I had a great customer service experience with McClures Furniture. I bought a mattress that was soft and hard on my back and was getting dips in it. I tried to make it work but 2 years later I called to see what the warranty would cover. They told me they were no longer selling that brand because of quality issues but offered to swap mine out for another name brand, firmer mattress at no charge. They delivered and took away the old one. This one is great and I am sleeping better. Thank you for taking care of your customers!!

I really enjoyed this store! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The furniture was beautiful but lots of others great items if you need something smaller.

Driving from out of town to come here and they waited til after closing time on Saturday to meet with us. Very nice gentleman helped us to make a purchase of a lift chair. Chair seems fine, haven't had long enough to make that opinion, but customer service was outstanding!

I've been shopping for furniture and appliances at McClure's for over 20 years. Johnny is always there to help me find what I want and work out a reasonable payment plan. Prices are fair for the quality I get!

Nice people, nice rustic stuff, but way over priced for us I mean $22 for a small stuffed monkey that does nothing just a plain stuffed animal u can get at Walmart for $5 or less
