This store has converted to self checkout almost fully ???!!!Super center with all the seasonsHunting , Halloween thanks giving and Christmas rolled int one.Greeted at the door is always a plus. Hollowed is fully stocked as well as thanks giving andChristmas.Sporting good had everything I came for and then some.Restrooms were clean and well managed.Produce was looking fresher than most.

I would leave a zero star review if I was able to do so. I brought my support animal inside the store and was told by the door greeter that I couldn't have my service animal in the store. Nowhere on the door does it say that you can't have a dog in the cart. I took this photo after I was denied entry into the store

Worst customer service experience of my life. I bought a battery and not only was the service horrible, no greeting, no eye contact, no conversation, he actually made me - a senior citizen - take the battery out of the cart instead of leaning over the counter with the scanning gun to scan it. Then he made me lift the core battery out of the cart and then yelled at me for dropping it on the counter, Again I am a senior citizen and cannot lift it. Absolute indignation!

There is nothing special about this Walmart. If you use their pickup service, be wary of the one gal that seemingly hates her job. She tosses your groceries in your car without any care for what's in the bags.Also, the shoppers will choose the worst produce. Better to go in yourself or shop elsewhere for produce.

The shelves are fully stocked and employees helpful. Had three different people sweeping floors while we shopped, it was nice and clean.

They do recycle used car oil in there automotive center! Nice to know if you change your oil yourself.This Walmart is generally pretty good. Going earlier in the week you will find things are well stocked. Later in the week like Saturday or Friday sometimes they run out of things. One time we went shopping on Saturday afternoon and they had no eggs except the 60 packs which was too much for us. Bread they run out of different brands frequently. One week it's harpers and the other it's Franz. They always have plenty of bread but sometimes the brands we like are just gone for a complete week. Other than the stocking issues the staff are very friendly and helpful and the store is generally kept in good order.

The selection on products and availability is great. The lines and traffic flow to checkout is very inefficient and frustrating. Even though the waits aren’t too bad, the fact that you have to walk to find the end of a long line and wait just to get into the checkout section, self checkout or not, just seems counterproductive and confusing.

I went to this Walmart mid-day on Saturday, December 23, just about the worst day imaginable to be working customer service and YET every.single.employee was being kind, gracious, and helpful - I wish I could put that in bold. I got in the line to checkout literally in the back of the store and made it through checkout very quickly, all things considered. The employees were clearly working hard to get everyone through quickly and all while be incredibly pleasant (in a very unpleasant situation).

It's a clean Walmart most of the staff is very friendly. Dave the door greeter is awesome however did have a judgemental cashier recently that got upset when I didn't donate to the charity with my change. She doesn't know my financial situation so it upset me that she judged me for not donating.

Would have previously given 5 stars, but in the last year the amount of boxes out in the isles even several hours before closing has gotten quite out of hand. Generally seems to only get fully stocked and cleared when the store is going to get inventoried or something.Other than that it’s a fine store, has a decent selection most of the time.

I have been shopping here for at least 15 years and never once have I been stopped to have my cart checked on the way out. I go with my husband, who is black, at least twice a week with no issues. Today I waited in the car while him and our Hispanic friend went in to get a few things and on the way out they were stopped and the lady literally took their items out of the cart and opened boxes to make sure they weren't hiding anything in them or something. All the while, multiple people with a lot more groceries went right through and she didn't check anyone after she was done with them. My husband didn't get her name but she was of Asian descent. Walmart managers- please talk to your employees about racial discrimination. My husband and our friend are two of the most honest men I know, they did not deserve to be humiliated and treated like criminals while everyone else got to walk through freely. I will be going to the Cedar Hills location from now on.

The bait and switch capital of the world! They are professionals at screwing you over. Wrong price tags, wrong product and the website prices don’t match either but good luck getting anyone to do anything about it. And if you find one person, someone else will come without even saying hi to you. That’s how big of jerks they are. Every large company has ever failed that’s gone through the US the way Walmart and Sam’s have sell short on their stock. Tell you what.

Morning crew Rude. Morning Wal-Mart online shoppers take up the isle, don't apologize for being in your way. Even have been hit by their carts. Manager rude young girl. Acted inconvenienced thinking I might need her help. Horrible, thinking about never coming back.Evening crew is complete opposite. But this last experience was the straw that broke the camels back.Sorry manager to have you do your job. I'm a real monster.

This is my go-to Walmart! The store is great, clean, bright. The staff is helpful and competent. I regularly do grocery pickup here and they're fast and efficient. More often than I'd like they are out of items that I'm looking for, but I think you would find that at any Walmart. This is a particularly busy one, but they do a particularly good job. I'm a big fan.

Great selection and good prices in general. Fruit is typically fresh. It would be great if they had more local products. Toys are some of the best prices you can find. Seasonal products are some of the best you can find as well. Staff is helpful in my experience.

Five Stars for Brian in Electronics. I called 3 times to the operator with no answer and decided to try a department. Brian answered the phone quickly, he was very professional and answered my question easily and completely. On the other hand Juan at this location was incredibly rude. So sorry I disturbed you from looking at your phone behind the counter.

This Walmart has almost no cashiers. The whole check out area is filled with self checkout stations and the areas are fairly big so you can get all your stuff but there are hardly any cashiers to check out with in the entire store.

I love this neighborhood Walmart, along with the gas station convenience store. It always seems to stock everything we need, even things we couldn't find at the superstores & other grocery stores & it's smaller than other stores. The employees are friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

You and your self checkout can stick it. I will never come back to this store. You can’t even come in and grab a couple of items without a mile long line in self checkout and no others open. People only have a lunch hour, not a lunch half a day. Never again.

Sara is by far the rudest customer service employee I've ever met. I get she didn't want to work the day after Christmas, but there was no line and I had a fairly simply return. You would have thought I was asking her to dye her hair back to its natural color with the way she sighed and slumped and rolled her eyes. And after all that, I still have one return item in my possession because it was too much of a chore to look into why it wasn't scanning. Good grief. Someone with that little social skills shouldn't be working retail at all, nevermind interacting with customers on a regular basis.

I just want to say that I’m not usually a Walmart shopper, because I like to support the little guy, but I went and bought a 10 lb package of hamburger and I individually weighed out 10 (1 lb) packages. The last pound was only .73. Now that’s only 1/4 pound, but how many of these do they sell a year? Im guessing lost people don’t check to see that it’s actually 10 lbs. that makes me like them even less. Save more because you’re getting less should be their slogan.

This place has its pros and cons- but I've found it's much better stocked than the location in Saratoga Springs as there aren't nearly as many boxes of stuff floating around the aisles. However, it doesn't have the greatest selection as the Saratoga Springs location. For example, the books section is only half an aisle (and is often poorly stocked), as compared to one and a half aisles in the Saratoga Springs location.

Seems as though they have intentionally made it so you have to wait in long lines to check out. Probably a way of pushing their fast lane services. Lines were theme park ride long. I put my stuff away and left. I don’t have half an hour to spend waiting in line.
