I will say the day I came I ordered the chocolate shake. I actually had intended on coming back to order a coffee. Needless to say, I had emergency surgery and wasn’t able to yet but I surely will. The chocolate shake was highly disappointing to me. It just was dull and tasteless. I real estate it was very well the most splendid shake I’ve ever had but it was very much not sweet nor had a very strong taste of chocolate at all but again, they surely do know how to blend a shake correctly others should take notes at least on that much.I do attend to review it again in a different way and see if it’s better. Everybody deserves a double chance. I just was shocked because I’ve heard so many amazing things about them and I was hoping that they would be better than the local Starbucks that I attend. Needless to say, I will update my review on the product. Now for the atmosphere and the staff they were 100. The place was super clean. The gentleman that took my order was super nice. Could not have asked for a better person to service me. Overall, I cannot stress enough that their attitude and their manners were on point. So again, I will update this in the futur for sure. I’m hoping that the coffee will be as equally good as their staff and their atmosphere with cleanliness and very bright charming coffee shop. I was highly impressed with the employees for sure. They deserve more like 10 stars.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to get cut off two cars before the window by someone that just pulled in the parking lot. Employee came out and took their order, then came to our car and let us know that it was fine they could cut us off. So if anyone decides to go here just know you can cut in front of six other cars that have been waiting and the spineless employees won't do anything about it.

Just no words can say how I feel. After management ( manager is an amazing guy ) leaves for the day employee's are garbage. Nobody comes out to take orders. I can understand if it is raining or something but a nice clear day they let people sit in their line for 15 plus minutes still 4 cars from the window and to rub salt on they are rude. Sadly I will never return no matter how much I enjoy the coffee.

Whether it’s a quick stop through the drive thru or walking up to the window on your lunch break, you’ll likely be greeted with a friendly face and speedy service for quality coffee for what you pay.Parking: Parking is available, however is limited and hard to get in and out of with the amount of space offered and how it is parallel to the building itself as well as cars parked at the building.

Great service, best Dutch Brothers locations in Texas are in Tyler. I have had dutch bros in colorado, oregon,california, nevada, and new mexico. Not to mentention San Antonio, Universal City Texas, New Braunfels Tx which is the worst dutch bros in the chain, and Kyle Tx. Officially I have recieved the best service at the Tyler locations of all l9cations in Tx. Paradise California was our home and our favorite location still Ridge Strong forever. But Tyler and Reno equally have great staffs that embrace the brand and give great service everytime.

I've been in Tyler, TX for a conference this weekend and I've been thankful to have dutch bros coffee every day I've been here. The flapjack mocha is my favorite! Zach was a great conversationalist and had wonderful energy. I met Matthew and Larry today and they as well were so kind. There was another dutch bros close by, but I kept going to this one in particular because of the people. Again, thanks for the coffee and that wonderful chats every morning!

Thanks to the assist manager Tammy for helping me out. Had several orders I was getting for a meeting. Even though i had no clue what I wanted, she translated and got me taken care of. Amazing smile and awesome customer service.

They just opened on 02/03. The people working were extremely nice they were training some of their new hires, but they got my order taken and my nitro cold brew made super fast very friendly staff that were very happy to be there.Their nitro is the best!

It's kind of hard to get in and out of but the coffee makes up for the mess of traffic you have to go through. Your pallet will thank you. Your tummy will not be upset either.
