I was seriously afraid to drive on, but they both reassured me that with the weight, I would be fine. She even hugged me as I was leaving. Wonderful people.
