A huge selection of merchandise in this store.I love coffee mugs and there were many to choose from.Lots of shirts and caps. Stickers, patches and many other things.It looks as if they had a great selection of books, electronics and supplies.I enjoyed shopping here.

Huge selection of gifts and spirit items for everyone. Pricey but that's the way licensed things seem to be. School type supplies however I'll bet students buy elsewhere. Friendly staff.

By far the best college tour to date! The students and driver were professional and detailed. They spoke to all of us with the understanding that we don’t attend there school yet. Amazing tour and truly grateful for the opportunity

I was amazed when I first walked in and saw the remodeling that they had done! It looks so great! The bookstore was good and wasn’t bad before, but the renovations added so much more character and space to it.

We placed an order for shirts for the football season. Order was cancelled because it said we did not have a student email. Called into bookstore and lady said that was a technical error and she would call me in 2 hours to finish order over the phone. She called 4 hours later and I was at a dinner and could not answer, which I understand she may of been caught up finishing something else. I called back the next day and left a voicemail, expecting to get a call back since she seemed on top of it the day before. I have now called 3 other times and left voicemails and have not received a response back from this store.Called Follett directly and they are trying to say that we can not place an order without a student email which is absurd.

They have alot of great resourceful products there. You can find from books to bed sheets, ipads,phone chargers,spirit clothing of all sorts, foam fingers and pom poms for the games.

I went here to choose a gift as a souvenir. My brother is an assistant coach here at Baylor University. He and his wife (AG) wanted to make sure I was given his traditionalist. The clerks were nice. The store was very clean and well organized.

On our first scouting visit to Baylor, of course we had to stop for some gear at the bookstore. What a great place! They not only have quality tees, shorts, lanyards and other swag, but they have super friendly and encouraging salespeople. When we were checking out, our salesman made a point to stop by the register to say “see you in the fall!” ❤️🐻

Nice place to stop by while find nothing fun in Waco. The cashier and students are friendly and willing to provide suggestions. I would love to mark this place as information center.This is also a certified apple education shop so could get good deal if you are a student.

The remodeling makes the bookstore look cleaner and more modern, but my heart still misses the classic wooden style. The layout feels a lot better and I like the replacement of the checkout area.

Does not respond to emails. Never answered the phone after over 30 tries at different times over multiple days! Messages not responded to. It is impossible to speak to a live person at this store!!

Their prices on their actual items are a HUGE difference than what you actually pay and it's not just taxes at all. You really pay for the name of Baylor. Feel a little scammed but other than that the store is huge and you have a lot of options just ALWAYS check the price and say something. I didn't and regret it.

Tons of great items for rooting on the Baylor sports teams, I didn't see anything that would fit me, so maybe when we move there I will need to special order what I want. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Wow! What a selection of Baylor gear! The prices for books can be beaten online but sometimes it is just easier to buy locally and do it all at once.The parking for those visiting campus can be difficult. They do offer dedicated parking but I have found it full at times.The selection of Baylor gear is unrivaled. Love this place!

Good size campus bookstore with everything needed and then some for the Baylor fan. We found the prices relatively reasonable compared to other campus bookstores or sports stores. Lots of variety and well stocked. We made it the first place on campus to visit to pick up a shirt and hat before the game.

Omg! The Baylor bookstore was AMAZING! The merchandise was top notch and WOW...the amount of Baylor merch was SO much that we didn't even finish looking at everything. Highly recommend!

My first impression of the bookstore was filled with promise. It was easy to navigate online, books were easy to order, and the prices were surprisingly decent. However, they weren't able to get a few books that I needed, even with a few weeks notice in advance. I ended up getting them on Amazon in a matter of days. Due to the pandemic, you couldn't go inside. Easy enough, they had curbside pickup. However, the poor employee had to search twice for my orders, even though I had the confirmation on my phone. At one point near the start of school, I had to go on campus to pick up a book and return one. They used a QR code for you to scan and fill in a simple form. We waited in the heat outside for them to retrieve the books inside. Again, easy enough. However, Rowan, the employee working the counter, was extremely put out by my request to return my book. She said she'd get to me "when she could" which translated into ignoring me while she continued to hand out more books. I finally had enough after 30 minutes and went up to her table to tell her I needed to get back to work and I was tired of being ignored. With eyes rolling and a heavy exaggerated sigh, she told me I could leave my book on the table and she would process it later. I did get the refund later that day. I get that it was hot and stressful, but returns are as much of the job as distribution.

Sic em bears! The bookshop is like any other college bookstore. They have anything you could need with the Baylor logo on it. The prices in the store are very high, but you are also getting brands such as under armour or Nike so the prices are expected. The store is clean and the staff are nice. If you're looking for high quality Baylor gear, I would start in the bookstore.

It's just as I remember from 25 years ago. Actually, I can't remember what it was like 25 years ago, but I'm guessing it was nice. I was at Baylor for the game against Oklahoma. The store was packed wall to wall. Still, the employees were very helpful and checking out was quick. So...five stars.
