We have never had a bad experience here. We get both of our dogs food here and anytime we need suggestions, Sam is the most helpful employee we have encountered. From joint supplements to weight gaining foods, to finally having dog food that our dogs do so well on! We had gone one day and needed to print out receipts to get our 13th bag of canine caviar for free (love that program) but we were unable to get it done that day. We came in today and although Sam wasn’t there, he had already printed out all of our receipts and had them ready for us. We had also purchased a bag of dog food we normally don’t get because they were out of canine caviar and our dogs got sick from it. We were able to return the bag so it could be donated and we received an in store credit. We will never be going to a different location for any of our dogs needs! We love Ma and Paws and we are very grateful for Sam!

This place was awesome! We took our dog in for a bath today and the man running the store was the most helpful person ever! He made sure we were taken care of before we started our dog’s bath, and the pet wash station was also very impressive. Shampoos, conditioners, a dryer and any brush/tool you need were ready and available. We will be back for sure! (Despite our dog’s dismay.😂)

My first time doing a self wash dog wash on my large German shep mix! They had a few different stations to fit your dogs needs. We chose the "Lemon" station. Large tub that's raised, with a built in ramp. Spent $20 on the wash. Which includes brushes to brush your dog, towels, a variety of shampoos and conditioners, and blow dry. There was no time limit when I got there. There might be a 60 min limit if there are people waiting on a wait list.

This is my favorite place.. self service dog wash but in a 5 star way. They have a variety of scented shampoo for your fur babies. They provide all the things you would need. I love the dryers option. They have ear bands to put over their ears to help keep water out. Provide aprons to keep you from getting wet. Duke loves the healthy options for treats they offer and the staff is amazing!!!!

We happened to be out and about in American Fork Canyon & on our way back home to SLC we decided to stop by Ms & Paws Bakery where my girl Emma walked in & knew exactly what she wanted. There’s a great selection of chews, toys & food as well as the best part is they had a DIY bathing center. The staff was so friendly & attentive especially since I was looking for a particular item & I was so happy they had it in stock behind the counter.We highly recommend Ma & Paws to spoil you dogs & cats!

It was really cute with lots of cool items inside, and the people working were super nice and helpful. The reason I give 4 stars is because the toy selection is small and a bit overpriced. The toy section is about 1/3 of an aisle. There are probably 6 full sized aisles and the entire rest of it was food and treats. I did find a toy my dog loves for 50% off, because some kids stole 2/3 of the pieces inside the toy. But some toys that were like, a squeaky fabric toy 4 inches long would be around $13. Overall tho great fun place and my dog licked all the bones

I absolutely love this place. I first found them when I was looking for a self wash for my dog when I adopted her but soon found out when I walked in that it is soooo much more. They have an amazing variety of great quality treats and foods for your furry friends. I love the selection of dog treats and chews as well as supplements.Their prices are very reasonable and you can definitely go crazy getting awesome quality foods. I know I do every time I walk into Ma & Paws. THEY EVEN HAVE THE CUTEST "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" AND "GOTCHA DAY" COOKIES.Their self-wash section is always very clean and well maintained. They offered me help the moment I walked in which was comforting coming to a new place. They helped me pick a shampoo for my pup and gave me everything I needed and with clear instructions( im new to washing your dog yourself so all the instruction was much appreciated) and where to get or find anything...PLUS there is always someone within 25ft if you need extra help. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. I could go on and on.Things I usually buy( for anyone wondering):Vital Essentials freeze-dried bitespig earschicken feet(frozen duck and turkey necksfreeze dried chicken hearts(can't remember the brand)salmon oil(liquid)CBD chews(they have great little selection of CBD for your pet)They also have a rewards/points system and if there is something your pet doesn't like, then they give the option to return it for store credit( may depend on item. ask them for details)I'll definitely post a few pics/video when I go back.

Brought both my Bernese and Golden Retriever to their self dog wash and they have EVERYTHING you need :) From amazing smelling shampoos, brushes, and there is no time limit so I had a chance to de-shed both pups!Everyone was extremely friendly and did I mention they are super affordable! ? 10/10 would come again!

Tate and Megan were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and anticipated all my needs as it was my first time grooming my dog. The shop is well-equipped with all the supplies to give your dog a luxurious spa day including a shampoo selection, brushes, combs, a blow dryer, towels and a grooming table to facilitate clipping. I’m so happy with how he turned out and won’t go anywhere else!

Great experience here every time we go. Clean, friendly, and helpful. Their tubs have enough water pressure and their dryers are good enough to penetrate our dog's dense fur. The only improvement I can think of would be extended hours for people who work office hours.

The staff here is super helpful. Love their selection of dog treats, supplements, toys and high quality food. I always get something here for my dog. I highly recommend their self serve dog washing stations, those are a lifesaver!!

We went to use the self serve washes and left wanting to come back and buy even more treats for our pup! The washes are so clean and they have all the supplies you need to wash, including shampoo, conditioner, and blow-dryer. Its $13 for under 30 lbs and $16 for over 30lbs. The staff was helpful and for those just looking for wholesome treats and food they have you covered there as well! If I could give 6 stars i would!

There are no words for how amazing this place is! Nate is AMAZING! It is clean. The treats and food they have are amazing. I took my pups for a bath and they provide everything! I brought both of my big babies to get a bath and Nate even helped me with them. Hands down the best place ever. I will always take my babies to ma and paws for all their needs. Super knowledgeable, friendly, clean, stress free. AND my milo and olive smell like lavender and honey.Sleepy babies after bath time for kicks. :)

I went to Ma & Paws to use the self serve dog wash. I've used a few different ones in different places we've lived and this was by far the best. The gentleman helping me was so kind and accommodating. Everything was easy to use, clean, and just perfect for my needs. I was super impressed. I will definitely be going there again. It is slightly more expensive than other self serve dog washes I've used, but SO much higher quality that it was worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Awesome DIY doggie washing station!! I believe it was $17. They had everything you would need: dog friendly shampoo (we tried their lavendar), towels, Blow drier & some doggie treats. Even an apron! Definitely coming back to give our dog a bathing session when he needs it! Sam, the gentleman who helped us was super helpful and really great! Thanks again!

We've been fans of their tiny place with narrow aisles in Millcreek. They have the best dog treats, and an excellent selection of other dog items. They handle cats too, but it's got a heavy dog focus.The store in American Fork is larger, open, and has everything good that the SLC store has. Now we no longer have to go to the mega pet store and wait get our organic top quality goodies in SLC. They have bakery in the name, and you owe it to yourself to get all treats and goodies here.They have self serve dog washing stations. They supply everything, and it's just a wonderful setup. It's quality all the way. We used it yesterday.

Apparently you can’t wash your dog 30 minutes before closing time when it takes 10 minutes to wash your dog. How do they expect people to wash their dog or retain business with turning people away with a half our left before they close the store. Complete lack of work ethic.Dear Megan,I wanted to address my concerns regarding the recent response. As I mentioned earlier, I am disappointed by the lack of commitment to working until the end. During my time in high school, it was a part of my job and responsibilities to dedicate extra hours both before the store officially opened and after closing time. Regrettably, the response I received from the business seemed like a mere evasion of responsibility.1. I would like to emphasize that my intention is not to give Google a one-star review, as I believe it is unfair to hold them accountable for the store owners' lack of proficiency in utilizing the tools provided. Although I am aware of the location where the store hours can be modified, it is important to note that I am not an employee of Ma & Paws Bakery.2. Furthermore, it should not be necessary for customers to meticulously search through a store's Google images to ensure that no additional policies or restrictions have been implemented. It is the responsibility of the business to clearly communicate their store policies without causing inconvenience to their valued patrons.3. Lastly, I find it unjust that the actions of a few individuals who abused the closing time should negatively impact all customers. I am more than willing to support businesses that consistently honor their stated closing time, and I am prepared to invest my money and loyalty accordingly.Considering the points I have mentioned, I regret to inform you that I will not reconsider my decision due to the statement made in line 3. The staff really cares about dogs. They were so kind to us. We just rescued our new dog today from a really bad situation and she was filthy so we brought her in to wash her. They managed to fit us in right before closing and were so nice and helpful, providing everything we needed. Will definitely be coming here again!

Been buying from this store for over 10 years even at the second store in millcreek the onwer is very helpful if you have a dog with special dietary needs she can offer you alot of information to guide you thru your journey with your dog!!
