Apparently the clerks at this location are on a power trip by harassing Senior Citizens by asking for a photo ID in order to purchase Margarita Mix or any other alcohol related beverage. If you don't show your ID, they will pull the item out of your bag and cancel the sale.Or, perhaps I'm mistaken, perhaps their clerks are too stupid to recognize an old guy with white hair is far removed from being younger than 21 years old. It's odd how all the other Walmart stores DO NOT require proof of age. Thank you Fresh Grocery Store for selling me Margarita Mix w/o any hassle.

This Walmart is great, convenient and down the road but they almost never HAVE MEATS, chicken especially. A few times in the last month the meat section was closed down not sure if it was due to temperatures but I never find my favorite meat to buy it’s out of stock often. I love the customer service here though!

I am older and their delivery service has been superior! Items purchased were great. Have had several years experience with them and service was beyond their competitors!

If you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all. I appreciate the convenience of this Neighborhood Walmart but it does lack the food selection of the larger stores. Some of our favorite breakfast cereals aren’t stocked. It has all the essentials, though, and the donuts are much better than local donut shops!

The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible! I two of my assisted living residents here to receive flu vaccinations and waited well over 2 hours without any type of logical explanation! So if you want or need immunizations please go elsewhere.

Located just across the street from my job. Staff isn't very helpful. Store is clean and stocked. Layout it kinda weird so it take me longer to find items I need.

The pharmacy staff do as little as possible to help their customers. I came in for a printout of my filled perscription history ( Broadway store said that I could pick it up anywhere). The young lady tried to pull it up and said that she could not find my history. I explained that I should be able to get this information at any Wamart, that is what I was told by my pharmacist at the Broadway store. I told the young lady that I was calling the Broadway store ( she had already suggested that I just need to go to that store and get the printout). She walked away and started working on other things. I called the Broadway pharmacist and put him on speaker phone ( I told him that he was on speaker phone). He was very helpful. He said they should be able to get me the information. A lady came from back and started typing, he asked if she needed the RX # or address, she walked back and forth to each computer, I had to show her my ID even though I had showed it to the previous employee. I had to sign the keypad several times. She printed the report, and the pharmacist signed it and said, "Here you go."It appeared that they could do a printout with a little extra effort.I am very thankful that the gentleman pharmacist at the Broadway Store helped me get them motivated at the Market Place Pharmacy ( #4605) to do their job. It wasn't that they didn't have access, like I was told. It was that they were not trained or they were just lazy and complacent.This is not the first time that this Walmart Pharmacy said that they could not locate a prescription for me. I wanted to transfer a prescription there, and I was told by two employees that they could not find my perscriptions at the other store, and they would not be able to transfer them.I also went through the drive to pick up a prescription, and I had a Drug Discount card. They told me that I would have to come back and come inside to use it.I am so done with this pharmacy. If you are needing a prescription and you need some attention to detail, this is not the place for you. These employees at this pharmacy are clearly lacking self motivation. 🙄On a good note, the two sweet ladies at self checkout are super helpful, and both of them gave me big hugs for a bad experience. ❤️Chad, the operations manager, listened attentively to my complaint and apologized for my experience.

This Walmart has a problem and I am not sure they get it yet. The problem is that it is a small Walmart but they are cramming as much product as they can in the store. To me it feels crowded without space. You would have to go there and just take a minute or two to look around and you see yourself. It could use an update and when I went there it smelled funny. I hope they fixed that. On the plus side the bathrooms were clean and not nasty.

We enjoyed the remodel. Self checkouts were a lil tight and not enough space to us with people with carts and wheelchairs. Very crowded at one point. Nice to see a few cashiers and non self checkouts. Super clean and all the employees were very nice.

I have not been inside and only have done grocery pickup. Both times the order was delayed which was very inconvenient. The first order we got reprimanded for have wood in our trunk to prepare for the upcoming freezing weather because they have "higher standards" but proceeded to put a bag of potatoes on top of our bread. Would not recommend this store and will go out of our way to go to another.

Since Tyler is under a boil your water alert, I hit this place up for a few packs of water.They were actively bringing pallets of water up to the front and helping people out to their cars.

Does not have Apple Pay and forces you to use Walmart pay for digital purchases. Definitely use other convenient stores. Everyone offers this service but Walmart.

I love the selection and prices here. The employees have always been really friendly here and they are never to busy to answer a question. The prices cannot be beat in my opinion. There are some specialty items the do not have but I shop locally for those. All in all just a fabulous experience! Still a great place and you can get out pretty quick!

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I scheduled a pickup for 5pm-6pm. At 5pm I recieved an alert my order was ready. I got to the store around 5:20 and checked in. At 5:45 I recieved another alert stating my order had been picked up. Thinking they may have checked the order off before bringing it out, I waited. At 6:11pm I called the store to check on my order and make sure it was not given to another customer. The associate that picked up looked up my order on their handheld device and said the order was still being picked. I was annoyed because the order should have already been ready to pick up, but I let it go and continued to wait, as I needed the items I ordered. At 7:03 I called the store again because I still had not received my order. I was put on hold and transferred several times before someone tried to help me. Then they tried to tell me they did not have an order for me. I gave them my order number and confirmed I was at the correct location. After several minutes of looking and being put on and off hold they found my order. I was not given an explanation as to what happened. It was 7:30 before my order was brought out, an hour and a half past the time it was due to be picked up. I used this service to try and save time as I had a lot of things I needed to do today once I got home; however, it ended up taking more time than it would have if I had shopped for the items myself. I would blame it on the team being short staffed and would have let it go had that been the case, but I watched people who got there an hour after I had, leave with their groceries before me. Do better.

Convenient when I lived on this side of town.The store is usually clean and the prices are reasonable. There are times it’s busy but check out never seemed to take too terribly long. We usually just used the self check out stations.Overall it’s a good place to get affordable groceries.Also the gas station here is usually one of the lowest prices in town!

Awful as usual!!! They need cashiers not self checks!!!! Not only do those things take jobs from humans but every time we go in there, the stupid self check messes up and won't return our change. Have to wait 40 minutes to get somebody to fix it!!! This doesn't happen with cashiers. Liberal company!! I don't shop there very often. Brookshires is much better!!!!

Great location and always clean. The selection is really good as far as produce and products offered. About the only issue I have had is that I feel like the aisles are really narrow at times so when it is busy, it feels really crowded. It can be a little hard getting into the store from the road when traffic is bad, but luckily no issues so far.

One of my favorite food and had stores, close to my house. The floor associates are friendly and helpful staff you can not stand stranded looking for item at the aisle for a long time, without seeing one of them asking; "do you need help, hello ma'am, Sir is there anything I can assist you. Or hello did you find everything you need? It's a good store.

Normally it would be 5 stars. With no issues. But today 9/5/2021, I had 2 frozen dinners completely thawed and smashed. Bread was smashed. Bags were tore. Very unpleasant to say the least.

We LOVE the easy to order groceries and have them Delivered. My Dad started out using the Curbside Pick Up Option then discovered they would bring them to our Front Door, he really likes that! Typically the delivery option takes anywhere from an hour to 2 hours, I'm assuming it depends on how busy they are at the time. Mornings are usually Faster!

The pick up employees are RUDE! The ones working at 5:45pm 3-29-2021. I said I couldn't wait 30 mins like last time because I had to get home to my kids. They said, "well there's only 3 of us here!"There was only 1 other person waiting other than me. So I'm not sure what the problem was! She didn't have to be rude!

It won't let me put no stars! I'm sure the local grocery stores will appreciate the new business. The new check out system had me in line for thirty minutes before I just put my few items back and left. The Fresh Store is still customer friendly.

Love this location, always clean and well stocked. The employees are some of the friendliest, well mannered, and helpful I’ve ever interacted with in a Walmart setting. Major kudos to management and the team members! 👌🏻✅Only negative is location: I avoid going there between 4pm-7pm due to the HORRIBLE traffic on Old Jacksonville and West Grande.

Generally an easy place to get in and out of if you don't mind scanning our own groceries. The flow is a little weird, not setup like a traditional grocery store. Prices are decent, selection is fair. Healthy choices are available,but not abundant.
