The store is clean, and workers giving out samples were kind. The scan and go option is very convenient, but they still have self checkout and cashier's. The snack bar has decent selection and is always busy.

Sam’s this is Unacceptable!! I ordered online for 100 rose for valentines as a gift for a family member!! This is what I received and unacceptable 😣😡😤 When I went into store they weren’t able to change out for other roses because y’all were out of flowers !!! Sam’s I have used y’all for years and this is unacceptable!! To even send theses out to customer !!!

Came here with a friend to get some groceries done. We were in and out with no hustle. Not too crowded, clean and well organized. Plenty of parking, and easy accessible from the highway/road. I do recommend this place especially for people who like and have to buy in bulk.

Do not shop at Sam’s Club in Temple Texas. I ordered a huge tv online and went to pick it up and it did not fit in my vehicle. I decided to just let someone else buy it since I had no way to transport it and it took Soooo many rude phone calls and weeks and weeks to get back my refund for something I never even left the club with , And had already previously paid for. The manager is so rude and very unprofessional and so was a lot of the staff members. I honestly would never shop at Sam’s again if I didn’t regularly go to a different Sam’s Club. They purposely made sure I didn’t get my refund and made my life hell for almost a month trying to get my money back. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service.

Great place to shop in bulk if you have a big family or have a restaurant or may be your own business. Not only are the prices great. But they beat other places on alot of their items they carry here. The cleaning lady Gloria is amazing friendly & more knowgeable than employees there. The reason I gave them the stars is because of the variety product they carry & the cleaness of the place would of gave them five if that lady Tiffany wasn't so un-professional. Other than that I love shopping at Sams & have been a customer/member since 2002. 😇

If I could give a -0 I would. This place used to be amazing. I worked there for 5 yrs then after having medical issues and having to take time off they fired me. If they would fire at least 3 people it’s possible it would be better again. Corporate needs to go in unannounced and just walk around and see how things are being done. I could leave a whole book on this place but I will stop here.

We usually go to the Sam's in S. FtWorth or Burleson. We thought since we was in Waco we would do our shopping at this Sam's.I am in a wheelchair and my husband has issues with his legs so he uses a scooter cart. I push a cart with my feet.When we 1st came in there were no carts. The girl working on the shopping carts just said they are all gone. Didn't offer to help find one. So off we went to the parking lot to find a scooter cart. ( we should have left then) As we were shopping we came across 2 guys standing at the end of the aisle texting on their phones. Not doing anything but playing on there phone. ( should have left then) the whole time in the store we only had 1 guy in the meat department ask if he could help me. Several times employees watched as I struggled getting thing in the cart. I think we were just entertaining them.My basket was full my husband's cart was full. We paid for our things and headed out of the store. After spending over 400.00 dollars.We went right past a cart pusher. Thinking he would offer to help will think again he was in a conversation with a lady in front of us. As we struggled to get everything in the car. That took us 15 minutes. I looked at my watch. He stared at us watched us struggle trying to get everything in the car. Never once stop and help. Just watched us. There was a ton of carts in the parking lot, cars were having to go around them. One poor guy was working and this guy just talked and talked. While watching us and the poor guy working.I took a picture of the guy and one of the carts to show you this is true. At the Sam's we normally go to people are always asking if they can help us. We have even had employees push the cart for me through the store.To the manager u need to watch ur employees on the camera. I would clean house and buy the way check out the filthy bathroom. The hand dryers are awful u need to wash ur hand after using them.

Only 1 checker checking, the rest was check yourself out. Like seriously I think walmart has more than one checker checking. The Cafe was turning people away if you were not paying with cash or a scan and go app. This would be great if a sign was posted for the individuals who only had a debt on hand. Soo pet peeve more checkers need to be at the store checking and make sure you have cash on hand because the app may not be working.

Same as every other Sam's location on the inside. It's what's on the outside that loses this place Stars. The parking lot lanes are two way travel and customers like to back into spots so that they have to cross traffic. Makes for long waits when it's busy.

Overall it was okay however I tried to purchase something that they had a huge display of that said instant savings and when I got to the register to check out there was no instant savings and they would not honor the sign that said instant savings

Had a poor Membership Services experience. Associate Paula with 1year service ( per her I’d tag) was very rude, unwilling to listen to my issue. Was way too busy exercising her attitude not only to me but also to her much younger supervisor.I waited in a long line for an hour, as Paula declined help from another associate. Was treated rudely and still my issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.

Employees at this location treat the family bathrooms like luxury bathrooms leaving family’s to wait or take their cart into the open bathrooms causing a fire hazard.

This place is going downhill. Why is this a membership if you dont check them like you're supposed to? Why is it so hard for the employees to assist the check out isles to form lines instead of blocking off the hole front of the store?

I have my own membership. But when I tried to return an item that was gifted to me I had a hard time. They asked me to pull up the membership of my friend so they could look up the receipt. I had to call my friend and have her send a screen shot of her membership. They couldn’t find the receipt. In the end I offered to show them the item online so they could refund the money in store credit but they decided to credit me less money than what it was worth according to Sam’s Club website. I couldn’t believe what a horrible return process they have.

Always got something I can use! Loved their Cream Churro's. They use to sell the drinkable INDIAN yogurt that was out of this world awesome but seems they get a product like that only once then refuse to sell it ever again. 🤑

Great prices and a good selection. Not overly crowded during the daytime hours. Good selection of wines and some prepared foods. Best place to purchase gas, as price is almost always the lowest in town.

Typical bulk/warehouse store. Surprisingly quick checkout on a Saturday afternoon. Only complaint isthe questionable placement of the cafeteria (creates congestion with those leaving checkout as well as the line of customers waiting to have their receipts scanned to leave.)

This location started doing that thing where they change everything to self service, stop paying for customer service and pretending there is a worker shortage. This usually means the General Manager is collecting a bigger bonus by cutting out employee wages.

Garbage place to get you batteries from Carson was the Techs name. BENT my hood shock and left the batteries tie down loose as well as the battery cable's on the driver side. Did not replace the felt pad that the original batteries came with took it Upon himself not to replace it and throw it away. I would STAY away from this place they just plane SUCK..

Tiffany at the service desk was very unprofessional. She was face-timing someone while attending to our inquiry. Tiffany, do you honestly think we are stupid enough not to look up Sam's club's exchange/return policy? We genuinely wanted an exchange on the seasonal item we had purchased a week before Halloween because it was faulty OR return it if possible but you made up your own rules that we cannot return the item and that we have to take it up to the manufacturer which is a Member's Mark product by the way. Thank goodness, your co-worker at the service desk is knowledgeable and gave us a refund or we would have taken this matter to corporate. Why do you blatantly lie, deceive, and made up excuses?
