I didn't have any mail or packing experience, just the notary. Brittany was an amazing help and absolutely patient through my visit. The other workers at the counter were very kind and quick too! I've never seen such fast and uncomplicated services before!! Brittany was so professional and fun, unlike a lot of customer service employees today. I will definitely be back to this location for whatever I need!

I’ve came to the store asking for help in a certain matter after other places couldn’t / refused to help me, Jessica Mancera told me it’s a problem as well but she asked for a second opinion of Brittany Beck, Brittany was creative, understood my distress and went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem where everyone else failed, I appreciate you guys and thank you for assisting me, customer service at the highest standards.

Tried to drop off an RMA shipment for some firearms parts erroneously ordered. Not a firearm, not a receiver, not ammo , just some parts and they refused to ship anything to do with firearms as the location policy!!! Either anti-gun or dumb as a doornail as regards actual legal and liability issues. Went right to FedEx who shipped no problem.

They lock the door on me at 2:59pm on a Saturday. They are supposed to be open until 3. We drove an hour to this location because it's the closest one to us. They had another customer still inside they were working with. I knocked on the door but the staff just waved me away. So much for customer service.

This UPS drop off point is efficient but recently wont take pre-packaged boxes? They want to charge more $ to repack in a UPS package. On top of that, they throw the boxes away!!! I was told today that UPS does not recycle and only has one dumpster for this store. How can a shipping company not recycle when Tyler has a wonderful, fully functioning recycle center downtown? So sad.

They are always so nice! I'm not sure why others have said that the workers are rude. I always bring my amazon returns here and they are very patient with me and always friendly. I've encountered different ages, ethnicities, and genders and they were all very friendly.I typically only leave reviews when I am upset, so please believe me lol: this is a good location!

My girlfriends cat ran away recently, and I wanted to post flyers around our neighborhood in hopes it would help locate her. I went to this UPS location (10 minutes before they closed) to print players and have them laminated. I walked in and was immediately assisted by Madison, who politely informed it would be 10 minutes for the machine to warm up but would be happy to get it started. Me, understanding this meant they would be late closing, apologized and asked if it was okay since they closed in less than 10 minutes. Madison was extremely professional, friendly and endearing while saying it was okay and she would be happy to help. This was without realizing how important these flyers would be.During the next 19 minutes I witnessed her, Brittany (Brad Pitt), Lisette and Jaz interacting with customers and each other. Laughing, sharing stories, and overall creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for everyone to enjoy being there. I always hate going to shipping stores, but this was actually a fun experience! I’ll be using UPS over other companies from now on. Thanks Madison and crew!PS. We found her cat! Thank y’all for the help.

This store is hands down the best to work with! They have printed my wedding save the dates, invitations and all of the paper products used at my wedding. Everything looked beautiful and exactly the way I hoped it would be. They are SO helpful and extremely friendly! If you need anything done print wise, or ship wise, this needs to be your go-to store! I live an hour away and I will continue to use them for everything because they are the best!

I have used this store many times over the years, mostly for my business and they always come through for me. Especially since Amanda has taken over as manager, my business cards or other printing needs are done promptly and professionally. I always get a great price, quoted in advance. As for the other workers, I have always had a pleasant experience. I will continue to use them for all of my printing needs and the one on the Loop 323 is really awesome too. Very nice folks!

Had to take off work and make plans for a live animal that was being delivered. It is an hour past the time they gave on website and no one can tell me where my expensive live animal is. Its like no one knows anything and they direct you to another unknowledgeable person. I will never use ups again. They do not update their info

Great customer service! Very quick and was very helpful in explaining the label requirements for returning an extended battery for my phone. Employee was wearing her mask appropriately (covering nose and mouth) as was I! At this time, when we are all trying to keep contact down and stay healthy, she offered great comfort. Thank you for requiring your employees to wear masks! I will be back.

Absolute terrible experience, not once but twice. Sent out a package for Christmas and it showed delivered but didn’t deliver for roughly two weeks due to a mistake on their end and package never showed tracking number. Was just a mystery.Then recently sent my husband a package, I did not decide to do two day delivery, but I was informed it would be there in 2 days. I then inform him when to drive to the UPS pick up location which is two hours from where he is working. He arrives and no package is there. I then contact UPS Tyler, they apologize for their mistake and inform me that the packages will be there the following week. Not only have the packages switched delivery dates 2-3 times but one package is lost in route with an invalid tracking number.Then when you call to check on what is going on, you get nothing but complete disrespect and attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience, time after time with them.

Staff is pleasant, but I was told one of my packages needed to be boxed up before returning. So I boxed it up and came back to the store for them to tell me I cannot use a shoe box. Frustrated to now have to make a 3rd trip.

So happy to have this store nearby. They are so good a packing my artwork and some crazy oversized woodworking projects. My most recent was a 5 ft long wall art sign, cursive writing and semi fragile. They created a box, packed it well and had reasonable pricing to get it shipped! Beat any other way I searched by far. Excellent staff!

Exceptionally patient workers! I walked in with about twenty Amazon returns, and they were very patient as I pulled up each of the scanning bar codes on my phone. I was in and out of the store about four times with all my boxes. They were very kind and helpful as I tried to keep all my boxes snd return codes straight:)

I went to the UPS Store on August 4, 2021. I mailed some Vitamins to my Sister in rural TYLER. Paid for services. As of August 14th, no package delivered. I called the UPS STORE on OLD BULLARD RD., to inquire about my package. They claimed it was delivered on August 13th.They acted carefree and nonchalant regarding my item.I have called and called, and gotten nowhere. It seems to be a lot of juveniles working there, but they are full fleged adults.I recently had surgery and didn't want to go out there. I misplaced the tracking #. I do have a bank statement where they withdrew my $.These Vitamins cost me $95.00 for 3 months worth. I will never go to this UPS again. Sorry service. Useless.

I have been using The UPS Store on Bullard Road for over seven years and have always had excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, cheerful, helpful, and very efficient in handling my shipping and my Notary needs. I use this store on a regular basis and would highly recommend this store to anyone. And for me, absolutely, this store earns a Five Stars!

Not only where they 7 dollars more than Usps, they wanted me to buy a new box because mine wasn’t good enough! I try and give this place business and it’s just terrible. My box had logos that “ violated their code“ understandably so let’s cover it with some colored tape?! Nope not good enough. And I’m told this after I’ve been standing there through all the questions address name price I even had to give them my drivers license. I do not recommend this location unless you want to over pay and buy one of there boxes!

Customer service is not that great from majority of workers. Ridiculous shipping quotes (took two weeks to mail an envelope two states away for a price of 13$). Sometimes I think they intentionally try to give me the highest crappiest shipping rate and label it as "economy." As far as shipping dates, they're pretty consistent and reliable.

Customer service is terrible. They are really nothing more than a drop box. Don’t expect them to help with anything else. If your package is late they send you to UPS and UPS will refer you right back to the drop location. The other location on the loop is equally as bad. Need UPS supplies ... out of luck. They just happen not to carry them, but they will sell you something similar. What a joke!

I use this store on a regular basis to ship a variety of packages and have NEVER had a single issue. They even helped me send care packages to a deployed friend of mine. The associates are patient, courteous, and great at their job. They make shipping easy.

Things went fine during the installation of the base. They wanted to know if I wanted the old mattress on the bed. I told them No, that I had a new mattress. I had it on a dolly and moved it to the bedroom door. I told them this is the new mattress. The older guy moved it into the bedroom and placed it on the floor at the end of the bed. The younger guy was already into the truck starting the motor. I stopped the other guy as he was walking to the truck. I asked him if they were going to help me with the mattress and he said nope.When I bought this mattress I was promised that if I had the new mattress the ones who installed the base would undo the mattress and place on the bed. No such luck.I do hope you all would get your directions straight. If this promise was made in order for me to buy your product that is a sorry way to do business. Please correct whoever was wrong in this transaction.

The guy who helped me mail my package was not the issue, he was great and helped me quickly. However there was a woman who was being abnormally loud, telling some story about a stripper. This was alarming and unprofessional. Then when we were leaving and my fiancé is trying to shut the door. The door is one of those automatic ones, but is not labeled as such, and so he was just trying to make sure it shut. Well this same woman decided to yell at him 3 times that the door will shut on its own and she was very rude about it.
