2015 we paid for a headstone to be made for out cat Oreo. After the artwork wasn"t even closely to be acceptable we were told we could use our credit at their shop. That would have been totally fine with us. The shop closed and the owners would not return our calls. The owners seemed so nice and helpful at first. They have our 125.00. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them
