I picked up my mail last night 3-06-24 and when I got home, I not only had my mail but 4 other peoples mail and two packages that belonged to someone else! I’ve located all rightful owners and will be returning it to them this afternoon! This seems to be a recurring problem!

REALLY BAD SERVICE, THERE ARE MORE THAN 5 OCCASIONS WHERE THEY LOSE MY PACKAGES AND ARE HIGH VALUE ITEMS/EXPENSIVE AND THE DELIVERY WORKER IGNORES PERSONS. SHE LEAVES THE KEYS AT THE PARCEL BOX AND WHEN I OPEN THE BOX, THERE AREN’T ANY ITEMS. IN THIS WEEK, SHE HAS LOST 2 ITEMS. I WILL ACT LEGALLY.

ALWAYS have issues with my mail either missing or being sent to the WRONG ADDRESS when my address is CLEARLY written on the package. This has become an issue and is extremely frustrating.

Lovely another package thrown in my yard because the worker didn’t want to leave her truck. Or maybe mention the packages jammed into my mailbox, bent and damaged that you would need a saw to get out. Or maybe that they have nearly ripped the mailbox out of the ground, all to save a few steps. Let’s also mention the employees laughing at me when I came in and complained. The employee was right there and said “it was raining!” They all laughed, then I got a shoulder shrug from the manager. If there was negative stars I would chose that. In 20 years not one single good experience!

2 pieces of mail showed on my informed delivery app that conveniently never made it to my mail box, but every other letter that showed in the picture did. There are no costumer service reps to speak with, only an operator. I’ve reported the mail missing and sent an email with no response. I just want to know how all my other mail made it except the two most important letters?!

Most incompetent postal workers ever. Not safe to have packages sent through this office. They will be lost, stolen or crushed. Never fails that i have a package given to my neighbor or they simply "lose" the package. Nothing will be done im sure because everyone at this office is lazy bums (except the black lady) and most unfortunately these people are fellow citizens in this town. Sucks that you can expect the same service from this post office as you would get from a crappy fast food restaurant.

Whoever delivered a package to my parents house wasn’t paying attention I guess. I had my diploma from college get sent to their house and on the package in big BOLD LETTERS IT SAY DON NOT FOLD. And they had it folded in their mailbox when they could have taken their time and dropped it off at the front door. Horrible service because it’s a very important paper for me and for the postal service to not read carefully and do as the package says is just so irresponsible.

Horrible service I went in to get a package that came in the day before. The lady at the front desk looks at me and tells me she can t find it. She never looked one time. there is a lot of packages and walks away saying"you can come find it". So i tell her ok i will then she says no come back.this is what is wrong with this country lazy ass people dont ever want to do there job. But expect to get paid. It's your job to find my package like are you brain dead?? I think the post office needs new staff.

Once I find a way to post the picture, I will, but I got a package in the mail OBVIOUSLY the box was too big for the mailbox, so the carrier decided it’d be okay to shove the box less than halfway in my mailbox right by the road and leave it open for grabs. 9/10 times if my packages are too big for my mailbox, instead of leaving it on my porch, I end up having to drive up there to get it (I’d rather do that than having it stolen because they were too lazy to leave it on my porch), but when I go to pick it up, the ladies at the desk are rude with bad attitudes.

The people that work here have always been kind and helpful, it usually takes me less than a minute or so to get in and out of the office so I can't complain Iam happy with that.

Could not put a -1 on this. Have had out going mail for 3days not picked up it is in town at EXXON I can only think that thy only work when they feel like it and not in rain.
