I am not going into detail with my experience, but I will state the bottom line.This pharmacy had my prescription for 4 days before they filled it. They were "busy, shorthanded, etc.." I tried to call and was on hold for an hour and ten minutes before getting cut off. Then went into the store to see if I could pick it up.The cashier "expedited" it. I am still waiting after an hour. The only reason I use CVS is because the are who Express Scrips contra to with.

I'm not sure what is going on with CVS, but there is a real problem. I waited for 4 days in pain to get my new medication ordered by my doctor. They kept telling me it had been ordered but not received yet. Also, my doc had increased my BP med and sent in a new script for it. I was out of medication by this point. Several hours after my appointment (plenty of time IMO) I tried to pick it up (after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes) and they told me to come back in an hour because they had it ready but had to put a label on it. So....I came back a little over an hour later, waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, then they asked me to come inside and get it bc they had to do something to the label. I parked, went inside and waited behind 3 customers to finally be told I couldn't get it today because they had to change the NDC #. The gentleman in line in front of me was having the same problem with his INSULIN! That is a life-threatening situation if it's missed and he said he had been out of it all day and had made several trips there to get it and they kept telling him to return in a few hours....the last time they still didn't have it and it was 30 min until closing. This is unacceptable!

They never have my prescription ready when they say they do, they are always rude, they tell me one thing one day and another thing the next day, and they never fix any prescription history so I keep getting old ones refilled that I don't even use anymore. Plus I have automatic refill set up and yet I always have to call and wait on hold to get them filled. Also, they have to order one of my prescriptions and I have to be out of this med for a week + because they don't have it ordered on time either. Needless to say I'm changing pharmacies, as soon as I get the prescription I called to refill two weeks ago comes in.

Check your medicine before you take it more than 3 time's they have added pills to my bottle that I don't take and never have. When I try to talk to the pharmacy by phone I am put on hold . After 25min I gave up. No other methods offered to communicate with cvs about a quality control issue at this location.
