Most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. I WILL NEVER use them again. They have NO clue what there doing. Not even the so called managers. They won't even return your phone calls. I've been trying to get my appliance now for over a month. They took my money, tried to refund back only half of it. Got my order wrong and delivered several different times. I paid to have there crew to come measure and even he said they don't know what there doing. They haven't even got the measurements right going on a third time. The management team refuses to even give me a call. Sitting here a month and half later and they don't know nothing about my order . 1000.00 dollars later for a microwave. The people at the counter just say well I don't see nothing where anything is being done.. SORRY they say. I'm a very frustrated ex customer. I don't even know who to go to next. I've asked for managers and numbers they said they can't give me that. They'll send a email but 3 days later still no call. No one hasn't even looked into it. Sitting here month and half later, nothing..

My husband and I did our first home renovation and after one visit of not finding what we thought we needed, we found Pat, an unusually knowledgeable, kind, friendly, efficient employee in tools!We seek him out each time we visit, he's the best! We don't review a lot of employees but wanted to applaud him.

A hardware employee attempted to put me on hold while he "got someone to help me" instead he set the phone down and I proceeded to listen to him flirt with a girl and ask her to "give him a kiss" and talk about going to the gym later with her. Can only assume he was hanging out with his girl instead of working. Sat for half an hour waiting for him to pick up the phone. Tried to call back to speak with a manager and they wouldn't even answer. WORTHLESS location don't waste your time.

Manager and employee were great when it came from helping me find everything and checking out to loading a septic tank they were very patient with us at all times and always greet us with a smile and great customer service.

I'm a local contractor and therefore I'm in and out of Lowe's at least four times a week. Sometimes it's four times a day! Lol. Staff is usually friendly, knowledgeable, etc. overworked and short staffed it seems but still friendly. If I need to return or exchange items, never have a problem, and they always have inventory. Only reason I didn't give five stars is due to the big box store environment that can't be helped, but you will spend more time in there only because they're just a busy place.

Ordered a mower and had a delivery time, and it was 2 weeks away, which is fine. On the day of delivery during the delivery window, they called to inform me that they never contacted anyone to assemble it and that I could not accept it unassembled. So it was delayed by 5 days . Then, not only was one day wasted since I had to take time off to be available for the drop off today they dropped it off, and it was missing components . The men dropping off the mower were nice, and the ordering was nice, but the shipping department needs to get it together. My recommendation would be if you are going to Lowes, save your time and go to the Lindale location

Bought a washer, quick and easy. Love the help there, always nice an accomidating.Don't use u fix it for parts, Amazon a 1/3rd of the price. Took my part in, gave me one that didn't work and because we touched it, they wouldn't refund my money.

I was looking for a part for my sink, and this young lady named Briley, was up high on a lift, she stopped what she was doing just for me. She was super sweet about it and quickly found what I was looking for. Girl made my day.

DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES. I brought a brand new washer/dryer for $1600 and it quit working after 5 days. Lowes will not do anything unless it's within 48 hours. I don't plan on buying from here again.I called Lowes and was told there is nothing they can do. I've called Samsung (I understand there was an ice storm), 5 days have passed and still nothing.Update: 1 month later and I finally was able to get a service man out. They need to order parts, etc. etc. I called Lowe’s back and they sent me to the “return” group. But alas, the units cannot be returned. Lowe’s intentionally puts you off so the return period ends. I’m trying to call Lowe’s back but no one will pick up the call.BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES. NO SERVICE AT ALL. I wonder if it’s all so you buy their extended warranty???Update 2/15/24Samsung no longer makes the part to repair my 1 month old washer, which worked for 5 days. I bought a stackable unit, and they say they will only take back the washer but not the dryer.

The store was very neat and clean. I was able to find exactly what I needed(shelf brackets), and there were plenty in stock. The employee at the self checkout registers was very helpful and friendly.

DJ IN APPLIANCES WENT THE EXTRA STEP TO VERIFY THERE WAS A DRYER IN STOCK I PURCHASED. THERE WERE NOT ANYMORE ON THE SALES FLOOR BEHIND THE DISPLAY. I WAS APPROACHED BY SEAN AND WAS ASKED IF HE COULD HELP. I ASKED IS THERE ANY IN THE BACK, THE WEBSITE SHOWED 1 IN STOCK. IMMEDIATELY UPON ASKING DIDN'T EVEN GET TO FINISH MY QUESTIONS SEAN STOPS ME AND SAYS NO WE ARE OUT OF STOCK AND WALKED OFF. NOT KNOWING WHAT JUST HAPPENED MR DJ APPROACHED ME AND ASKED IF HE COULD HELP. HE SAYS NONE HERE BEHIND DISPLAY BUT LET ME GO CHECK IN THE BACK. GUESS WHAT THERE WAS 2 IN STOCK. HE BROUGHT ONE TO ME AND I PURCHASED BOTH WASHER AND DRYER. IF IT WASN'T FOR SEAN THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A FIVE STAR REVIEW

Waited about 20 minutes for someone to come remove the plastic binding straps from the insulation. (Was told they'd be there soon.) It was fully stocked, someone just didn't remove the straps. We are now heading to Home Depot to buy the insulation... for less!

Purchased a oven yesterday in tyler. The sales staff was very courteous and knowledgeable! Even the delivery team that brought our oven and set up, Robert and Michael had told us about installation, and safety that goes along with it! They are truly an asset to the lowes team!

Just your standard home improvement store. Since my last review i have purchased a security door. The installer came to measure 1 time and there has no communication after that. He will not return calls or messages. As of this writing and months of waiting and reordering, we still have no door. I will update the review when things are complete

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator which was delivered on December 20, 2023. A few days after it was delivered I noticed that it was very warm and not cooling at all. Apparently it was a coolant leak that fried other components that I learned a couple weeks after it was delivered. After I realized it was not cooling I called Lowe’s and went up to the Tyler store and was told that because it was past 48 hours they could do nothing for me. Today is January 24th, 2024. I just had a new refrigerator delivered today from Home Depot. I have been without a fridge for over a month because Samsung could care less to replace the fridge or give me a discount. I have still not received a refund from Samsung and Lowe’s did very little to help. I am now a Home Depot customer for all of my needs. Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator and make sure you know that even if it’s only been 3 days you’re screwed and have to go through the manufactured. Very let down. Not to mention the amount of money I have had to re-spend to get a working new refrigerator and the costs of eating out and not being able to buy groceries.

Went to Lowe’s in Tyler Tx ( the worst Lowes in the USA) trying to to buy some wood Walked up and down the wood Isle Not one piece of wood had a price on it Asked a Lowes associate and he said the price should be right there and then started looking around and said well there is no pricing on any of the wood I said exactly!!Only Home Depot from now on!!!

The ignorant people who work here at this Lowe's sent me to seven different aisles to find grade steaks. I asked all seven times for them to walk with me and show me where they are at. I had already walked the whole store and could not find them before asking for help. After wasting 45 minutes of my time, that I did not have to waste. I finally got a manager to take me to the aisle where they were at, which were none of the 7 aisles they sent me to. I have been to this place three times, and every time has been like this. This is truly a worthless store, full of worthless employees.

We actually had about five employees ask us if we need any help today. Must be new management. Sometimes at Lowes the red vests hid from question asking customers. Also, the only place that carries these things that catch the water from the roof. Not sure if anyone knows what to call them.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Downside, the restroom was not well maintained AT ALL. Trash on the ground, paper towel dispenser was not operational, and one of the toilet handles looks like it's going to fall off.

I placed an order for 34 sheets of foam board insulation. I verified it was in stock, paid for next day shipping. Within 30 minutes I got an email stating it wouldn't be delivered for a week.You would think that a company the size of Lowe's would have a better system in place to make sure they can deliver on what is sold.In the end I cancelled my order because I could get ANYONE on the phone to get answers. I have since ordered my insulation from my local Home Depot.

Went in tonight after work to grab 20 concrete bricks, water sprinkler items & a few other items, 50lb bag of salt and was coming to buy a refrigerator tomorrow along with 40 bags of mulch. Not anymore!! We will be going to Home Depot, after getting the bricks we pushed it all over to the checkout. It was heavy, she said we are closed you have to go inside. Shocked i calmed my significant other and helped him push the buggy, we get out there and only thing open was self check out. So he is fixing to leave it all, i walk to the customer service and asked for a manager and she called one and then started to check us out. The manager came up and asked the problem, i told him yall close at 10 and you closed outside and we had to push this inside and then it was nothing but self check out, he said no we are not just self check out the girl comments they are short staffed thats why no one was open but self check out. So i asked then the three girl outside laughing and talking after closing the registers out there couldn’t come in and help, no response. Along with waiting 25 minutes until i flagged someone down to buy a fridge. Not even an apology, his solution was for me to tell them ahead of time what i wanted and they would get a fork lift and load 20 bricks in my truck, that’s ridiculous and stupid. So we checked out what we had and left. Tomorrow we will go grab the same refrigerator at Home Depot that is actually 20 dollars cheaper and we will grab our 40 bags of mulch we was going to get tonight had the manager made an attempt to make anything right or even simply apologize… So i or my significant other and his pipeline company will no longer use Lowes, we now will use Home Depot. Very disappointed, also we cut our Lowes credit card up already, will get a Home Depot tomorrow. Thats how bad this Lowes is. We are not just some Karens looking for drama. I hope this review helps someone! Or simply the working class who have to do things in the evening.
