Jarrod was absolutely amazing!! It was my husband's first time trying boba and Jarrod went above and beyond to whip up a specialty drink to make sure his first boba experience was mind blowing! Thank you Jarrod! We weill definitely be back. All around kind, nice, efficient and speedy service. The definition of what customer service should be.

Never in my life have I received such disgusting service. We pulled up to the window and the lady didn’t even look at us just asked what we wanted, and then asked us cash or card 4 times after I already repeated my answer. She has a blonde long ponytail and a stank face. Granted we showed up 5 min before close but ordered extremely easy drinks that took 10 min to make our red bulls. Practically shoved them in our face and then slammed the window in our face. We were extremely nice and apologetic about being late and it was not busy so they had more than enough time to close. I am extremely disappointed in this treatment considering this is a company that represents speed, quality and SERVICE. This is unacceptable at any business but especially here. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would, I hope she gets reprimanded.

I asked for green tea with sugar free syrups and light ice. Both my drinks tasted watered down, not sure what green tea they use but it literally tastes like barely flavored water, and instead of trying to fix it I was told maybe next time order it extra sweet. They were polite about it but I order this drink all the time at multiple locations because it's my favorite go to and I've never had this issue. Very disappointed and the kids drink I ordered doesn't taste like it has any flavoring at all. Highly doubt I'll be back to this location.

First time at this location and The Double Torture was delicious ordered hot as is! Can’t wait to try more flavors! Had to wait quite a while in the drive before anyone took my order…maybe 5-7 minutes.

Aside from just one visit, all other visits have been fast and pleasant. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. I definitely think their coffee tastes better than most other chains, and their rewards system is very good!

Best coffee. Staff is amazing. July 4th machines were down. The 2 girls working were hand mixing drinks and were absolutely the best. Did not get their names but keep up the great work Troup Highway Tyler Texas Dutch Bros!! You girls rock!!Update 2 months later and still the best.. Staff is awesome and very helpful..

Every time I come here it’s 20-25 min wait in line for a coffee for one coffee cup .. what are you guys doing that staff used to come out and take orders now it’s like you have to call location to say anyone coming out to take cars that been here forever orders .. and most of the time they don’t even answer your phone call . Maybe increase your staff or bring the coffee if that’s made out to the customer to save there time . District manager should look into this wait time in security cameras it’s crazy . While I was here you lost customers who drove away cause wait .

Also my drinks came out super quickly and the woman that helped me was very smiley and kind :)Parking: Its a standard parking lot, and this place has a drive through and a walk up to the window ordering, as it's not a go inside type of place

Will not be going to Dutch Bros again thinks taste like water. Ordered 4 drinks. They messed up on two of them and didn't give me what I asked for. And I ordered a small for one of them but they gave me a large and charged me for that large. When I mentioned these mistakes they didn't care and wanted me to pay again for the corrected ones. I said no and just left. At the same time, they were very pushy for you to tip them. After service like this, who in the right mind would tip someone for their lack of quality and service. I don't know where people think they should get paid for not doing their job right anymore. This is pure laziness and service like this is whats killing businesses today.

There's only 1 way to get into this location. They need to create an entry from the At Home parking lot. If you're going south, you have to make a U-turn around the stupid median, and then drive down to the light to make another U-turn to leave and keep going on your way. Basically, this location is only worth stopping at if you're northbound.

Pretty good coffee. Very slow service. They hold up their Tablet for you to choose whether you want to give a tip while you are paying. I don’t like being pressured into giving a tip, especially when the only thing they are doing is taking your order. :/

They always take forever and ignore the second drive thru lane. The sign says to choose the shortest lane but I sat in the second lane and four cars that came in after me got their order first. I had to drive back around and get in the first lane

Had to wait in line for 30nminutes with only 4 cars in front of me(they didnt even have moore then 2-3 drinks each). Had to order at the window(ahh that's why it was taking so long, they only worked on one order at a time). 9$ later for a kids and a chia, my daughter said it was like water (mango smoothie) and she is not picky and mine tasted gross(I dumped it). Not to mention they asked dme if we wanted staws... for blended drinks.... and then proceeds to hand us drinks with lids for hot coffee... that made no sense.... the ladys were nice but that means nothing when you've been waiting 30 minutes and your drinks are less then even "kinda okay"

Way better than Starbucks their baristas are fun happy energetic and hilarious. I love the polls and the stickers! Best hot coco better than land of lakes or Godiva!
