Piper and I have been going to this groomer since we moved to Texas. And I am SO disappointed! This has now happened twice. I live in Athens now, but wanted to stick with the same groomer. I explained Piper needed EVERYTHING (bath, nails, sanitary area, deshed, etc.) and they confirmed with me. I drive an HOUR here, just to find out they only scheduled me for a BATH. I'm extremely disappointed. Definitely not coming back for grooming or even to purchase anything and will find a new groomer. Thanks for wasting my time!

They were wonderful. Everyone was very attentive and by careful with my buddy. The only thing is I think the requirements for records etc should be listed out before hand so that customers are aware. I know we all have a job to do but knowing exactly what’s required before appointments would make everyone’s job a lot easier for all parties involved. Some of us live really far and would hate to be inconvenienced from lack of communicating important information. Again great service. Great communication pet wise.

Norah did such a good job! We took our dog to another groomer about 2 weeks ago and paid an absurd amount for basically a trim around the face, feet, and private areas. We weren’t very satisfied so we brought him here and couldn’t be more happy. Norah found additional matting missed by the other groomer and went above and beyond to get him taken care of. Thank you!

Skylar was very sweet to my dog and worked very hard to give us a good experience. The cut for my dog was very good it was a little shorter than anticipated but being so hot this summer that was ok. The service is a little pricey to justify having my pet groomed very often but I will definitely come back in between my home grooming for my pet.

Sent my dog to have a full groom, which included a bath and dry. Got him back not dry and he smells like rotten seafood. He stinks!

Nova was very informative when I called before I brought Angus in as it was the first time I was taking him for a grooming since adopting him. She calmed my anxiety and let me know that she would take her time when I informed her about his anxiety issues. He has a lot of separation anxiety and she said he cried the whole time while getting groomed but he still let her do everything she needed to do. And she didn't even complain about his crying! I know I would be lol. I was very hesitant to take Angus to get groomed at a retailer because he fears the large buildings, large numbers of people and the scary sliding doors. Nova let me know right where the grooming office was so I didn't have to meander through the store hunting for it. She did a great job on the groom (taking him from a buzz cut coat with fluffy pants and fluffy paws due to a buzz cut from the adopting center) to a well-groomed gentlemen. Even above the great work she did on Angus, she made sure that I was comfortable with the whole process from the very first phone call. 10/10

Staff was helpful except unable to trim my dogs nails. He is high strung and I'm not allowed back there to keep him feeling secure. The vet has no issues, guess he is just accustomed to the girls there.

Love the store, and being able to bring my dog in with me. I have gotten deadsheading treatment for her before and it's been great. This time she is shedding more since the treatment. When you spend 80 plus dollars you kind of expect repetitive great results. I called the local store and suppose it's been taken care of. Although I dont think a free shampoo is equivalent to a deshedding treatment that is done properly. And as far as getting a refund, I have to be able to get to their location for that. I am disabled and dont have a vehicle, so I have to rely on others for a ride. Plus a refund does not take care of the shedding problem I paid for either.

Always happy with Petco services we used to use petsmart and we are pretty sure they were not doing the services we paid for. Petco is definitely doing them and go beyond and they already remember her when she comes in
