All Ross stores are becoming dumps. They are rarely clean and items are just randomly strewn around. Prices here used to be very good but now they are only about 15-20% less than retail prices.

The store is clean but the shelves were looking thin on inventory. I'm aware it is just a week after the holidays so I'm not taking any stars away for that. I didn't make a purchase because the checkout line was really long with just a few cashiers.

Don't get me wrong, the prices are great; but the management is very rude to their employees. I watched two cashiers basically get botched twice each at least just while checking out. One was over the Entercom!

Finally a store that is fully wheelchair accessible!! Thank you Ross Dress For Less! Finally a store that offers clothes for all sizes and doesn't require you to sell the farm just to afford their products. It just doesn't get any better.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were a lot of beetles in the dressing room. I was in the handicap area and I was having to contend with all different sizes of beetles yuck!Other than that, run quickly, and get you some cute summer clothes, I did. (Well, I didn't run, but I rolled real fast in my wheelchair) 👩🏾‍

They have certain items that I like here other than clothes. Their men's grooming products are decent. Backpacks, luggage, wallets, and snacks are also at times good.

When we first walked in it looked like a garage sale. Things were everywhere even scattered on the floor. The prices were garage sale prices too! We found some really good stuff. Just be prepared to really look because they have stuff just thrown everywhere.

Guess what? It's not new anymore. Bathrooms are just as disgusting as the old Ross. Clothes and shoes everywhere. People relaxing on and tearing up furniture that is to be sold. I'll continue to shop here because of the deals. Seriously though..how hard is it to keep the bathrooms fresh and folks from testing out furniture by relaxing on it. Yuk!!!

I'm handicap. I'm in a wheelchair if I'm out. Ur store only has the front dressing rooms open they are NOT whatsoever handicap accessible.🚫👩‍ ♿🚫 Many attempts to try to put my chair in your dressing room was unsuccessful. By the way my wheelchair is tiny. It is extremely disappointing/frustrating that you are not following the law to have access for ♿.
