Good grocery store. This is a clean good organized store. They have really good deals on their clearance meat. They have self checkout and regular checkout. We like all the super ones better than Brookshire’s.

Great store. Great prices as well as friendly and welcoming staff. Gas prices today were lowest in Tyler so we definitely stopped for that. Good area to shop next to the big shopping area. Plus Academy is right next door as well. Great place. Thanks!!!

I have been a customer of this organization for several years, up until recently the customer service provided by the cashier has been very good. It seems your organization is more concerned with the bottom line now than providing good customer service at the checkout counter. I just left your South Broadway Store at Cumberland Park and lady who checked me out was more concerned about viewing her text messages than providing good customer service. Once she was finished with checking me out I requested a face to face with the on duty manager and explained the issue I had with this person. If you continue to let your employee have their personal cell phone at their work station more complaints are coming your way and possibly lost of business. Whomever is doing the training needs to emphasis they need to be fully forced on the customer and not what is going on outside the premises and leave their personal cell phones in the employee staging area / locker room. You are hiring these young people who have no customer service skills and you are not monitoring their work as close as needed to prevent this issues arising. GET IT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!

I shop here regularly. The produce sometimes has some spoilage. Most of the time it is very fresh. Sales all through the store.

The old woman (Sharon) at the service desk is definitely in the wrong profession. Sharon was rude from start to finish of the interaction. I have had the displeasure of two different incidents with Sharon and BOTH were awful… so I think it’s a personality/character flaw as opposed to her maybe having a bad day. I hope the “higher ups” seriously consider moving her from the service desk to a less customer satisfaction based role… maybe in the back.

This store was on my avoid list for a month of orders due to 1 employee stereotyping me while I'm doing my order but today I seen a order with kid medicine couldn't resist and the welcoming smiles and how u been where you been made it all GOOD I really like this store because even the manager will stop what he's doing to help you find a item or get it off the shelf. This store is worth the visit and the shop. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I missed the staff just as much as they missed me it feels good to have a place where you spend a lot of money and time acknowledge you I EVEN ENJOY HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS FIND THINGS💪🏾👍🏾

I love the store but ever since the pharmacy was changed to Walgreens I have had problems. When Megan handled my medicine everything was great, no problem. But when Amber handles my medicine it is always messed up. She doesn't keep her word (she says I will get back in touch with you & never calls)

I dont mind going inside and shopping very clean and organized...but the curbside has really gone down hill.. I picked up my curbside order today and the gentleman who brought me my groceries didn't greet me or even ask my name to confirm its the correct order he literally just threw my groceries in and shut the hatch.. I said thank you and still no response.. very rude and unprofessional.

Stopped in while in Tyler. Was pleased by the store appearance and staff. I found the prices to be in most cases cheaper than Walmart. Will definitely arrange my shopping around my trips to tyler. Several cash registers were open for customers to use along with self checking.

I love this grocery store. Over the last two years it has really developed into an affordable store with a surprisingly large and varying selection. It seems like every day there are new products to try. They also have beautiful, seasonal plants and flowers (pictured) that are really just lovely.The staff are all incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome. The workers in the pharmacy are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone treats you like a neighbor or friend - it's truly a neighborhood market. And they had the Weinermobile there the other day and it made my life complete so you really can't beat that.

The location next to Cumberland village shopping center is a convenient place for me to get food between work shifts, the deli staff are helpful and kind. The traffic volume is manageable and I usually don't have to wait for a long time to check out. Overall the experience is good and I'm in and out in a very brief time frame.

Ordered a birthday cake from the bakery. Went to pick up the cake and they had forgotten to order the topper and the cake was very uneven. They have no quality control anymore.

I like Super 1 Foods because I can park, run in, and grab a few things, and I dont have to search forever for a parking spot, like at Walmart 😞. I love the self checkout if I need to be fast. Or the staff are really nice and helpful if you get lost or have a huge amount of groceries and need to use a cashier!

Only thing I can complain about is the horrendous self checkout scanners (take some notes from the Walmart ones and update them and I'll add a ⭐), Its a good grocery store with fresh produce, and weekly deals, the meat selection is good and they definitely have the best prices on bacon if you don't have a Sam's club membership. The produce is always fresh too.

I love shopping here. The store is clean and the shelves are well organized. I always see staff checking and organizing items. A good selection of fresh produce, meat, snacks, and other household items. And the prices are reasonable. The new self checkout is very nice and convenient, but you cannot scan multiple items altogether then put them in the bag. After you scan an item you must put it in the bag, or the machine will not allow you to continue. This is very annoying and should be charged.

LOVE 💘 this grocery store!!! I can feel my freezer because of their deal of 4 packs of meat for $20 dollars. There meat is of great quality and they have a variety of meats. The other deals in the store is awesome. I like them better 😏 than all the others even Wal-Mart. Right now I have to drive 30 minutes until they finish our Super 1in our town but it is WELL worth it. Staff is awesomeness!!!!

Ran in to grab a few cokes and Dr pepper and a snack. It was not very busy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful store with a well stocked produce department as well as other departments.

This Super 1's Curb-side worked really well when they first started it. It has been all down hill since then. I have complained to multiple store directors, managers, and corporate staff. We've encountered many issues including:- Bags left in the store and not placed in the car- Items missing but charged for- Items not included, but not told that they were out- Horrible attitudes by a few employees- Employees being too lazy to substitute unavailable items- And employees too lazy to text when the order was ready.After not using them for a few months, I tried again today. Good new: their "new and improved" website is up and running. Bad news: it crashed when I tried to check out. An hour of on-line shopping down the drain. I called the store and the curb-side manager said that she has had a lot of calls from customers with problems using the new and improved website and app.Brookshire's and Super 1 are not what they used to be. They no longer hire and train well. They clearly do not care about customers any more. Unfortunately, we have very limited choices here with Walmart being the #2 choice, and they are even worse.

Staff is always friendly and helpful if needed. Good prices and pretty good produce selection. I would say the only reason for not giving 5 stars is the store cleanliness. During our trip we walked past 2 spills that were there for our entire 45 minute trip. Nothing crazy but I did see at least 2 employees walk past one of the spills which was quite large. If the store was about cleaner I would give 5 stars.
