Rude management just cause we asked for a price look up and she tried correcting us when really she was wrong. Maybe if the store was clean and hired people that want to work instead of fighting with customers they would care about the job. The one that rang us up was in a wheelchair had no problem with him until he was laughing with what the manager was saying as if we were dumb. There was no point in defending ourselves since we would just waste our time.

Every thing was going great until the cashier was giving me my change. She gave me a torn up five dollar bill. I asked her if she could give me a different bill because part of it was torn off. She refused at first. Said it would spend like any other one would. I said that might be so but i didn't want it can you please give me another. She said she couldn't open up the register. She waited on two customers and said the register won't open if they not paying cash. So the next customer had cah. She got a five dollar bill out and threw it on the counter. I said i didn't throw any money at you so you need to hand it to me. She picked it up and pushed it at me so i snatched it from her. She was very unprofessional and she shouldn't treat her customers like that. Can you please address this matter. She is an African American with braided hair and dark complexion. She had a very bad attitude.

I've lived in a house down the street for five years now. I know some of the workers there and the workers are really nice. Some of the workers I don't agree with but me and my family have been going to the same Family Dollar for five years. Every time we go there we're greeted with hi and bye each time. It's not that you have to stay there long, it's you have to great them with your outermost respect and kindness. Now some of the new workers, like the young ones, have gotten attitudes and it affects the work environment but I've learned to just ignore them. Other than that this Family Dollar is a good one...

I love Family Dollar but shopping here is hard as they have no baskets! Customers run off with them and do not bring them back! They should not be able to take the carts outside anymore.. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I go there regularly.

Avoid like the plauge! Customers were all masked properly, 3 of the staff did not have their nose covered. One of the clerk's said the were told to tell them, but not argue. Will not go back, the risks are too great.

The Family Dollar the help there depends on who you get some of them are thankful to have a job and others are just thankful to get a check if you know what I mean.Their store is a wreck you can't find anything in it God forbid you want something off the last chance I'll they have no carburetor cleaner can you believe that I don't understand they had brake cleaner just FYI no carburetor cleaner can be bought there

Typical Family Dollar store with a nice variety of items at good prices. The big bag of popcorn for $1 is great ! Employees not very attentive. I will still go there anyway because its close.

The shelves are messy sometimes due to customers, and no weird smells like in most dollar type stores. The people who work there are helpful and nice.

Place is always trashy outside by the dumpster. The manager girl is rude. The area is known for drug activity. I would recommend you go somewhere else. There's a lot more dollar stores that are cleaner.

It 20 minutes at the Cash register because the p.o.s.terminal didn't register the clearance price on clearance price.There's enough different Dollar in the neighborhood to find a different store

They're always filthy! I just go in the stores for the digital coupons. I haven't been in a clean Family Dollar in Waco yet!

I can always find what u want to buy and if i can't they are willing to help me. When i make it to checkout the cashier always asks me dud i find everything i needed and i say yes.
