I have two Bernedoodles. They weigh 90lbs a piece. My boy, who has a poodle coat, gets bad knots and mats around his neck & head. My wife and I first took the dogs to All About Dogs.Let me tell you what separates Bow-Wow from their competition. First, Bow-Wow employees are nice. Everyone that I have met at Bow-Wow are genuine nice people. They have been patient with an old guy.Second, they do a great job. Bow-Wow listens to exactly what you want. And counsels with the customer when a request is not feasible. This is a real important issue. At a previous groomer, after discussing an issue with the groomer. My wife felt like a bad pet owner. Which she is not. I have never left Bow-Wow feeling that way, and my wife has had positive interactions with them.Third, they do not complain about your dog. At a previous groomer, my wife was badgered to have my boy neutered. The boy was trying to sit while being groomed.Fourth, they offer a variety of services. For two ninety pound Bernedoodle, grooming, teeth, and misc. $234. Not bad.

I truly LOVE bringing my small but mighty dog here. They were very kind and patient with him the first time he was brought here. He was groomed for the first time, so he was frightened by the unknown faces around him. They handled him very well instead of just giving up on him. They do such a great job every time, from the grooming to handling. They also provide doggy daycare, which is a major plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to pamper their special friend with a full groom to a mini groom🧡 🐕

Precious people work here. They are sweet to my animals and do a thorough job of grooming. They even sent me a sympathy card when one of my sweeties died. I appreciate those thoughtful details. I highly recommend!

Just did not have the time or resources to keep my dog groomed, rolled the dice and took him here. In and out done. The staff was welcoming and did awesome at taking care of my pet and myself. Very much recommended if you are in the area!

Very satisfied with the care my pet is given. Gabby is an excellent groomer. The staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend Bow Wow Barbers.

I keep looking for reasons not to like this place since they moved to their new location and changed a lot of their longtime barbers. But I have to say I like this place more than ever. They are courteous and professional. They groom my dog perfectly every time. And now with the new staff I don’t have to leave my dog there for 8-10 hours.

I have requested an appointment, but never received a call back saying whether they could or could not groom my dogs. Lack of response from a business is extremely unprofessional.
