So I had a product looks like it was marked down once then again twice .. $20 then $15 the girl at the register said she had to ask the lady which label and then called some entitled lady she said was the manager and then that lady was like no it’s not the lower price and ripped the sticker off so I could pay a higher price than the $15 tag on it !! It was clear the tag was placed there because it was locked in a clear casing they had to unlocked.. I felt it was a intentional hateful move when they clearly marked it lower and locked it up.. I know the real reason behind such hatred keep the junk no big deal then don’t mark it down and then the lady didn’t confirm just made a decision without verification just and instant charger her the higher price racial mover

Went to make a return, and they can only return with the receipt. This is the only store i have been to in AGES that can not swipe your credit card used in order to complete a return.Do better!

For what you pay here and what value you get, TJ Maxx is a very good place to shop! The clothing selection is a bit lacking and in disarray, but the frequency of sales and Clearance items help make up for that, and the great selection of home decor and housewares surely has something for you and your home. The friendly and knowledgeable staff round out the rest. Don't waste your time with their sister store Marshall's a few miles up Broadway; just come straight here to TJ Maxx instead!And be sure to browse their snack selections; the rosemary and garlic chips are immensely savory (well worth their $3 price) and made my drive back to Canton — with my new golf shirts from TJ Maxx — even more pleasant and enjoyable. I look forward to revisiting TJ Maxx and seeing what they have to offer very, very soon!

Hands down the price point value is phenomenal . I enjoy hunting through the racks, it's actually good for your brain, regardless I always find treasures. Some I know I don't need, others are pragmatic purchases I value for years.

Good store. Lots of inventory but not very organized. I did see someone attempting to reorganize some of the shelves, good luck. I did find exactly what I was looking for also something I didn't know I needed. I'll be back to check out what other things I didn't know I need.

I recently moved into a new place and have visited ALL of the shopping stores, T.J Maxx was STAFFED, CLEAN, and organized, of all of the stores I visited, they were the ONLY ONE who called for registered trained associates when it got busy. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience. Ps. I overheard the manager thanking an associate for arranging a new set of items she not only thanked her but also gave positive feedback. Way to go T.J MAXX

Didn't stay there very long. Was concerned about the check out line was going to be extremely long. But found some nice items, line wasn't too long. Appreciated the kindness and nice smiles from the cashiers!

Went today, great prices and somewhat of a good selection, the staff were very serious about social distancing and practicing good hygiene. They were wearing masks, only allowing certain numbers of folks in the store at a time, cleaning the carts promptly, good things. I love my new hard body suitcases too.

Love this place. Great prices, clean store and bathroom. Has just about everything I need. I Purchased a really nice chair for my spare bedroom for 140. They held it for me until I could get a vehicles to load it in to. I Came back later and realized it fit in my car perfectly. And they helped load it. Love it! The clothes are nice and quality of everything is perfect. I do wish that they would limit people sitting on the furniture that is being sold, though. Other than that I will shop here every time I go to the Cumberland mall.

If drawer 3 was 65 cents over Saturday it's because the girl on the drawer was too busy chatting to her coworker to give me my change... And once she had closed the drawer I just kind of was like *oh well* there was a kid with a squeaky toy so I was just a mess in general.

I love the store because you can buy a lot of quality stuff with a fraction of the price you would pay in department stores. I especially like to check out the kitchen products and furniture here.

Awesome I loved it way better than the one in Longview! I love that they speak Spanish makes its easier for my mom and grandma. It looks so clean, I like that the employees always asking if you need help. Are friendly! It's a good atmosphere to go shopping. Will be going back everytime.

One of the better TJ Maxx stores I've been to, and I've been to many! I was especially impressed with the home goods + kid's sections. Quick check out too. My only gripe is the crowded parking lot that houses it-- Cumberland Village. But I have a feeling I'll be back anyhow.

This is a very clean TJMAXX. They have decent prices. I was actually able furnished my entire bathroom here. They always have someone readily available to assist you with any questions or service.
