this was the first time I had been inside of McDonald's in several yrs. two guests were using self-serve place your order kiosk.I am an older person left my glasses at home so walk to the front counter no line to wait behind, BUT no employee even near to smile or asked if they could help. Finally made eye contact with one I said can you take my order here? She's slowly made her way there but I can tell she was not too happy with me for wanting to order there.She had lots of trouble getting her cash register to work, not her fault, I patiently smiled and waited I think she was waiting for me to give up and go over to the kiosk to order. I patiently smiled I was made to feel like I had done something wrong inconveniencedthem. Large order of french fries and drink. Those fries have been sitting over there when I came in and you got it that's what I got. I thanked her with a smile when I left thanked her and I hope her day got better.. I honestly never heard a thank you or a smile or come again as I left..unfortunately this experience left a bad McDonald's taste in my mouth. Customer service and being kind is free.

Ordered a Big Mac… this is what I received.The order was wrong from the word go. I ordered Big Mac 10 nuggets and a large fries.. I got a large Dr Pepper no Fries… this restaurant is ran by teenagers and we pull to the window and there are two boys hanging out at the counter and the girls were clearly distracted.. if she wasn’t distracted then large fries should sound like large fries— not Dr Pepper…. Got all the way home to only open my Big Mac which I haven’t had one in twenty years… I wanted one.. only to be disappointed by a double cheeseburger imposter. Drove all the way back to town to return this disgrace!!!What happened to customer service!!!What happened to service with a smile!!

I work here and just to let everyone know DO NOT COME HERE. The food is always made rudely the employees will ignore you and treat you with disrespect all the 5 star reviews are back and made up because us employees right 90 percent of them. People here are not sanitary and break huge hygiene rules not washing hands wrong gloves cross contamination it it truly terrible. The people here do not give a dam and will take forever to make and serve food. Do not come here

We ordered two burgers in the store. Waited 20 minutes while watching drive through customers come and go. We finally walked out after watching the person making burgers rub her face and nose while preparing about 10 - 15 meals. She also did not have a hair net and only used one glove. Absolutely disgusting will not return nor will I feed this to my children.

Unfortunately the staff here seem to be incapable of meeting any standards.. cold fries, even when thats all you order. cold messy burgers, cold nuggets, but at least the drink is cold! If you adjust your order in any way (example, no mustard) dont expect it to be correct. but they sure will charge the hell out of you for ranch. i dont think this location has ever wiped down a table or chair either.. super nasty and sticky inside

Has to be the worst and nastiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Mold growing on the ice machine. Everything was sticky. Horrible attitude from the lady working the counter. I could hear the employees in the back swearing from where I was sitting. My husband went to the bathroom to wash his hands before eating and there was no soap. He pointed it out to a male employee who was LEAVING the bathroom and he said oh sorry and went back to cooking without washing his hands. We threw our food away and left. I'll be calling corporate as well.

I went through the drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger bundle and a 10 piece nugget meal. The food came out quickly but when I went to pull away I noticed the burger was made wrong (the receipt was right). Also, that the sauce for the nuggets was missing. After a second trip around, the order was fixed. It was decent tasting fast food.

i dont do reviews bt this mcdonalds has poor staff takes 30 plus mins each meal, in line for 40mins to an hour. juss waiting so dont come here for lunch if you need something quick and its everyday and they dont make the food right ordered a 2 bacon McDoubles only had one meat in each burger no bacon asked for no pickles got pickle they need new staff or managers they need to get better

As usual overpriced and under delivered Fry's where old and greasy Burger was not the way it should have been no nepkans no salt tea was not even fresh just not empressed at all I quite going to Sonic because of the same horable quality food kids food was same way most likely I'll be only going to DQ from now on just because everywhere else has such low standards for their food. They don't care that customers spend their hard working Money for trash this is disgraceful and just no work ethic or leader ship I put a picture of the burger that it's supposed to be verses The one they slapped together not even close I can't believe people's standards have fallen so low

Not sure what is going on in the kitchen but, last week I had three failures. My cheese burger with Heavy Mustard only had Ketchup all over the bun 😲 and was a total mess. Twice on separate visits my Cheese, egg, sausage biscuit lacked cheese even though it was wrapped in the correct C.E.S. biscuit wrapper. The staff at the front counter have generally been good when I went inside or they came out for curbside service but, the kitchen is letting them down IMHO. It is a good thing they don't have similar competition because service misses in the kitchen like this would have me stopping at another fast food option. I wish them all the best and hope they get the kitchen staff to improve order accuracy and 'packaging' so you don't get things like a hamburger bun covered in Ketchup.Update 12/26: At 4PM, I stopped in for a cheeseburger. 13 minutes later I was on my way with a cold hamburger. I was at the counter so, I could see about 6 other orders sitting on the board too. I believe my burger was created 'fresh' but, it was cold. So cold, the cheese didn't melt. I wish them all the best but, the kitchen needs some serious attention for basic food quality!Update 1/17: Tried a double cheeseburger at 12:15 so, part of the lunch rush on a cold day outside. The wrapper was coated in grease on both sides! The cheese did not melt because the burger itself was cold. Not sure how you coat the burger wrapper in warm grease/meat drippings and get a cold patty with cheese that doesn't melt. I get everyone can have a bad day but, this is pretty bad. A dried out biscuit at 10AM I understand but, a cold burger and cold cheese in a grease soaked wrapper is just simply sloppy and costs business.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. There were at least 20 tables in the place and every one of them were filthy, even though it was not a busy time of day. There were plenty of young people working the place, so they had enough staff to more than keep up with the work. The sandwiches were drowning in dressings, which was overbearing and so sloppy you could barely handle them. The doors to the place were so dirty, they looked like they had never been cleaned. I didn't use their restroom, even though I needed to, as I was afraid of what I might see in there. Will never go back!

I ordered oatmeal. I wasn't told they were out of the apples for the oatmeal, nor did they offer a substitute such as more raisins. But the price was the same. Also, they gave me a fork to eat it with. I already don't go inside. It's hard to get waited on. If they dont get the order right, they will ignore you when you go back to the counter. No customer service. Poor management of the teenagers running this restaurant. They can do better.

This has got to be the most disgusting food service location I have ever seen. The soda machine had mold and bild up of sugars from the soda. The entire self serve soda area was splattered with what looked like katsup. The ice servise station behind the counter has mold growing in it. The floors were greasy slippery. Would seriously recommend staying away from this location

WARNING....DON'T EAT HERE!!!!!I ordered 2 mcdouble's and value fry ... took 6 times for the girl in the drive thru to understand that I wanted 2 of them.... waited 20 minutes and got cold patty's on stale buns...then a couple of hours later began to get sick and have been so all day. I'm calling the health department.

This was the oddest experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. It seemed like there wasn't a manager on shift. The employees were hanging out with friends and not paying attention to customers or getting the food to people. One employee was crying sitting with friends wishing she didn't have to work. Another employee took over 3 minutes to put one sandwich together and threw each item onto the sandwich very reluctantly. Surprisingly The fries were hot and fresh. Lol I was also surprised the food is more expensive than it is in Tyler. If you're driving to Mineola or Sulfur Springs just hold off and go to the McDonald's in one of those places. Both are awesome and less expensive.

Hamburgers were horrible! No flavor and super cold! Fries were good! Sandwiches are never good always try to take a gamble coming here because my daughter likes the nugget happy meals and always a disappointment! Wont be returning:(

Sitting in a longgg line after the app failed to work curbside. Oneline is open. It's been 30 minutes in this line and I'm just coming up to the window. Last week was charged for cheese and didn't get it. Not good service here. Wake up employees and represent yourself better. You're killing this location.
