Fake and/or low quality items. Not difficult to source good merchandise. Particularly the puff bars and other vape products. I understand y'all let people test them before leaving the store. Upon taking the product apart it's very easy to see that it is a fake. Get it right. Stop swindling customers. And if y'all aren't doing it intentionally then educate yourselves on the products y'all are purchasing and selling.

Due to health issues I can’t and won’t wear a mask, I was refused service (water for my children) because I can’t wear a mask that I don’t need, the guy behind the counter didn’t practice his social distancing but he was concerned about me not having a mask, he was rude and had a nasty attitude which was completely uncalled for, I explained to him that I can wear a mask but he didn’t care, I’ve gone to that store for years, I’m from this area, this was completely ridiculous, I’m a former U.S. Marine and I’ve done my time for this country and to be denied water all because I can’t wear a mask was appalling, I will never go back to that store ever, I suggest you don’t either. I have filed a complaint with Valero, not sure if anything will come of it but I won’t remain silent!

Friendly customer service at this store however, the store I went to Google,is actually owned by Shell Company with a large sign. The Mobil Store is 1/4 north of Shell on the opposite side of the road. Plz update accordingly!! Both stores have all the amitys Google asked for that a customer would want in a convienence store!! Ty
