Luv these guys,,extensive work done to my 5th wheel here over several months. My service writer peter kept e aware all the way through. At this moment wouldn't even consider going anywhere elseWell here I am again year later. Went in for last slide adjustment an then discovered whole bedroom slide wall completely rotted out,,, apparently a really good leak for years had destroyed wall an all that wasn't steal. Was invited up to see after demo was done,,man that's a sad thing to see so much destruction . Anyway, again these guys rocked,,,did what they said they was going to in time frame given,,looks great an looking forward to another year. Also with 20% discount given, was able to add a 4 step system eliminateing the old 3 step,,these things are great

Hav been doing extensive repair/upgrade to my 2014 FR 5th wheel. I paid for hydraulic repair, but has been back in twice now for same leakes,,,,no extra charges for last 2 visits. That makes them honest in my books. I hav about 10/11k left to do, am in now for about 14K an hav no qualms about them finishing job.

We have never bought from RV dealership before but this has to be the worst. Let me try to summarize quickly 6 month experience. Found used rv that fit out criteria but we were 1000 miles away. Hired inspector to go thru rv. Accepted rv assuming punch list would be completed. It would be 3 weeks before we could get there. When we arrived not one thing was done ahead of time. The first night out the washer leaked and the front ac went out. They did make that right when we return Rv the next morning. We were 4 months getting registration. But the BIG problem is deception. We were told new batteries were put in May 2023. Nope found out today those batteries were dated 12/2021. There is NO one left at dealership from our original experience so hopefully that’s a good thing. Buyer beware

Let’s see we bought an extended high dollar warranty and some how it was ironically cancelled per them. We showed them the problems and then they proceed to tell us nothing is wrong on the report. Does anyone know how to do their jobs these days.

Lazydays has done a lot of warranty work and installed the Roadmaster system so I could tow my car. Richard Tran has gone above and beyond to help us. All of the employees there have been very professional and helpful. This is the only place in Houston I would trust with my motorhome.

I have had an RV of sorts for nearly 20 years and I must say that my experience at Lazydays in Waller was quite exceptional. In particular, our service advisor, Richard Tran, was not only knowledgeable but his communication skills are unsurpassed when comparing my previous experiences at other service centers. I have always had to BEG for updates at other centers, and that was if I was lucky enough to get a real person on the phone. Richard has been so forthcoming, keeping me apprised of my repair status. I had major repairs that required the removal of 2 slides and the replacement of one of the slide floors, among other issues. Richard was especially talented in negotiating with insurance adjusters as well as extended warranty managers. This service center is not the cheapest but they work hard for you every step of the way. Finally, just before our initial trip after a couple of months in the shop, one of our slides would not open (not one that was worked on). They agreed to look at the rig on the way out of town and after 30 minutes, one of their service techs found a sheared pin that was at fault. We were back on the road after a gratis repair! I highly recommend the Lazydays service center in Waller, Texas.

We took our RV to lazy days for an annual oil change and were very impressed with the service. This maintenance item was completed in a short time while we waited in their comfortable and accommodating waiting area. Our service advisor Richard Tran was very friendly and extremely helpful. Based on our first experience with Lazy Days RV service, I will certainly plan on a return visit!

From the moment we walked in the experience was great. Sales was not pressured and actually enjoyable. Thanks David. The walk through was informative Pablo was very knowledgeable for being new to the industry. Robert was helpful in filling in the gaps where needed and Nick was pleasant to deal with in finalizing the deal. I would highly recommend this dealer for your RV needs.

We have never had a better experience when buying a vehicle or RV. Desi Cryer, our salesman, was top notch, never pushy but answered all our questions and was very professional and helpful. Toby Wallace was amazing to negotiate our deal with, understanding what we wanted and helping make it happen for us. Do not go to this place. The service manager will not stand behind the work they do. Our motor home was in the shop 3 times for the same error on the inverter. Each time they put a bandaid on it so it worked long enough to go camping 1 time. Also picked up our motor home one of the times and after they put new batteries in it and it would not crank. They say they only have 7 spots to plug in RVs and they can’t help it that the new batteries were dead. Took it back the fourth time to get it looked at and was told it would be 8 days before they could even look at it. Another time we picked it up there was a wire hanging down. Had them look into what it was. They said it was an option not on the RV. When we got it home the radio in the bedroom wasn’t working.

I am so thankful to the Lazy Days crew in Waller, TX. They are all diamonds in the rough. We were able to get our RV in for service and repair very quickly after calling to set an appointment. We were having problems with our RV popping when driving and turning, the steering column was rattling, the dashboard was vibrating and rattling, exterior compartment door needed to be fix/adjusted. RV needed the chassis lubed and it needed an alignment done, and needed to replace our satellite and replace our awning. We had a wide variety of issues. Their facility is impressive and clean. Our Service Advisor Isabelle Hillman logged down all our issues and was able to provide a professional quote at drop off. With all our laundry list of issues, they were still able to commit to a “Promise Date”. You can tell they run a very organized operation. She was very communicative with their finding of what was going on with our RV. We appreciated the relationship and how on-point they are. We were able to pick up our RV before the promise date and everything was done! What a night and day difference from what I have experienced with other shops. A sincere welcome at the door, and escorted to the parts department. After meeting Bryan the parts manager, we set about getting the rv toilet that I needed. After making some recommendations he saved me some $$ on the parts I needed. Bryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and had my interest’s at heart.Everyone that I encountered was friendly and eager to help. I even met the manager, Mr P. who took the time to introduce himself and we had a good conversation. With my short time experience with this dealership, because I was passing through, I am, so impressed with the high level of costumer service shown by everyone I came in contact with, that I would recommend anyone needing RV service to go by Lazydays and see for yourself. We've had our class A serviced in here a few times since they opened their shop in Waller. Our service advisor, Peter Karfaridis, has been great with communication.Full wall slide adjustment to, just recently, the step motor replacement. They work with our warranty company. The recent service was one day diagnosis. One day replacement, in and out.

Took my motorhome to Lazydays to replace the rear wall which was damaged in an accident . Huge delay in getting parts but once all the parts were in they did the work in a timely manner. The only description of the work I can think of is PERFECT. Not good, or excellent but Perfect. Service Advisor was Richard Tran who did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress. Do not use this repair center for your RV. Took my class A motor home for a windshield repair. Told it would take 2-3 weeks and cost $4,000. It took 10 weeks and cost $4,400. They kept having “problems” with the new windshield and gasket. When we finally the motor home back, the repair was ok but we had to reschedule our vacation. I thought I might give them a second chance for my business and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a wheel alignment 9:00am on a Wednesday. Took the motor home there on Tuesday night so they could start on it first thing in the morning. They told me their alignment guy was not going to be there, but maybe they could get him to come in that afternoon. Received a call Tuesday afternoon that the guy would be there and that he could get it done. Got another call Wednesday afternoon that it would not be done until Thursday afternoon maybe. Gave up and went and got my RV. They do not honor the appointments.

I recently had the slide motor replaced on my Class A Motor Coach at this service center. This is the first time we have used their service center and fortunately we were able to provide the Service Advisor enough advanced warning about our issue such that the motor could be ordered so it would be on hand when we arrived for service. If we had not been able to do that I’m sure the repairs would have taken much longer.

My experience with Lazydays was way better than I could have hoped for. We were able to get our coach in right away for a coolant leak that I could not find myself. Other places were telling me they couldn't even look at it for a few days. From talking on the phone to Molly who was able to give directions to get there. To the service manager and the techs everyone at Lazydays was excellent to deal with. They were able to find not one but 3 leaks 2 in one hose and 1 in another hose. Fortunately they were hoses that could be purchased at the local napa store. So they got us back on the road and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost. My total was under $300 and they had to crawl up under that hot motor in outside temps in the high 90's to get the work done. I would not have done it for that price myself. The facility and waiting area were very nice even had a dog bed in the waiting area for our dogs to relax in the A/C.

My Motorhome was not starting and Zane quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue then took the time to explain with photos and a personal inspection. Peter performed the intake and payment process and kept us informed with efficiency and courtesy and we were able to get the work done quickly in time for our trip. Thanks!

This service center has done a great job every time I've taken my coach. Peter and Bubba always communicate what's going on. Right now patience is the key as parts are taking more time to acquire and the center is only running about 8-10 bays out of 18 as good technicians are hard to find. Trust them with my coach and will continue to use!

The window looks better than brand new when we bought the motorhome. Robby and Peter, service advisors, really took great care of us. We had a 9:AM appointment and they allowed us to stay onsite the night before so they could get started on it. We left it with them and we were back on the road by 12:30. Great job Lazydays Service!

Bubba and Daniel took great care of me and my coach. Replaced the inverter in the motorhome and installed the base plate and custom fabricated the bumper on Raptor so it could be flat towed. GREAT WORK! Looks great, works great. I know it was a difficult job, the bumper was not stock.The only issue the whole time was the automated phone system, lots of room for improvement there.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Oil change

The staff at Lazydays RV Service Center is top notch. Very polite, professional, and helpful! They went way above and beyond to help me, honored their word, and even finished the job for less than originally quoted... who does that these days? Would DEFINITELY recommend them for any RV service needs and/or hitch installations. If you're in the Greater Houston Area and need RV work, definitely visit these folks!

Peter was exceptional with his communication and customer service.We are full-time RVers, but if we are anywhere near the Houston area when our rig needs service, we will definitely use Lazydays in the future.
