We had the pleasure of meeting Karl and Nancy while purchasing a mid-size jersey. They gave us such great information, a wonderful meal, and beautiful cow. She’s such a sweet gal and our family farm is so happy to bring such a fabulous cow on board!Karl and Nancy made it all seamless. Truly a brilliant couple.

I was lucky enough to get to visit Falster Farms with some friends on a perfect spring day. We arrived and shared a wonderful home cooked meal with Karl and Nancy - including some fantastic homemade sherry wine. Just about everything we ate was grown on the farm and it was delicious. After lunch Karl toured us around the farm and explained some of the biodynamic farming techniques they use and their history of cultivating the land and raising their animals. The Falsters are charming and I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to meet them and have been a beneficiary of their hospitality.

I am so glad I found Falster Farms! I ordered a half beef and have been loving it! The steaks are amazing and flavorful. The hamburger meat has the perfect ratio of fat to meat, no shrinkage in the burgers, yet juicy! The flank steak for the fajitas I made was awesome as well! Last night I smoked the brisket and wow was it delicious! I would definitely order more beef from them in the future!

Their Hospitality on Falster Farm is incredible!! I enjoyed planting food that I would eat!!It was a rush the first time I held a live chicken in my hands. I felt like Rocky chasing but not sure if I wanted to catch it ☺️😳Nancy is a remarkable chef !!! Karl is an incredible instructor!! I learned a great deal about daily farming fitness 💪🏾😉.I applaud the Falster’s for offering such a life shaping experience. Nancy and Karl were knowledgeable, friendly and a pure delight to interact with and learn from. Nancy’s cooking was of the type to rival granny’s cooking (high praise indeed) and made all the better by the fact that virtually everything we ate was produced on their farm. My wife and I came away encouraged and invigorated in our desire to start our own farm. Like a drink from a cool spring on a hot afternoon, the Falster’s were an unending and utterly satisfying stream of down to earth wisdom and hospitality. If you have any inkling to live more sustainably and holistically I cannot recommend highly enough a visit to their farm for a “dine and discuss” experience.

This farm is amazing!! Pure grass fed and finished beef, among other amazing meat such as pork and lamb. This hardworking and homesteading couple is straight old style farming. The meat is absolutely delicious. We’ve bought the ground beef, top sirloin steaks, pork shoulder, lamb, and pastured eggs. Everything is outstanding!! If you want grass fed and finished beef and so much more, this farm is the real deal. Their prices are better than what you can get in the store and you can taste the quality! Thank you for all the work you do, and for feeding us with healthy meats and eggs. We absolutely can’t thank you enough. God bless!

A number of years ago I installed some rather "esoteric" technology on the Falster Farm intended to increase soil nutrient availability among other things. Since then I have been impressively "amazed" at the achievements they have realized. Whereas their website suggests benefiting from grass "genetics" (which I'm sure they have), in my opinion, at least, it also speaks to the soil, foliar and other nutritional inputs they apply to impact field, crop and animal health.
