Sonic just doesn't seem to be the place I'm supposed to eat for some reason. We ordered from one of the patio kiosks but didn't know the card reader on that particular board didn't work. For some reason I'd think putting a simple sign might be a helpful option but I suppose it's better to keep the customers in the dark and then spring that little fact on them just after they submit their order.Sonic food just never seems to be good and this was no exception. It doesn't matter which one we visit, it just never tastes that great, maybe it's the grease they use to fry with or maybe it doesn't get changed out often enough but it just isn't good or at least that's my opinion. The only reason we stopped was the DQ was closed that day.

Well I went on a winnsboro complained site and I complained about underage vaping at 2 fast food restaurants in winnsboro and no it was not dairy Queen who was the other two McDonald's most of the time you don't even get the right thing when you order and on top of that it looks like half of them is high all the time. Will the manager at this place got mad because I voice my opinion about what's going on there and my granddaughter was told to tell her grandmother not to be writing about Sonic threatening her that he would fire her she has been there a long time not a year yet but a long time I was just bringing up my opinion on points that I see going on and I guess he don't want me to do that so instead of contacting me he told a child to tell me well I don't care for their food because it has changed to where it's not even good McDonald's is the same way the only place I like going to is dairy Queen. And I will be giving dairy Queen a review add McDonald's to so they need to be noticed for what's going on around there. But as far as the car hops I rate them a thousand stars keep up the good work girls and boys y'all do a great job

The lady was very short with us. We only received some of the sauces we asked for with no explanation as to why. Ordered 8 burgers and only got 2 napkins. 7 of the burgers the patties were hard like they had been over cooked and were old. The patties were so hard we had to tear half the patties off and give them to our dog because they were inedible. The best part of the meal was the shake and the blast.

We pulled next to a pull up order spot and 1 the guy couldn't hear me so I had to raise my voice so he could even hear me, then when the car hop came to our vehicle he was short like he didn't want a response from us at all. I realized I didn't get my order of tator tots that came with my order so I pressed the button again and they same kid that cane out before that either A. Hates his job, or B. Hates the customer brought them out put them in my hand and turned around quickly and walked off. I told my wife why did I give this kid a tip?

Will not be returning to this sonic! The waiter that brought food to car was nice and food was good but couldn’t use app because it wouldn’t accept my card and instead of paying $21 for meal had to pay $30. Tried to explain to person on intercom thing but didn’t try to help or accommodate at all! Didn’t care was just like oh well can’t get the special price if don’t use the app but app wouldn’t take card and person wouldn’t even try to help or get a manager or even cared! Chipper as can be! Didn’t care at all! Tonight was last time will be eating at Winnsboro Sonic!

This morning I had the sweetest car hop greet me with a smile and enthusiasm. I came into my workplace and told my coworkers about her making my visit joyful and they all agreed and knew exactly who I was referring to. Her name is Stephanie and she is a great asset to this location! I look forward to seeing her smiling face again!

How difficult is it to get easy ice in my drink? This happens multiple times that we go here. I order easy ice and the drink is full of ice. Coffee drinks not half off in the app and my wife’s French vanilla iced coffee was the absolute worst. Getting to the point that I’d rather drive to Mount Pleasant to get better options

I always get the chili cheese tater tots which is my favorite meal, with extra chili and cheese, but the tater tots are not fresh at all. I am at the point that I would rather drive to Quitman to get my favorite meal because the tater tots are always fresh and my whole dish in entirely is hot and it pairs really well with the Quitman's ocean water.

I have had this car hop twice now. I am very impressed with her. She is very friendly, courteous and respectful. She is talkative and engaging. It seems as if she actually loves her job as well. I'm sure working at Sonic dealing with customers all day is difficult and demanding. I'm not sure how to spell her name but I'll try. Her name is Kye or maybe Kie. I apologize if I got the spelling wrong

According to the web they are open till 11pm at 10:30pm we pulled in for drinks and they were closed. Any other time I can be there before 10pm I sit at a stall and wait literally 10-15 minutes after hitting the button. You can watch them look at you thru the window and pass head set back and forth. So I started going thru drive thru so I can get service. If they didn't act like customers don't matter I would happily leave a tip. Night crew plays they don't work or m.o.d. doesn't care.

Food is almost always hot and fresh, service is professional and quick. I rarely have issues with our order being made incorrectly. I would say 9 out of the last 10 times I have been there has been no issue. The 1 time there was a problem, it was handled and fixed with a professional attitude, smile, and apology.

They are fairly fast at bringing your food to the car but the presentation and construction of your item is lacking, and really reflects the speed at which the item was thrown together. I appreciate the speed but wouldn't mind if the item took a little longer and was placed together with more care and less of a mess!

The burger was just like I ordered. Great flavor. The tea, that's another story. For the last 8 years their tea is terrible. Tasteless, and if you order it with a flavor, it taste like a combination of all the flavors. This is what keeps me from coming more often.

They use to be really good here but here lately they are getting really bad. I place an order at sonic or on the app and they still mess it up. And now they want everyone to do the app in order to get Tuesday burger night. That is not right cause not everyone has the app or able to do the app. They are losing business quickly in my eyes.

Man, I like that cheddar cheese sauce. It was the first time I saw it. I believe it enhanced the flavor of the burger I ate. Sonic has really been improving, but I'm still waiting on a sugar-free slush. LOL. Or, a fat-free, sugar-free cream pie shake. That would be heavenly.

I pushed the button to make my order. While making my order I was informed she couldn't hear me. So I started yelling my order. She still couldn't hear me. After being frustrated I asked to send a hopper out to take my order. The hopper informed me the fans were running in the menu and it makes it hard to hear. (I thought they should fix that.) My girls wanted slushes. I was informed the slush machine would make them more watery than icy and asked if we still wanted them. The girls said yes. She took my order in and a lady with headphones comes out and says we can't have slushes (2 mins. After she told me we could through the menu) So they decide on a regular drink(that we could've gotten somewhere else). 2 small drinks and a med. Drink for me. Then we waited a ridiculous amount of time for 3 drinks. ( mind you all of this time we are so hot! My car doesn't have a/c) I really thought about leaving to get us a drink from the gas station. By the time I see a different car hopper bringing drinks to my car. 3 small drinks. (One of which was not even what I ordered ) So again they screwed up. And we had to wait longer. Then the menu wasn't able to take my Sonic card, so we had to wait again for them to do it inside. From all of this I did not receive free drinks or a gift card. Just a sorry from the last hopper whose fault it wasn't. Very poor customer service. I will never return!

The service is fast and mostly friendly, sometimes the carhop needs to take a few more math classes but still there friendly and it's mostly clean outside ( haven't been inside) the cook either needs glasses or go back a chapter in the spelling book because over half the time my order is wrong and the fries are greasy and cold and the burgers are dry with a 50/50 shot at getting stale buns. I still go back every couple of months to see if there has been any progress but has been about the same for many many months.....

Unfortunately, since moving here, I've noticed the service is not up to par. I feel they don't listen to the customers and 8 times out of 10 the food is cold. The only good thing I can say is the tater tots are really good.

Food is normally prepared well and the carhops are nice. Hubby and I treat ourselves to an occasional Sonic Blast and my One complaint is that they never put enough candy in the Sonic Blasts. its supposed to be icecream with butterfinger or snickers or other candy mixed throughout it but what we always receive is 99% soft serve icecream with maybe a teaspoon of candy total including the bit sprinkled on top.

Good food delivered to your stall quickly. If you've never been to a Sonic before, the stalls are for ordering food, the drive thru is for drinks. Don't be the guy who orders the entire menu in the drive thru, that's just impolite.
