This creepy, older male employee followed me around the store. I’m younger looking so this is a huge concern. Next time make sure you aren’t employing creeps.

Store is always clean. Food is always fresh. Staff are always friendly. I regularly experience employees going above and beyond. Whenever I ask where an item is, rather than tell me they always walk to to find it. I love this about Brookshires. Big city selections with hometown service. When I want something that they don’t carry they have offered to order it. Grateful to have one so close to home.

Great little store! I’m used to H-E-B and Brookshire’s was a great local alternative. They had my favorite yogurt and their store-brand items are good quality. Clean store too!

Jordan in the self-serve check out was patient and extremely helpful. There was a young girl in a deli that helped me and she was so nice. It was a great experience as always.

Once the pinnacle of customer service has crashed from that pedestal. Expect to work for free and check yourself out then carry out your own groceries. Doesn't matter if you are handicap or not nor if they are super slow or busy. Too bad they own this town and Walmart is the only competition.

My son got the flu last week, so before the weekend I took my other two kids to get the flu shot. While I was there I asked for Tamiflu just in case the other two started showing symptoms of the flu. They faced it over to this pharmacy. Well I called the next day and they said they didn’t have anything. I called the nurse, on a Saturday, and they gave me the store number and the confirmation receipt of both prescriptions. Both matched this pharmacy. I called again with this information and they again said no, with an attitude. I called another Walgreens, and even they showed that it was sent and received at the Brookshire’s pharmacy. Needless to say I went to the other Walgreens, where she was very helpful and filled the prescriptions there, with a Good RX coupon. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use the Walgreens at Brookshire’s. They are rude and inconsiderate and if not for the other pharmacy my kids would have had to deal with 104 temps this weekend without much more help than Tylenol and Advil. I am very angry and saddened by the way this pharmacy handled itself. I also never, ever write reviews, but they messed with my children and that is inexcusable.

I think it's a wonderful store. But my wife was there Sunday 11/12/23 and a cashier was sick coughing with everything going on in this world please take consideration no one wants to be sick if your sick stay home rest don't spread it. I am sorry she was sick.

So very sad that I had to transfer all of my prescriptions do to being treated very rude by pharmacy She apparently does not like nor care for certain people.. my blood pressure went up a couple of times just by going through drive through to pick up my medications while the pharmacist Tera was on duty. It’s very wrong when you pick up medication and I’m treated like this.. especially when you are sick.. I feel sorry for some of the elderly that have to pick up their meds when she is in duty.. I am glad there are other locations so I could stay with this pharmacy if there weren’t I would not ever use nor refer anyone one to this location..

Options poor not enough selection, prices are overly expensive on fruit, veggies, dry goods, meats, and dairy. Only options in Tyler is an association w Brookshire. Need healthy competition w a Trader Joe's, WholeFoods, Kroger, and HEB. Coming from Houston I am sticker shocked at Brookshire Groceries

Love brooksires always clean and friendly people with fresh produce and meats. Their homemade deli items make for healthier quick meals. I was just wondering why joint medications and such are on the bottom shelf for people who need them and have pain and such??

Don’t shop here in the morning. The workers refuse to check you out and instead tell you to go to self check out. Only for them to get annoyed with you when you ask a question about looking up produce in their own system.This is not a one-time occurrence and happens consistently.

Josh was very kind , offered to take my groceries to my car. Checker, Claudia was not friendly. Did not thank me, handed me my receipt, and said “here is your receipt “.I feel customer service is extremely important. In the past, the checkers were so friendly and welcoming to Brookshire. I have always loved shopping here, but in the last 6 months the evening service has been very poor and not helpful.

I get all my groceries here and very rarely have an issue with stock-outs. The discount meat section is excellent and so is the discount bin. You can pretty much always find good stuff on a discount. The selection is very good, and in fact some of the actual Brookshire family shop at this particular store so you know its good.

Love Brookshire's, has good specials, however most products are a bit higher than a Walmart. The customer service is fabulous. Alway convenient because there are so many Brookshire's in Tyler.

Just saw an employee that is making chocolate covered strawberries, eat strawberries, lick her fingers, scratch her nose and go back to working without washing her hands. This while a manager is standing there. I bought strawberries that were already made now I wonder if she made them and I am disgusted. she also handed me garlic bread, I don't know if she made that either.

The store is clean and very well laid out with friendly staff. It is a bit too pricey. $4.10 for a gallon of store brand milk? No thanks. Also I wish they had more self-checkout options but I get that's not really their taget market.
