Paid $1 for extra sour cream and thats what i got then went back around to have it fixed and the owner said she watched the person make then they put double sour cream on there and ask her to look at it and she said i know what they look like i made then and was very rude about it

Well .... DQ just ruined my day yesterday 1000%First... They took my order and got it correct the first time. They even smiled and were all bubbly and cheerful.They never asked me to repeat myself, and they gave me the correct change back. Their make up that day was on point too 🤔When I got my order, it was piping hot, seemed to have a handful extra of fries, and the soda machine had the correct syrup to soda water ratio 😑😞Their employee even filled up two ketchup cups for me when I kindly asked if she could... as I was stuck in the round booth table not able to get out easily to get it myself after working a hard day and being completely exhausted....Just gave me absolutely nothing to complain about except it being a good experience and now I must go there more often 😑👎Maybe one day they'll give me something worth truly complaining about 🤷

The Winnsboro location is a bit outdated in its interior. However, the jalita burger with curly fries is very good. They also don't participate in the DQ rewards app, which is slightly disappointing. The service was good, though, as everyone was friendly and professional. I recommend this place if you are in Winnsboro and want a quick bite to eat or to get some ice cream.

My brother has a peanut allergy, so it's very rare we get to go to a Dairy Queen. However, we recently went there after a long time. We ordered our food, sat down, and the food was very quick to be served. The person at the desk taking our order was very kind too, and we talked a good while with her. Their food is very good, and the ice cream is delicious. Overall, I highly recommend you swing by this restaurant when you get the chance. It may be old, but its still got the good stuff in it.

Since COVID, this place really has gone down hill and has not improved since.Tonight, the husband went to grab us ice cream and went through the driver. When we got the order he went inside to verify what he had ordered because it didn't look right, but one of the teenagers insisted that it was correct.I ended up having to go back in because it definitely wasn't right. The person in charge tonight was so short and lacked customer service skills. And even then, the blizzards were watery and not what we ordered...I I wish I had just taken before and after pictures of what we ordered and what we got and what we should have gotten but hindsight is 20/20.I hope they get back to what they used to be

Update: got the chicken strip basket gravy looked like water. The chicken strips were about the sime size as the fries.The owner has the staff upcharge for everything. I get the nachos deluxe, and they ring it up as a cheese nacho and then charge you for every item, which makes it more expensive than what the menu shows.

Awesome old time favorite. great service, fast food, and treats. busy but fast paced in and out. Great for a quick sit down meal... Might get caught up in watching traffic pass though the many windows... Definite stop in for a snack or meal when I'm in town.

I think everyone except for one person that was there was under the age of 19. I I like to support local businesses that support our teenagers that are willing to show up for work in this time. With that being said, they have been out of foods recently (understandable) but how in the world does a hamburger joint run out of hamburger buns? LOL but the wait is RIDICULOUS. 25 MINS FOR 2 KIDS MEALS

Tried to use the restroom. I am in a wheelchair. Standard adult size wheelchair. My chair would not fit through the door. I was so humiliated, not to mention I really needed to use the bathroom. Very disappointed.
