I cannot say enough positive things about this veterinary hospital! They provided exceptional care for our dog during a recent surgery. The staff kept us informed every step of the way, showing genuine kindness and understanding. Our sweet puppy received top-notch treatment by Dr Wade and Nurse Brittany, and we couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this professional and intelligent team to anyone in need of veterinary services. The entire staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with!

Dr Wade and the two vet tech were wonderful to my dog there for the first time. They took great care of her and provided expert recommendations to me. My dog seemed to love them so much. I highly recommend them for your pet needs.The only negative I have was the bit of a long wait time in the lobby prior to visiting Dr Wade. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I’m genuinely disgusted. Just called needing help for my 8 month old puppy who found a hidden bag of homemade trail mix and ate the ENTIRE bag. She was fine for about 5 hours and then started violently throwing up, having diarrhea, drinking water like she hasn’t had it in days, and whining like no other. We are VERY concerned. Called the number I found for after hours where the guy proceeded to tell me that since I wasn’t an established client (we are here for my husbands training. He’s in the military and I’m prior so we live in a completely different state) there was nothing they could do for us after hours. I then asked if they knew of anywhere that would be able to help us and all they said was “No”. That’s it. A simple “no”. These people clearly do not care about animals. I’m genuinely disgusted.

This place is amazing! Our precious cat starting having episodes where he was in horrible pain and unable to use his back legs, we were existing clients with PETS for years and they refused to see him until February because they were too booked up even for existing clients!A caring heart veterinary clinic was able to get him in the very next day it took them 20 mins to tell us what was wrong and sadly we had to put him down. They were very caring and attentive and made sure it was as seamless as it could be under the circumstances… they went a step further and mailed us a sympathy card with his paw prints and nose print! Absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be back with our dogs going forward for any of their basic care and needs.Thank you sooo much for taking sweet care of my baby❤️❤️❤️

This place is so amazing. I rushed in here one morning after my dog had been vomiting and had diarrhea all night. They got me in right away and were so kind and helpful. The front staff is so sweet, as well as the assistants and techs. Dr. Hicks was awesome and super helpful. I would recommend them 10/10. Jojo feels so much better now

The Staff here are great and are always very gentle and sweet with my pets. My dog (12 years old) gets anxious around new people/animals but they always take the time to make her feel comfortable and that’s huge for me. My cat (4 years old) tends to shut down a bit and they always help bring her out of her shell which also means a lot.Long review, short: the animals are always the priority here, the humans are treated really well too and their prices are great compared to other vet clinics in town. Would recommend to anyone!

I am so happy I found this clinic! My husband and I just moved here from Washington and have already had to take both of our dogs to the vet for sick/emergency visits, they were both new patients as well. They were able to see us same day or within the next day of calling. Everybody from the front to the nurses to the doctors have all been so kind and compassionate. You can tell they truly care about the animals and not just money, which is refreshing in this time of life! Highly recommend and am so grateful to have my pups under their care!

Initially I enjoyed coming, my one dog had a few visits before I brought my other in. My other one does need to be muzzled due to a rough start to life. He is very calm and well mannered but wears the muzzle for precautions, as soon as I walked in with him and before I could even get out why I was there one of the front desk receptionist blurted out “is he aggressive, does he need to be sedated?”. I was BAFFLED. I’ve been to numerous vet offices and never have been asked that. As some dogs simply need muzzles for other reasons, such as eating dangerous items, not like certain areas to be touched or even issues with nail trims.Due to the interaction I will be seeking a different vet office. The vet himself seemed to be even shocked at the size of my dogs muzzle, as it’s a proper muzzle for a dog his size to still be able to eat, drink and pant.

I wish we had more vets closer to my house. They are impossible to work with and it gets so old. You get the distinct impression it’s for the money, not for the well-being of the pet. Even if you come in with an emergency walk in, they tell you good luck, we’ll do something whenever we feel like it. And then double charge you for a walk-in that isn’t a walk in, it’s literally just an appointment because you won’t get seen until it’s convenient.

I had an emergency issue with my dog on Saturday and took a chance at A Caring Heart Clinic .They were very booked, yet they took the time to see my pet. The personal care given to my cat while there for a shaving, bath, ear cleaning and nail trim was more than I ever expected. I've been here numerous times and my animals are always well taken care of. They actually care for the animals and it really shows. Not just dogs and cats, I bring my snakes here and everyone loves on them and gives them just as much care and attention as they do my dogs. Dr Wade, Dr Slaybaugh and Dr Browning are all amazing. Their whole team is amazing and I'll never take my animals anywhere else. Huge shout out to Joseph for always being kind, caring and understanding whenever I call or come in.I cannot recommend them enough!

We had our eight month old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Evey, spayed here. The staff answered all of my questions about the procedure and even did laser wound healing therapy, updated her shots, and did her nails while she was still under anesthesia. I really appreciated that they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was doing great since I had been worrying about her all morning. I’ve had many dogs fixed over the years and have never seen stitches and the incision look so good afterwards. She was completely back to normal three days after her major surgery. We will absolutely be using them for both of our dogs for everything. The prices are reasonable, the staff are professional and friendly, and they took great care of my pup.

Called ahead as the clinic requests to let them know we have a 2 yr old dog who is refusing to get up, lethargic, won't put weight on his back legs and we wanted to bring him in for emergency services. Alyssa let me know they only provide emergency services for established clients and she could get us in in 4 days. Apparently you can only have an emergency if you're an established patient. We don't have an established vet since we recently moved across the country.

Two of my cats had their first visit with Caring Heart and I was very pleased with how they handled my babies and worked with me on what care they needed. Harley even fed them their pills and came away with all of her fingers, she is very good with the furballs. I felt very comfortable with the vet and all employees and look forward to their continuing care of my kitties.
