Got me and my kid some adidas sandals, even tho I knew what I was coming in for, the guy not sure if he was a manager followed me to the back pretending to straighten up, watching me, didn’t greet me or ask me If I needed help, got to the register the girl who checked me out was so sweet I got to spin the wheel and I saved 13.00, if you are of color get ready to be followed

We got my husband a perfect pair of Skechers for work because he is on his feet all the time 5 days a week or even 6 days a week and we found the perfect tennis shoes for only $49.98! Great sale and great selection! Thanks y'all!

Great selections for the entire family at a reasonable price & you can order shoes and have them delivered to the store or your home as well.Staff is always willing to help! I only give it a 4 instead of a 5 because sometimes I can't find the dressy shoes I'm looking for in the store.You can also earn points for purchases & recieve coupons.

Good store. Found some really good quality shoes in the clearance. And got discount and got to spin the wheel for $4 off so was happy when my total was way less than I expected. Cashier was really nice. Great customer service!

Took my three daughters for new school shoes on tax-free weekend. Managed to buy all three pairs from the clearance rack. With coupons from the mail and the buy-one get-one half off, I only spent $53. Place was crazy busy, but the store was well-staffed and everything was smooth.

This store is very unprofessional and the employee was very rude in front of the manager who said nothing. Her name is Isabella and my order was not ready. I ordered online and never received the email that one pair was canceled until that night after it was supposed to be ready. I was very unhappy with her rudeness and will never spend my hard earned money there again. The manager tells me he hopes I have a better day in a very sarcastic way. Wow! Never again.

I love the store but HATE the website. It wont allow you to make Tyler, TX - My Store. Makes it impossible to shop my store, so lots of wasted trips. Too bad because the store is great, bet they lose lots of business due to website frustration.

Customer experience here was awful yesterday. Won't be going back. Went down to Academy and got what I was looking for. When you work in retail your supposed to check on your customers. No one ever said anything.
