If I could give them a 0 I would. Got a burger over the weekend a Beltbuster they slapped Mayo all over it though I told them mustard. I have to say the burger was at least fresh and hot. Tonight I order again and even tell the manager about my experience because he could not understand why I asked him again to make sure there was mustard and not Mayo. He tells me that should not have happened because all the burgers are made with mustard. My reply well it happened to me even though I said mustard. Fast forward to my burger tonight. Will upload a photo. Not fresh,patty was cold and looks almost burnt. He could not even offer to have me come back but said he should have checked it out.. Customer lost...

I think I just found the worst dairy Queen in Tyler 45 minutes in a drive-thru just to get six tacos, a patty melt, and then the order wasn't even right!How hard is it to make a patty melt, order fries and six tacos?Not to mention it's 110° outside even with your AC running you're sitting in a drive-thru for 45 minutes and then you have to circle back around multiple times just to get the rest of your order!Because they left it off and thank God I checked it before I left the parking lot! Simply ridiculous if they're going to be that poor in service ,they'd better start giving away free drinks or ice cream or something!Seriously Dairy Queen after the long hard hot day at work, is it too much to ask for a burger small order of fries and six tacos within a reasonable amount of time in and out of drive through? And the order be correct too 🤷

Not one to write reviews but the attitude of young kids on 5th street DQ was beyond tolerableThe girl at the drive thru was rude - I tried to speak to her cause I was in a good mood but she wasn’t having it. What I ordered was flat out wrong so I had to park and go in. The girl walk past me twice and had absolutely no desire to help. Then some guy with a major attitude came at me. Wanted to chatgd me more to fix the order. Then I asked him to look at my order. Hd slammed it in the trash and walked away with nothing said.I get no one wants to work but don’t keep someone that runs customers off. I won’t be going back and it’s right by my house.

No customers in store n only a couple of cars in drive through. We sat inside n had to ask for table to be washed. The person on duty acted like that was a bother to do so. What's has happened to service with a smile n work ethics?

I used the drive through tonight to pick up two requested items for my daughter who is recovering from a stomach virus. Chicken and dumpling with toast, French fries. I received the bag torn and the fries dumped inside upside down, spilled out everywhere. I received crackers, no toast. When I went back through the line to request the forgotten toast, was told I was wrong, that someone had but toast in my bag. I went through the jacked up bag in front of the accusing employee, no toast. She tossed a cold piece of toast at me with no bag, just in a paper thing one would use to pick up food. She and her “coworker” were laughing the whole time. Yeah. Real cute to waste the time and money of others. You forgot my toast, admit it. Why else was it cold when you tossed it at me and turned away, slamming the window shut? And forget being given a receipt. That was forgotten when I asked the impossible: can I have salt and pepper? What a bunch of unsupervised jerks.

They did pretty good and they were pretty quick and they made sure I order was correct when taking it and correct when they gave it to us at the window.they were kind friendly and professional to myself and my guests.I certainly would not hesitate to go back there again nor to recommend it to others or to take a guest there.

Went on lunch break nothing was warm fries when tuff. Specifically order burger with pepper jack and bacon 🍔 was Luke warm patty Luke warm Dr was great tho. Will make the drive to hwy 31 next time sorry . I was the only person in drive thru so my order should have been fresh and hot. 10bucks wasted

I have never thoughtful about an oil change place. I'm a girl. My husband usually does this. I was shocked at how friendly and personable EVERY person I encountered was. They were fast and friendly. Isn't that what we ladies need when we are getting our cars serviced?

Nasty food. Paid way too much for 2 burgers fries,and drink.$ 28. Cold bun ,small dryed meat patties.Then ordered 2 small blizzards. Waited waited and waited.had to go ask where they were.the girl said OH i forgot About those.Duh.we were the only customers there. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too. If I could rate lower than a 1 I would. The first time I ordered there they had 15 minutes till closing, and their drive through employee tried to get us to go some where else and was rude because they didn't want to take our order. The second time I got a burnt chicken salad and today my third and last time giving them a chance. We ordered a combo and didn't get the fries. We ordered a chicken strip basket and got steak fingers. Our gravy is very old and not fresh at all. It is brown, thick cold and lumpy, and same with the cheese sauce we ordered. Usually im not one to leave a bad review or gripe but they either need new employees or management!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the next. I will be calling managers and Corporate tomorrow.

I would have rated 0 stars but that is obviously not an option. This Dairy Queen does NOT have it together. I just don't think they know what to do when it gets busy. Unfortunately I could not wait on the rest of my order as my car was idling and I was trying to calm a crying infant. Then they refused to give me a refund, so I just left. I don't leave negative reviews often but this one I just had to do. Not cool.

This is the 2nd clorox wipe on a single table. Asked both managers when tables were last cleaned they said this morning when we opened. I said u don't clean during the day? Answer...we have been very busy. I stated I have been here for 2 1/2 hours they claimed again they was to busy. Drive thru was slightly busy but only two families plus mine in the lobby. Had plenty of time to clean a table. Beside its not even lunch hour its 3:27 p.m. Not one table has been cleaned in this lobby you can see it.

Food was good and hot. I had the #5 , the grilled chicken sandwich combo. They had my personal ketchup, napkins, and salt n pepper all in one small black metal rack, which was a plus for me.
