I'm in Tyler for work and was wanting some ice cream. I saw this place was close and I read up on the reviews. Most of the negative reviews were about the customer service. Decided to give it a try anyway. I got the single dip brownie fudge sundae. It was great. The ice cream to brownie and toppings ratio was really great. But I had to give 3 stars for the customer service. The employee was fast and I had my ice cream in no time at all. But he just acted like he didn't want to be there. He never smiled at all. Then, when he placed my sundae on the counter, I said thank you but he just walked away like he didn't even care. I can understand the negative reviews, but being the sundae was really good, I would still return.

I wish DQ is open this morning. So I don’t have a horrible customer service experience. I just get my beacons order for this morning. I’m the very first customer to order and they are not open at 6am. I have to knock the door and the two girls at the shop are unpleasant. They don’t know how to greet to costumer when they come into the store.” Hi, good morning or welcome to Braum’s something like that “ especially cashier girl are rude. I ask her name and she asks me back “why”. I said I just want to know. Food is not ready yet either. I have to wait. Horrible customer service. I missed Mrs. Marry who use to in charge there. I won’t go back this place.

I went Wednesday night and it was 9:45 not even time to closed and the guy was so rude to us and every other customer he had a big attitude. Braums needs to do better in hiring people y’all need people that gives good service. He should be fired he wears glasses and he was he’s ear pierced.

Waited for 20 min for my food, came put twice with the wrong food, the third time they brought my sandwiches and a box of sad looking lettuce and carrots, told him that's not my salad, I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad. He went to check, got back with the same box of lettuce now with a piece of chicken on top and said they are out of the strawberry salad. I'm not paying $8 for a hand of lettuce..last time I went to braums, it's always at least 20min wait plus messing up the orders ...

Great Food, Terrible Customer Service**I've been to Braum's twice now, and while the food never disappoints, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par. The employee taking my order seemed impatient and audibly sighed as I took a moment to decide. When I reached the window, there was confusion about my order, leading to further delays. Additionally, a simple request for ranch seemed to provoke unnecessary frustration from the staff. To top it off, they didn't have ketchup, which is a basic condiment that one would expect a fast-food restaurant to have readily available. While Braum's food is consistently delicious, the disappointing service at this location makes it hard to overlook.

Incredible milkshakes. Also found low carb keto bread for $2.29. Their milk is great and comes from their own cows.The customer service is great.

My chicken tenders were raw. It was later in the evening and they took forever to get our order, we waited in line for over 10 minutes with only one woman in front of us but the woman taking the orders seemed new and couldn't figure out what the customer in front of us wanted. Another worker was trying to help her but was being quite rude to the poor other employee which I didn't appreciate, I would have overlooked the fact that it was a long wait to order just because they were training but the "trainer" was acting like everything was annoying and treating a fellow human being like trash.I can only assume that the drive thru was more busy than inside the store. But it doesn't excuse my food being raw, and it being nearly 25 minutes for it to come out from a fast food restaurant.

A great chain with a ma and pa feel. Generous burgers, crinkle frys, big drinks but then good tasting reasonable salads and chicken items as well. If you dont know Braums specializes in dairy products so they have epic shakes and ice cream. Oh, you dont want a Coke with your meal? Have a Milk! Better yet have a Choclate Milk! A diverse and very reasonable breakfast menu to boot. Its alaays nice and clean inside and a friendly staff. Highly recommend.Tried some more stuff, liked it again. Great chain, great bargain, fun times.

I want to say thank you to the wonderful guy in the drive thru. I had a horrible experience at panda express that was supposed to be open but had no food to serve for another 30 min. This guy even though yall were still serving breakfast made me 2 lunch menu meals because my kids school serves lunch at a ridiculous 1030am. He went above and beyond so I could make it to lunch with my kid. Thats terrific customer service.

Great cheeseburger and fries. I recommend getting your order right when they open for lunch because everything is hot and fresh. If you wait until later in the day you can tell the fries aren't all made to order. I've had a few times the fries were meh. Milk shakes are delish as well.Overall I would recommend going.

Just went in for milk this trip. Their milk in my opinion is top notch! It lasts far beyond the "use by date"! And, it tastes great.

I went to Braums on Monday night for some ice cream with friends. The ice cream was pretty good, but one of my friends got some fries, and that’s when it went down hill. There was a bug’s leg on the fry. I do not know how this happens but that is disgusting. Then we went to the restroom and it looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. It also looks like someone threw up in the urinal and I guess no one on staff wanted to clean it up. I love going to Braums, but I will not be going back to this one.

Used to love this place but my most recent trip, it was badddd. The chicken sandwich was so soggy, bacon on my burger was burnt and when you took a bite out of the burger all you taste is the burnt bacon. The sweet tea after wasnt sweet even after getting a replacement one. The lady taking our order at drive though was rude. Only thing good was the two people at the pickup window super nice and understanding.

Braum's has the best tasting and freshest ice cream and frozen yogurt around. Only able to get it when visiting our friends in Texas, since we live on the West coast 😪. Oh, and don't forget about their other dairy products - best cottage cheese I have ever tasted!

Braum's is one of the other best places to get a burger in Texas. They have really good frozen yogurt as well as ice cream and stuff. The only thing I will say is that the limeade needed to be a little sweeter but I'm not going to complain it was all good

This store is pretty embarrassing. There were probably 10 people behind the counter, only two seemed to have any inkling of what was going on. I've never seen so much confusion. The sundaes were poorly made, nothing like the pictures. Presentation was at zero. The ice cream itself was okay.The only redeeming quality was the lady working the market area. She knew what was going on and she was extremely pleasant.

The food is good, but the customer service and speed is always awful. Every employee looks as though they hate their job and are rude when you order. One of the employees (short, with brown hair with a greenish tint), has been consistently rude the last two times my family has come in. She messes up every step of the way on purpose because she’ll do the next guest’s order correctly. Its insane. Will not be returning.

The service was friendly and courteous. The milk is priced great. They are always offering deals on fresh groceries. My favorite though is there ice cream. I made a stop just to buy ice cream. The car full enjoyed all there ice cream treats. We also bought cookies and milk from the grocery section. It was a great experience.
