Worst pilot ever seen their diesel pump broken , keypad is broken , everything is broken on pump 19 , dont you guys have manager or someone who check these things so you can give better service to truckers

Stopped by this awesome gas station for a quick fill up and a bite to eat and gotta say I was impressed. Friendly employees and clean store. They had plenty of showers available when I stopped by and restrooms were clean. Subway stays open all night in case you need grab something to eat in the middle of the night. Super impressed with this location.

The inside look great and clean and I’ll give them a 5 for that but the pumps at the diesel fuel isle….What…the…hell. Some of the pumps are in poor condition as if some took a hammer to them and one DEF pump handle was so warped and damaged I couldn’t use it. I had to change pumps twice because on one of the pumps numbers and letter pop up on the screen like it has a mind of its own. Come on Pilot do better.

Very nice set up to go in the desiel pumps, I love that is easy way in and out that is a huge plus so there is no need to be doing long turns just to get out. Place is small but is has more stuff then most Pilot Travel Centers. Bathroom need some cleaning but it's nothing to go crazy for. Showers are not the best but they do the work. Unlike that you can find parking spaces even at 2am. The parking is nice and comfortable to park. Inside you can find a Subway if your in the mood for a sandwich. Over all not bad.

Parking is decent but trying get a shower was all but impossible, got here at 10:00 am no showers available, went to sleep woke up still had 5 people waiting I guess all showers were either dirty or occupied but the attendant was in the drivers lounge sitting and looking at his phone. I’ll park but hell if I’m going wait for a shower. By the way it’s an hour wait for the showers right now.

This is a nice, well maintained Pilot. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The lot is well setup and easy for parking. The showers are clean and roomy with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I think it's a little past due for replacing some towels though.

Checked the app while I was on my way here and it says there are 12 showers available, no waiting. I got here and checked it again after I parked. Paid for the shower and found out it there was a line. Had to wait an hour. This was in the middle of an 1800 mile load with 45 hours to deadline. Not coming back to this one again.

Hate having to stop here. Never any reciept paper when you pay at the pump. The fat manager gets the count on the pumps but to lazy to put reciept paper while he's standing right infront of then every morning. I tell them everytime I stop. I guess I'll just go a few more miles down to quik trip evey week.

Absolutely the worst Pilot. Staff needs training in professionalism and customer service. No one wants to clean the showers. There are drivers waiting over an hour for showers to be cleaned. Restrooms have no paper towels and no soap. The store is messy and dirty. Zero management. Cashier yelling and extremely rude to guest. SMH!

Every time come here I have an issue when trying to get gas, normally I can alteast finaly get gas but this time not only did the external pumps keep going kn circles ever time I typed in my reward info when I went inside to pay there system kept denying my card spitting out they don't accept corporate cards wich I don't have a corporate card and have used the card there in the past. I use the GasBuddy fule card that links my gas purchases up with there reward system and at other establishments of the same company it works fine no issues but this location needs an over hall, they were even down to one teller with a long line that I waited in just to leave to go get gas somewhere else. This phacilitys primary function is to supply gas and it dose a horrible job of it.

Staff is super nice. I park here a lot, it's close to home. Bathrooms are OK sometimes, better than others. Parking can be ridiculous at times and fills up fast!!!!

Stop here if you want to see real life zombies and want to lose 30 minutes of your day. Eight people in line, one employee on the register batting her eyes at the truckers keeping them at the counter, and all the other employees walking around in a daze just staring through the line.

Try to hit this location on every trip down to Laredo. Clean store, and restroom. Friendly employees, and the taco truck next door has the best asada tacos.

Get here early if you want a parking spot. Good place though. No Milo you cant drive next. 🤠 yall have a good labor day. I am. Not sometimes but all the time...God is good. Clean place inside to.

There is rarely truck parking here. This place always seems to be packed with trucks and is difficult to be in and out. Pumps are sometimes down without the lane being closed off. If you are in a rush and driving a semi, this is not the place. The customer service is good and the employees are always friendly. As far as cleanliness, it can us some help.
