Good prices, but the store is a messy disaster. Unorganized, junk and products everywhere on the floor, and the wait at the checkout was one hour. They only got two stars instead of one for their low prices.

Love this store!! I shop here for myself but mostly for granddaughter and grandson because of the amazing values. They can have designer brands at Walmart prices! I buy for them before school and the winter wear and for the budget I set for them they can get tons of stuff! Love the loyalty program as well and my Burlington credit card helps too.

Went there in the evening. It wasn't so crowded. The store was pretty organized considering it's been the holidays. Good selection for what was left. All except the toy section was at a bare minimum considering the business of all decent shopping places this time of year. I would highly recommend people to this place

Wanted to shop here but I cannot because the fitting room is closed. I asked a cashier if it will be open soon and he thinks it will be all day and said it is just open sporadically.I live 35 minutes away and will not mark a purchase to take it home and it not fit. What a waste of my time picking out clothes to wear here today. I will not make this mistake again because I will not be back!!

They have no dressing room open! Unless they have enough employees working that day!I live out of town & was going to try on clothes & Dressing Room not open! I played my pile of clothes down & left!I called another day before driving there. Man said not enough employees working that day! SoHow are you supposed to know? RidiculousI would love to come shop but I have to get someone to drive me there & back! It's over 40 miles one way. I wouldn't save any money if I had to drive home to try things on! Then the inconvenience of having to come back if they didn't fit right. I'm not built to be able to purchase something & it just fit. Clothes are made differently & the material can stretch or not stretch. I'm in need of jeans.I don't understand you having all the clothes you do & can't hire someone to take care of a dressing room. Please let me know if you do! I will make arrangements to come.

Don't always have what I'm going in for but can find other things I need...or just want...LOL, so that makes up for it. There's usually a long line but it moves quickly. Employees are very nice.

We are in the checkout line that is approx 300 ft long for about 20 minutes now. Dressing rooms are closed.

They always have only 1 cashier, and the wait time is too long. I've always had to wait 15 minutes, if not longer. The store has about 7 checkout registers, and they should really have concern about the customers' wait time.

I loved this place but don’t shop here anymore because the fitting rooms being closed is a huge inconvenience…I was told by a manager they would be open weekends during the holidays so I went back and they were still closed. Waste of my time! If you’re going to tell the guest something please follow through. Everyone’s “simple” solution is to buy the stuff and then return it if it doesn’t fit. Yeah, no. The lines are outrageous and I’m certainly not about to make another trip to stand in line for a return because the store can’t run properly and at least have a fitting room open. And two, what if I don’t want to throw down a bunch of cash to just return it?5 stars? 1 star. This place is a joke.

This store used to be awesome. Great layout. Now it is crowded like a Ross. Hate it. I don’t have the patience for all that crowded together. I avoid Ross for the same reason and so used to have Burlington which was so much better. Not any more!!! Ugh!

The store layout seems to be better organized than the last time I shopped.... However there was merchandise scattered on the floor, a very long line with only one cashier at 10a and a small selection of clothing for plus size shoppers.

We love Burlington but it seems messy in there all the time. We were looking for shoes this time. No sizes were where they were marked. A lot of the shoes had what looked like make up spilled on them. Needless to say did not buy shoes. However they do have a great selection of items at great prices. Just need more staff to clean and organize.

They need help. I don't know if it's the area or staffing restrictions, but they NEED help in this store. 3 stars is only for the long wait. The few employees that were there were amazing. Polite, patient, and steadfast. I appreciate your hard work. Thank you

Visited this store on a Tuesday evening. I came in to find a couple tops and try to get out quickly. Found what I needed and when I went to check out the line was extremely long. I’m not impatient and I don’t mind waiting, I know stores can get busy and crowded. But what I do mind is a store that knows how long their lines can get and how much stuff their customers have piled into their buggies and only having ONE cashier!!!!! Are you kidding me? I put my stuff down and left, I’m not waiting in your line, longer than I was in the store. That is bad management, I feel bad for the poor cashier who had to take care of that line by herself. I could see if other employees were busy helping and assisting guest but they are not, get on the registers and help! I hope to see change and improvements. There’s no reason for any of your guests to be standing in line for over 20 minutes because management does know how to place to people.

Prices not good can get better prices at non discount stores. No serious. People working at Burlington do not appear to like any part ofTheir jobs. Not organized. Experience compares to digging through stuff at garage sale except at garage sales they actually want to helpYou. And items more organized at garage sale

On 06.23.2022 I made a visit back to this store because the cashier charged me twice for an item the night before. The cashier was very nice, listened and called for management. management I must say is the WORST. The lady started talking crazy with a tone as if she hated her job. The employee started explaining the situation and she cut him off but then had to turn around and ask what was needing to be done with the transaction. As a concerned customer I informed her that her tone was very unwelcoming to customers and speaking for the employee I’m sure it’s very discouraging and belittling to him as well. She immediately turned her name badge over to prevent me from identifying her and never made eye contact to apologize for her tone or choice of words she used with me or the employee. Every time I come to this Tyler location both managers (the short lady with awful highlights and the tall lady with the short grey haircut) are angry as if they hate their job and it affects how they talk to customers and employees and is the cause as to why we the customers have to stand in line for long periods of time because there’s only 1 cashier.You never see the same employee twice and management is the reason why. I feel sorry for the employees and I see why the turnover rate is so high. 2stars for the amazing prices

Saturday night, an endless line at the checkout and only 1 checker, named Natasha. Clearly a stand out and an Amazing employee. Not one shred of frustration could be visualized. Customers all looking at each other wondering if she was the only employee in the store. We waited 45 minutes in line to checkout. She was one diligent worker. Clearly management is failing its employees here n Tyler.

07-11-2022 Around 9:30pm I decided to make a quick trip too this Burlington location. Both online and the hours at the store showed them too be open till 11pm, so I figured I had plenty of time too do a little shopping with out feeling rushed, well after just 20 minutes of being in the store around 9:50pm the manager with a short bob hairstyle comes on the intercom and says “ attention all Burlington shoppers we are now closing “. I then felt rushed along with the feeling as if both online and in the store there was definitely false advertisement. Very disappointed.

The shopping is a decent experience but the checking out process is horrible. There are always 3 workers in the store when I come but only 1 checking people out. The line is consistently long so bring a friend, one shop's while the other stands in line ugh

2 cashiers. I counted 30 SHOPPERS ahead of me. Not people, 30 separate customers with their families in tow. After waiting in line for the first 20 minutes with barely any movement, I felt foolish. I felt dumb for staying after I saw the initial monster line….. but I thought surely they would call help. After over an hour of waiting in that line I finally made it out. As I left I noticed the line was even longer than when I first stood in it. Can’t believe I went through this for some socks lolNOBODY SHOP HERE
