Since my girl started blowing her coat a little extra this year, I decided to take her to Woof Gang for a little extra help. I'm pretty picky about who she goes to for just about everything but they did really good. They listened to my requests (trim paw pads and de-shed/brush-out) and she came out so fluffy and clean. Pretty happy about the results!

Omi had her first grooming appointment in November! When I picked her up she smelled of pumpkin spice and everything nice! They brought her out with a festive bandanna just in time to celebrate her first thanksgiving with us. The staff is kind and friendly.

Our sweet fur baby has been coming here for at least 2 years. She loves it, when we drive up she's so excited and wants to jump out of the car! Excellence at it's best at this establishment. They love our baby and she loves them. ❤️

This was teddy's 1st real groom ad he just got all his puppy vaccines and was cleared by the vet!! I was a worried mama but they were amazing with him and took the time to work with him. He wasn't there but a couple of hours and they did an amazing job! I will be brining him back there for his next groom. The staff was very nice and helpful and great with updating me as well!!! He was so scruffy and couldn't see and now he can see and he left very happy!! thank you all!!

I've been bringing my yorkie mix to Woof Gang for about 8 years now! They do an amazing job grooming him every time. We also get his treats, chews, and dog food from them. They have a great selection to choose from & he always loves everything that I get him ❤️

Took my maltipoo's here as they were too matted to be done by their usual groomer, even though they had already shaved one of them up to their neck.... That old groomer stated I need to go to a vet groomer or get them sedated. I called Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and spoke to the owner. She knew exactly what needed to be done and they had an opening same day due to a cancellation. Jess did an amazing job on my two boys - I couldn't be more grateful for this type of local business and support they gave to my boys!! Thank you so much ladies!!!

This is such a cute little place near target in Rockwall. I’ll come in here to get some treats for my dogs. I’m pretty sure they are all handmade. I’ve never asked, but they sure look it. My dog LOVES these treats. But I don’t get them often as they’re expensive! So we just get a few from time to time.The place as a whole is just precious. They have the treats table in the center, all kinds of bagged food for sale, and dog accessories like clothes, collars, and leashes. Plus they offer grooming which we haven’t used as we already have a groomer closer to our home. But, I would give them a try as the pups in the store always look happy and healthy.The owner/sales people are always super friendly and it’s always a good experience being there.

Love this place!! First of all, it's freaking adorable! I have had my dog groomed here at least three times and every visit has been wonderful! Carrie the owner is amazing and so genuinely nice! Brandon is fantastic and consistent! My baby looks adorable every time! And she smells great!

Brittney even looked at the picture I offered, asked a couple of questions and assured me that she could get my girl's hair on track. My boy came out looking like a silver fox and my girls bows have NEVER stayed in this long!!!

Both my dogs go here and it took a couple times to get it right but they have every detail of the previous cut and do an amazing job! If theres any concerns they fix it right away. Front desk is super friendly 👌

I took my dog, Bella to Woof Gang last week. She was supposed to have grooming and her nails filed down. Nothing was done. Her nails weren't clipped and she was dusty which indicated to me they didn't bathe her. I'll never take her there again.

Such a cute place! My goldendoodle just needed some hair around her eyes trimmed and they got us in the next morning. Super quick check in. She came and asked what I wanted done and she was out in about 10-15 minutes! We'll be back for sure!

Absolutely amazing service! They did an astounding job in walking us through the grooming process, answering calls whenever we were wanting to check in on how Daisy’s spa day was going and did such a great job in ensuring both our comfort levels in being able to leave her in professional hands for her first ever spa day. Daisy looks incredible, passed out after a bowl of treats purchased from their bakery for such a great job at being a good girl as she was treated like royalty. Her groomer, Brenna, did such a beautiful job, I’d definitely recommend her, she handled my Daisy, a one year old Great Pyrenees, with such care and love.

I am so disappointed. I was really hoping that I could trust Woof Gang to provide quality care.I brought my doodle in for bathing and grooming and specifically requested ear cleaning. A Woof Gang team member (let’s call her Sue) reassured me that ear cleaning is part of the package I had purchased.I didn’t bother to check my doodle’s ears until later that evening and was disappointed and frustrated to learn that Wood Gang did not clean her ears. I called them the following morning, 12/31 and was able to get her in same day.Sue greeted us and took my doodle back right away; it only took a couple minutes to compete. Sue shared with me that the groomer simply forgot to clean my dog’s ears.Understandable. I am a firm believer in giving businesses a second chance if the business is responsive and willing to make things right.However. I checked my dog’s ears when I got to my car. I could not believe that her ears were still NOT clean!I went back inside and was greeted by a different team member - the team member came outside to look at my dog’s ears. She agreed with me - still dirty! The team member apologizes and asks me to hang on while she goes back into the store.Sue comes out with cotton balls and solution and attempts to clean my dogs ears from the car window.This was not going to do the trick - my dog still had grime and hair in her ears that needed to be plucked.At the end of the day, this was not a matter of someone forgetting to compete a task. It is simply careless, poor quality care.EDIT: 1/5 I received a call from the owner who was kind and apologetic. She took ownership, accepted responsibility and offered a resolution.We’re looking forward to giving Woof Gang another chance.

We were there Saturday, Nov 6. As soon as we walked in our little 7 month old started shaking really bad. This was her 3rd time there. She didn't do this the other 2 times. I should have turned around and went home. An hour into her trim the groomer decided to stop grooming her.Didn't call me. I was back in an hour for pick up, she was in a cage soaking wet. Groomer comes to me and tells me she bit her on the hand when she tried to cut her face. My granddaughter was with me and proceeded to ask her if she played with her rough and if so to stop doing it. She's too young of a dog to be biting. She's a very playful puppy.I'm sorry she bit her but scolding my granddaughter the way she did was not cool. I kept my tongue because she still had our dog. I went to the grooming area and held our dog so she would finish grooming her, otherwise she wasn't going to. Told me in the future she would need to be sedated elsewhere, but not to bring her there. My dog loves all people and has never bit anyone before. My puppy was telling me something.DON"T TAKE PUPPIES HERE.
