Needed a baby product that was on display but not on the shelf. The website showed it in stock... so I called the store as there was no one around to ask for help. Maria answered and came to the baby section to help. She was awesome and the 2 boys she got to load it for me were too! Thank you Maria!!

Clean, good prices, almost always have what I need. Love the bakery, Tricia is the best! When I see she's the person baking, it's always great and I get extra. She needs a raise and a higher title for sure!

It's a neighborhood walmart so it's very small. It's a hit or miss with milk and eggs here. Parking lot is very small as well and the construction in front of walmart makes its very hard to get in and out of

A very small Walmart in my home town, surprisingly had the items we were looking for. Much better atmosphere than one of the "Super" Walmarts.

The pharmacy staff is bar none the best and I have had meds at Walgreens...CVS...KROGER... they don't come close to Walmart

Bought an item at a different location out of town,called the store and told them the item was packaged with the wrong item,the clerk clearly stated i could take it back to my local walmart for a return, returned to my local Walmart in West columbia and received nothing but attitude from the clerk (explaining how the other store will be short on inventory) said she'll do it this one time (but she was just an employee not a manager,replaced the item and had attitude, expected the slow working pace but didn't expect to receive attitude, the other young clerk kept apologizing for her coworkers attitude, which I explained she didn't need to apologize due to I'm just doing as requested as the clerk I called explained the situation

This Walmart is a joke. So small, Dollar General has a better selection of items. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is the service. The people who work here are polite and helpful.

This Walmart is the worst! I took photos of my receipts and they refused to use the photo for me to return an item. The Walmart in east Texas never had a problem. They could seriously use a lesson in customer service. I'll use one of the other Walmarts around this area. Lake Jackson store lacks any kind of customer skills.

It's very small but overall it's a great Walmart because the staff is so friendly and the manager is very helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond for the customers and you just don't see that a lot at other Walmarts so I do like that about this small Walmart. ❤️

This particular Walmart has improved a whole lot! It's cleaner, pretty well stocked, neat, now has an inviting & comfortable atmosphere in which to shop &/or look around! I believe that this is due to a new Store Manager (I could be incorrect). Whatever or whomever caused the drastic change; it's a very good thing! I still couldn't give all 5 ⭐️ due to the fact that the employees are still so dang rude & unhelpful!

This is the worst customer service I've ever had just simply tried returning a item with a receipt with in the return date and was told no and manager and the two employees were being extremely rude I'm speechless the that this is the type of employees walmart hires so disrespectful and unwilling to help I would not recommend this walmart to anyone this branch is terrible and I'm a local to the area have been for over 18 years I would love to talk to HR department about this issue I held my tongue on th matter while in the store but they had no probably being that way and I'm sure the fact I'm cover in tattoos had alot to do with it by the way they looked at me shameful hopefully walmart gets this employee problem under control

Good lighting for awkward photos and a mediocre selection of merchandise as far as the west Columbia store. For cool stuff that is harder to find head to the baycity super store it's the way to go.

Simple supercenter, don't get caught in there close to closing. They announce closing every 2 minutes oven the loudspeaker. Very annoying.
