Placed an order on Wednesday, picked out my balloons and weight and paid for it at the front counter. The young man that checked me out was very nice and said he'd take my items over to the balloon counter for me. The day of the party came, Saturday, and I had a family member pick up my balloon order for me. Once they arrived right as the party was starting I realized what I received was not what I had picked out. I did get the correct foil Birthday balloon but the 10 "regular" balloons were assorted neons of pink, purple, green, and yellow. I had picked out gold, pink, dark purple, and royal blue. I also did not receive the gold glitter star balloon weight that I had paid for. Very disappointed. I don't understand how the balloons and weight were placed with my order ticket yet it still wasn't correct.

Expensive items and bad quality. I got a birthday pin to pin on my shirt and it was defective. I got another one and same thing happened. My biggest balloon didn't last but 20 minutes when it should've lasted way longer. Disappointing

We brought in our own balloons and they were pretty cheap to fill. One blew away from us on the way to the car, and the staff was sweet enough to give us a replacement for no charge. Very nice people! Will definitely come here again!

It's okay, but they don't have nearly the selection I'd expect from a party store. Plus, they were out of helium... How does a party store run out of helium? I mean, I was buying stuff for a party a few weeks later and didn't need anything inflated then. I just found it sort of odd...

This has to be the worst managed party city. They do not ever have much in stock. I was in there today. The line to check out was at least 7 people. The cashier asked for help and was told no even though there were at least 6 others working in the store. Just don’t understand managers that don’t care. I will say when we did actually manage to check out the cashier was very nice.

I highly believe the associates in this store are racist and don’t like African Americans. I walked in and asked for help and they just stood and starred and walked past me over and over. Didn’t acknowledge me at all! I even walked to the counter and still no help this is unbelievable am I living in the 1930’s??? I would not be recommending anyone here!!!! Bad customer service. Sickening!! Acknowledge your customers!!!!!

I tried their curbside service for the first time. I must say I was extremely upset. When I first arrived I checked in and patiently waited for my item to arrive. After 5-10 minutes of waiting another patron arrived and within 5 minutes her items were brought out to her. Meanwhile im sitting in my vehicle confused as to why my item still had not been brought out to me. After another 5 minute wait I decided to call the store to find out what was taking so long. The phone rang for quite some time, with no answer. Due to the fact I had a now screaming 8 month old baby with me I decided to just leave and come back tomorrow.

The ladies were very helpful and very knowledgeable of the inventory and location of each product. The prices were low for great quality of merchandise. The only thing missing was the husband waiting area. That's the only thing keeping them from being perfect.

Not impressed. Went to buy balloons. They had no helium, but still charged full price for balloons and informed me that I could take them to brookshires and have them filled for 2.50 to 4.50 each. I did take them to Super 1 and thank you Super 1 for the excellent service! Quick, fast and dependable!

The balloons I purchased didn’t even last 6 hours. It was my first time coming to buy balloons for an event. Probably will be my last. I ordered 21, and the two deflated with in 3 hours. I was very disappointed especially with how much they had cost. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.

This place has a very nice favorite of all sorts of decorations you can possibly need. Problem is not one clerk ever spoke or as could i help you find anything. One of my biggest pet peeve is customer service. Seen at least 4 including management walk pass you. Get to register and still no one spoke and talking about lunch breaks

Very unhappy with this place. The staff is very nonchalant...don't care to help or man the registers. I stood at register for a very long time while girls were blowing up balloons. They argued about having to wait on me. I went 3times and received the same service every time.

A friend and I went in just before before Thanksgiving for Christmas invitations. They were just putting out Christmas stock. Teenagers only were in the store with a bad attitude. No one even offered to help us look in the boxes for what we might need. They never got off the floor - just kept right on taking stuff out of the boxes and scattering it all over the floor.

Sad to say I miss this old one.The lay out of the new store is amazing.But they have got rid of alot of the lollies and chocolates that they use to supply at the old store.I came specifically to see the lollies that they had and they have really minimised the selection.I am not sure if it's because they were out of stock or inventory stop stocking alot of the old product.

Great store with fair prices. Heard they are moving to a new location soon though. Inside the mall near by I think. Nicole is an amazing employee and always helpful. When I visit for my party needs I always look for her. Hope they keep her as an employee seems ppl come and go alot.

Lulu made it right! We had a very special engagement party recently for our son and his betrothed. We had to make several on-the-fly-changes on the very day of the party and Lulu and her staff got right to it. She offered timely solutions so we could solve the issue and enjoy the party. Easy to walk around. VERY friendly staff. I asked an employee to check three different table cloths for stock and had a million questions!!! She didn't rush me and found everything I needed!
