Love this place, the staff is very professional, friendly, and kind. I have a 12 year old dog with bad back leg problems, he is not able to stand for long periods of time and the groomers do everything in their power to make my dog feel comfortable. Recommend 100%Thank you so much.

I take my long haired cat to Beckie and she is AMAZING with him!! He always comes back looking so well groomed, she shaves him very very evenly and I know she is particular about his grooming. I’ve taken him to several other places where they state that he needed sedation or that he was too difficult but I’ve taken him to Beckie 4-5x now and she’s never sedated him or needed extra help. I think it comes down to your cat’s groomer and their presence and energy, not necessarily the cat 100% of the time :) Highly recommended Beckie at Synergy for cat grooming!!

Our Rosie is a little neurotic and has trouble with groomers 😅 we tried this salon for the first time today and we're thrilled with how careful they were with her. We booked a 'straight through' appt so it was first thing in the morning, minimal other dogs around, and no cage time in a strange place. She was done quickly (2 hrs) and her groomer, Stephanie, was so concerned for her nerves and took extra care. They have many policies that really put the dogs first - finally someone who cares as much about her as we do! I've been looking for a groomer like this for years.

Kalie is wonderful! She does a professional schnauzer cut. My three schnauzers love her. She gets kisses from Thor every time. She is a trooper, extremely kind and warm. I would highly recommend Synergy Pet Salon. I have been going there for over seven years.

I cannot recommend Synergy enough!! The employees are so friendly and make sure the animals are safe and comfortable. I have a long haired calico, and after her grooming, she is so much happier. The prices are amazing for the services you’re getting! 10/10 you need to come here!!

I’ve been looking to get my cat groomed and couldn’t be happier that I went with synergy. The whole process from the phone call to getting him checked him was fast and simple. They explained everything before my cats apt and did exactly what I asked for. Everyone there is so friendly and I know my cat was good in good hands. They did an amazing job, I’m so glad to have found a reliable and efficient cat groomer!

I get all 3 of my dogs groomed here, a mini havanese doodle, a medium golden doodle and a very anxious Maltese Yorkie mix. All three go to Katie, and she does a wonderful job. They love her and it is so meaningful to have a groomer who they love. She does a great job and they always come home smelling amazing and looking terrific. My eldest, the Morkie, has had some rough times with groomers in the past. I am especially happy that he not only recognizes her every time I drop him off, he is happy to see her. It says a lot.

Best grooming experience we’ve ever had. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Jessica, our groomer, was so knowledgeable and surpassed expectations with our dog’s grooming services. Scotties are tricky and she nailed it. Already booked our next appointment. The store is super cute too with lots of treats, chews and toy options.

Sadly, we will be finding another groomer. Prices have raised too much, as well as bad customer service. I have waited twice for over an hour for their groomers to get to work, during working hours for me as well. The one time i have ever been late, I am charged $20 per dog (i have 2) with no warning at all. I was an hour late, which i take full responsibility for as I mixed up the days. One would think that loyal customers would get a warning, but apparently they have enough incoming customers that they are not worried about keeping their current ones. We have been coming to synergy for two years now, every 3 months, tip well, and loved our groomer Kaeli. She does do a great job, but if they are going to treat loyal customers this way, I don’t want to be one.

Aubrey is always so professional, courteous, and seems genuinely excited to see my Daisy, which is what any dog owner wants, right? I’ve been really happy with her. Our first experience at Synergy was wonderful. She seemed happy when we picked her up and it only took two hours. Contrast that to the first place we took her (not Synergy) where she had to stay for 8 hours because they said she had too much anxiety with the dryer and clippers. Synergy Pet Salon made her look amazing, quickly, and for a reasonable price. Thank you Synergy and Mckale our stylist!

I would leave 10 stars if I could!! The groomer Missy took such wonderful care of our kitty. This was his first professional grooming and he looks amazing. He is a typical cat who doesn’t do the best adjusting to new situations, but was immediately his normal self when we brought him home. To me that spoke volumes about how he was treated and handled while at the salon. I would confidently recommend this place to anyone.

Anna was amazing with bailey. This was her first salon visit and I was told she did great! The staff are pleasant to work with and they are friendly. The price for everything was decent. I am amazed at the transformation that took place. The place was clean and the waiting for someone to help was minimal. I am happy with their service and would recommend anyone in need of a groomer to take your dog here. They also have the option of self wash station for larger dog which is great!

Was very satisfied with the grooming performed on my cat Trixie. She can be a bit of a nervous Nellie but was not traumatized by the experience at all. She was so soft and lovely afterwards and I really appreciated her not being overly deodorized/perfumed.

Great experience at Synergy Pet Salon. Our large Golden Milo was nervous, but they took great care of him. They have a clean facility, and great staff. They were able to trim his ears nicely, his nails and his paws, he's looking extra dapper now. I liked their scheduling and text notifications, made things very easy. We'll be back again, thanks.

My dogs come out looking so amazing every time! They are so good with them and patient too. My little Silky has always come home from the groomers traumatized. But not at Synergy! She comes out happy every time!
